I hate using a kiosk at McDonalds to get a cheese burger. I hate it even more at a medical office. I doubly hate it when there are two people behind the kiosk who could check you in...buuutttt nooooo. The whole kiosk thing alone will keep me from ever returning. Now you wait in the aforementioned Greyhound bus station. Then they take you back to a room. Then an exam, then another crowded room to wait, then another room for another exam, then another room to wait, then another room for an exam. Finally you're done, you check out and you think you're going to get your paper prescription....buuutttttt noooooo. It's back out to the main Greyhound bus station waiting room where you have to wait for someone to be free to hand you your prescription so you can finally leave. Sorry, but this went south the second I walked through the door and just never got better.

They enjoy going to this location and say the quality of care is very good. I spend a lot of time in there waiting room. I will say it is top notch. It's a very large yet relaxing area. There are several comfortable chair, a coffee and tea station, one wall is floor to ceiling windows with a view of a courtyard filled with beautiful vegetation and the other wall features large screen TV that with HGTV playing.

Now, don't expect to get right away, Apparently with all the snow birds moving here, what used to only be 2-3 week waits, you are now 2-3 months. But they are worth the wait!!! I then contacted Neighborhood Vision Center around 6:30 a.m., and they responded immediately to my text. She was able to see Dr. Kent Kneip at 7 a.m. Dr. Kent Kneip and the receptionist were incredibly helpful and kind. He examined her eye very carefully and explained everything thoroughly. He truly took great care of my daughter. We need more doctor like Dr.Kent in America. They genuinely saved my day--I was very worried about her eye last night since we are new to contact lenses.
