This is your standard dive bar with some TVs, a pool table, a small stage, and a lot of characters to watch. It appears that things have changed up because contrary to other reviews, they do not serve food. (Or at least they looked at us like we had two heads when we asked.) You can order wings from a window into the business next door. The drinks were reasonably priced, and the bartender was fine. I was a little offput by a patron repeatedly heckling the band without anyone saying anything, though. It can also be a little tricky to get a parking spot, especially if the dispensary at the end of the plaza is open, as it seems to get quite crowded, especially on Friday nights. read more

Depending on what night of the week you come this place can be a blast. The drinks are good, nice bartender and the customers are a hoot. It's tucked away in the corner so you need to keep your eyes open we usually come in on Tuesday's they have karaoke and a couple of pool tables for your entertainment. Stopped in with a gift certificate, was told we couldn't use it. Bar tender claimed she's never seen or heard of restaurant.com. Ordered 2 draft beers, took forever to get, bar tender told us the reason was because she had to change the keg. Beer couldn't have been more watered down. Ordered a bottle beer knowing you can't add water to those. Will never be back or recommend this place! read more

Hubs and me went last night to Lucky Strikes for the first time. Don't let the small parking lot dissuade you from going in. What a gem! The band JYNX was playing, they were great. I went for the first time a few weeks ago to watch a band play and hang out with a few friends. I will not be returning as the drinks are bad / my price changed each time also on a drink I found to like and the owner kept telling the band to turn it down. I'm sorry but all of the patrons were enjoying the music, people were dancing and having a good time. I have never been to a "bar" with a live band and the band was being told to turn the music down. They would turn down and would be told it again. This place should stick to a jukebox or radio if a band cannot play and entertain patrons. I will take my money elsewhere for sure. read more

Great spot, Bartendress are cute and fast. Music is terrific. Good pricing and food available from next door cafe is tasty and quick. A locals bar you have to hunt to find. Friendly, mature people. I became acquainted with Lucky Strikes, in January 2016, when Turn 2 Band (Chuck Erickson) played at a birthday party that my family had, for me. It's a very friendly place - everyone seems to know everybody. Recently (late December 2016) I had occasion to go there, again, for another birthday party. Wes and Barb Reed was the band, that was playing and they are really great. A fun place, to have a good time. read more
