Screens everywhere so you don't miss your sports action. Big fan hangout on game days and there is always a good crowd enjoying themselves. Service 5/5 Today service was great, we had the place almost to ourselves . I can't recall that happening before. Claryn L was our "personal" server today. She was friendly, attentive getting our drinks a starter right away. Two iced teas and the Queso cup with chips. For entrees we ordered the TC Classic sliders, a New Mexico Burger with side salad and both entrees came with classic Fries. Food (5/5) The delicious Queso and chips was a great diversion until our lunch arrived. My side salad was fresh and just the right size without spoiling the appetite before the entrees arrived. The sliders are always a good choice and my New Mexico Burger was fantastic. Great cheese and Green Chilies on a perfectly cooked patty. I've tried all their burgers it's a nice lineup! The restaurant wasn't busy at the time, which made the lack of service even more confusing. What made this especially disappointing is that a similar thing happened to us about four years ago. We decided to give the restaurant another chance, hoping our previous experience was just a one-time issue, but unfortunately we encountered the same problem again. We genuinely like supporting local businesses and would much rather be leaving a positive review. However, being completely overlooked after being seated is frustrating and not the experience we expect when dining out. We hope management addresses these service issues so future customers have a better experience.

Some of the other dishes are also really good like the Carne Asada fries and fajitas. Some dishes are lacking, like the potato skins are basically a baked potato cut in half and topped with some cheap cheese, maybe a few diced tomatoes and dip jalapeño. The service is hitting me sometimes I've had the nominal servers and other times I've had black left or servers. I'd never had a bad meal prior to this, but food quality has TANKED... this evening our food took FOREVER, and when I finally came, mine was cold and the chicken was super dry, and my Wife's was super hot, and obviously just prepared. The staff and bartenders are always on point, but it's becoming more and more evident at the lack of competent management, and any minuscule form of quality control. It's been consistently getting bad...but tonight was hands down the worst restaurant experience we've had in over a decade. Please fire them all and start over. Competent Management and quality control are non-existent. It's a shame. We used to love this place. (Your staff is the only reason this is worded so nicely)
