Dr. Islam is super friendly and efficient. The entire staff has been extremely friendly and helpful on every visit. They make everything easy, from scheduling your initial appointment to picking up glasses to working with your insurance company. They go out of their way to do a thorough eye exam, they have a huge selection of frames and lens offerings. Honestly, the best experience I've had with an eye doc. read more

98.00$ follow visit to wait 40 min for eye doctor to spend 30 seconds to say eyes are good. No sorry its taken so long or anything I can do. How is your vision. No exam but charged an exam fee. They upsell a eye exam to look behind eyes that you feel like its very important. They say oh there is this spec you should come back and redo this test. Scam. Do not use this location. Just wanted vision checked. read more

Receptionist is very rude both times I've been here. Second time I've stopped by to pick up my glasses order she made me wait long time. Never coming here again. read more

My whole family goes to see Dr. Lee at Accurate Family Vision. Dr. Lee has a warm, caring personality and she is very knowledgeable. The office staff is amazing and take the time to get my lenses and frames right. Best selection of frames too!! My son has been in CRT contacts (hard contacts at night so he doesn't need glasses during the day) for several years. This is great for him with baseball and not all doctors do this. This is the only eye doctor we will see! read more

Accurate Family Vision - Love the selection of frames!! - Eyewear & Opticians Near Me - Gilbert, Arizona

Had an appointment and was a about 10 minutes late. They refused to see me. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

My husband and me scheduled back to back appointments with Dr. Amy and her staff. The door was opened promptly upon our arrival(COVID), and we were greeted with fully masked staff and one other customer who was in the building. The process to schedule our appointment and get our new patient paperwork was all done online, BONUS! We were checked in quickly and taken back promptly for the first part of the exam, and then right into the room for the rest. Dr. Amy and her staff were thorough, appointments were quick and painless, although not so quick you felt rushed. Dr. Amy and her staff were personable and made us feel like we were old friends. The opticians were amazing with suggestions for frames without us ever having to get out of our seats! Up to date technology, next door neighbor feel from the staff, what more could you want!? Thank you Dr. Amy and staff for your stellar service, we cant wait to see you again. read more

The people there are really friendly. A month after everything was done my glasses were loose and falling down my nose. I called them up and told them my problem. They made me an appointment in a few days read more

Good service. Dr Lee explains well and sat with and described the eye photo and what's been seen. The same goes with full team. Very helpful and explains everything thoroughly. read more

Super friendly staff and Dr. Lee is amazing! We came to her because my daughter's prescription is pretty high for a 7 yr old, think bifocals, so Dr. Lee evaluated her and determined she was a candidate for CRT. The CRTs came in quickly and my daughter was able to insert them and take them out like a champ! The whole staff was super supportive of her when she put them In the first time and praised her for doing so awesome! I highly recommend this practice and Dr. Lee for your vision needs. read more

Family and I have been here several times for annual exams, contacts/glasses, etc. have always had a good experience. What prompted me to write this review is the superior service I received recently, in a time of need. Without being too descriptive, I had a potential "eye emergency". With all of the COVID-19 hysteria everyone was closed except the ER, and this wasn't that kind of emergency. (Blurry in one eye). I called Accurate Family Vision and left a message with their after-hours operator. I honestly didn't expect a call back as it was a weekend. Not long later I received a call from Dr. Lee as she has some questions/concerns. After discussing over the phone, she concluded I had a problem with my retina and referred me to a specialist. I scheduled an appointment a few days later and laser surgery fixed me up, I was a happy customer. To top this off, a few days later Dr. Lee called me personally to check up on how I was doing - very classy. Just wanted to give kudos to a good local business doing a great job. Thanks for the great service with a personal touch. Cheers! read more

The drs here are great! But there worker Amy is an absolute bitch!! And it's really unfortunate that she makes people not want to come here anymore when the Dr Amy is amazing!! But I will no longer be coming here due to the regular worker Amy. She will hangup in your face and not answer your questions correctly and has very poor customer service! She will also run your card incorrectly and then hangup immediately after in your face not letting you know what she is running your card for. I will be letting all my colleagues know about how awful of an employee she is read more

They were very professional when I did my annual exam and glasses arrived right on time. I just had an issue with my frame being out of alignment. They fixed at no charge the same day I called in and I can see again. I definitely recommend them! read more

I needed semipermeable bifocal contact lenses. Not many optometrists deal with them. Dr. Lee knows what she is doing. The lenses were perfect. I received them in less than a week. Dr. Lee and her staff are very professional and pleasant. The office is clean and attractive. Even though Accurate Family Vision is not in my insurance network, I get my contacts there because I know they will be fitted correctly. C Gibson read more

I highly recommend Dr Amy and her staff! They are professional, caring, and knowledgeable! I had a condition with my lower left eyelid, and she diagnosed me immediately, and referred me to an ophthalmologist right away. I had seen another Optometrist prior to Dr Amy and this other Optometrist kept asking me to come back for further testing. Why go somewhere else when Dr Amy and her staff are HONEST and QUALITY? read more

Very helpful and friendly. They listen to what you need and make sure you understand what is best for you and your eyes.

I bought two pairs of glasses here and initially had a problem with the fit of one pair. They went above and beyond to fix the issue and make sure I left happy! read more

Been with Accurate family for several years, always treated like family. Dr. Lee is very thorough and always has the best interest of the patient. She recommended CRT lenses for my daughter and it has changed her life! Highly highly recommend this office! read more

My son loves to choose his frames from their in house selection. Not only do I pay more for these, but it is a longer wait process. When I go through other select "known to be cost effective, as well as quick return process". This time I allowed my son to make his choice in their office, which now I am regretting entirely. My receipt for a single pair of glasses reads 300$ and my payment was made a month ago. My son has serious vision issues. Which his eye doctor would, and should recognize. Yet here we are no glasses, and my son is struggling with virtual learning every dang day. Not cool! Never will I order from in house again. read more

Very friendly knowledgeable and caring staff. Been using tDr. Lee for 3 years now wouldn't go anywhere else.

Waited over a month for contacts for daughter. My daughter tried to put them in on her own the whole time. I asked if I could put them in so she knows what to expect. Finally the lady got up and put the contacts in for her. Went home and I called a contact company support line Acuvue and asked about teaching and he said yes they normally put the contacts in the first time to demonstrate for the kids. read more

Great office with friendly staff and amazing doctors. I would definitely recommend this to anyone in the Gilbert area.

Everyone that works here is super amazing at their job! Especially both the Amy's! Even if you run into any issues, they will work super hard to fix it immediately! Very helpful people and very easy experience :) read more

Myself, my husband, and our daughter have been to multiple optometrists in the East Valley and we are glad we found Dr. Lee. She found my husband had signs of early glaucoma and referred him to an opthalmolagist that tested and treated him. No other optometrist noticed the issue. We are very satisfied with how thorough and professional Dr. Lee and her staff are. We are also very happy with their quality frame and lenses selection. read more

Had a fantastic appointment at AFV. It's been many years since I've had my eyes looked at and this was my first visit to this office. Everyone was very friendly and I was seen on time. Each step of the exam was explained to me and Dr. Lee went over the images of my eyes and explained what everything was - new tech since my last exam and honestly fascinating. Afterward, I felt no pressure to buy glasses that same day but when I decided to go ahead and look at frames they helped me find something inexpensive and durable (important because I'm around little people all day). If you like exams where you have no idea what is going on and feel pressured to spend a lot of money this is not the place for you. If you like a professional atmosphere where you'll be treated respectfully and learn some cool stuff about different parts of your eyeballs, make an appointment; you'll love it here. read more

Staff was very friendly, thorough exam, wait time was minimal. Also they were a great help to pick a style of glasses that was flattering. Glaucoma test was easy too, no air puff. It's the latest technology and that was a relief! read more

Diana is amazing. She is so attentive to my needs and genuinly cares about people! Thank you!

A reputable and convenient experience in annual eye health is all I was looking for but I got so much more. it's always easy to schedule appointments. Dr Lee is compassionate and personable. it's very convenient to get fitted for contacts and eyeglasses and not have to go all over town hauling my prescription looking for a better price. I found prices here comparable to Costco (after a discussion with the rep and learning what I didn't have to pay for (progressive). I also learned about the quality of the lens when compared to costco glasses. read more

Great experience! I was AZ from out of town and needed to get some emergenct contacts found this place went in and they were very helpful and did a full work up for me. They were upfront about the pricing and explained everything to me. The doctor was very professional and friendly. I was in and out with what I needed no hassle at all. The office is clean and the staff was very nice. I would make this place my permanent eye doctor if I lived in town. read more

My first impression was upon entering the store. The door is locked during business hours to insure that all who enter wear masks for their own protection and the protection of staff and other customers. The previous optometrist office I used was a free for all with employees wearing masks below their chins and others not wearing them at all. I prefer Dr Lee's wise and caring approach. I was seen promptly and ran through several tests before Dr Lee saw me and checked out my vision with additional testing. It was all so smooth and thorough and I was amazed at how reasonable the cost was. Then my experience selecting frames was the best I've ever had and I've been wearing glasses for 65 years. Instead of the usual method of sending you on your own to confront selection among hundreds of frames, the optician asked me what kind of frames I wanted then left me sitting down while she went and got multiple frames for me to choose from. She was very pleasant and professional and never tried to push one frame over another. Because my lenses are special order high index lenses (+10) I was told it could take up to 3 weeks to come in, which didn't surprise me because that's what I experienced elsewhere many times before. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a call telling me my glasses were in just 7 days later. The pickup and final fitting experience were similarly pleasant and professional with minimal waiting time. I was delighted with the overall experience and I'm sure that's why Dr Lee's practice is thriving. read more

loved my experience with staff. trust me when I say this is a great office.

Dr. Lee and her staff are fantastic! There isn't enough room to share all of my great experiences, however, I've truly experienced the best balance of professionalism, excellent care, warmth, and efficiency. I highly recommend Dr. Lee and her staff. They've taken great care of my family and me! I'm so very grateful for each of them! Additionally, the office is super clean and easily accessible, two factors people often take for granted. They definitely deserve more than 5 stars! read more

I have been seeing Dr. Amy Lee since they opened this location a few years ago. She is extremely knowledgeable and is great with my three kids. I love the selection of eyeglasses they have and their staff always helps me pick out great frames. My son is now 12 years old and has been wearing hard contacts at night so he does not have to wear any glasses or cot during the day. (Ortho-K). Not all doctors do this treatment and I am so happy that Dr. Amy Lee does this. It is a life changer for him as he plays sports.
