I literally neverrrrr leave reviews but I've tried to give this place a chance a couple times considering it's down the street from me but there genuinely terrible, if they have to fix something you pay a arm and a leg for it's a huge deal and they start to basically start to talk shit in there language, I think only one person in there knows what they are doing. Here's my review, I visit this location hoping to remove my old set of acrylic nails. Hoping to get gel polish to give my natural nails a break. I was quoted 9 to remove and she jumped the price to 40 for gel polish and removal that's super over priced. Well here a pic of how she ripped my nails off. I went here for the first time last week. 12pm on Friday and I was a walk in. Waited only 10 minutes. I showed the girl a picture I wanted from pinterest, she said fine $6 more. No biggie. Altogether I paid $31 (I got gel) not including tip. Although my nails didn't turn out exactly like the picture (I liked the picture a little better), they did their own twist on it and added a jewel and different colors. It's still super cute and the jewel on both fingers is still in place a week later and I've worked all week and washed dishes multiple times. Love it! So worth it!! read more

The location looks a little iffy - next to a 711. I got a full set from Jennifer which I liked, the only issue I had was that she didn't completely take off my old polish and I can still see the red on my now nude nails - annoying. I asked her twice to remove it and she didn't seem to care lol that much about it .. then I got my toes done by Diane. She was nice, but she seemed to be more interested in the chisme with the lady next to her then focusing on my feet. Instead of cutting my cuticle at the base she ripped it from the top alllllll the way down and I have been in pain for the past 2 days!!! Horrible. I moved across the street and thought it was really nice and convenient having a good nail salon right there. The reviews all had 5 stars and the place seemed nice enough. When I went in the first time my pedicure was decent. The price was resonable but the nail tech tried to talk me out of my nail color saying it was "too light". Ummm, ok... I politely thanked her for her input but asked her to please put that color anyway. I also paid $5 extra for the dead skin removal. I would say 30% of it was removed from my heel... not really worth it. At the end the tech said that the color was so nice, the color she tried to tell me that I shouldn't get. This is not my primary reason for the low stars. Today I had my daughter call to find out what time they close. Later, I asked her what they said and she was unsure if the man on the phone said 7pm or another time because his accent was too thick. I called about an hour after she did and very pleasantly asked what time they close. The man on the phone did have a very thick/hard to understand accent but he was also very rude! Her preceded to scold me saying that he already told me 7pm and said that I called 10 times already. What!? With all the nail salons in the area in the same price bracket I will be going somewhere else. I would suggest others do the same. The only reason they even get 2 stars from me is because my wait time was pretty short and my polish looked decent. read more

I'm 59 and I never had a pedicure. So, one day I decided to treat myself to one. I looked up all the nearby nail places and found Nails You Love right down the street. I read all the reviews and liked what other patrons had said, so off I went. I didn't have an appointment but they were real nice and I was helped right away. The woman who did my pedicure is named Kelly and I was thrilled with her work. She works hard and is very pleasant. I can't believe that I waited this long to get my feet done but now I'm hooked. I will go back to Nails You Love again. And I thought the price was very reasonable. Five stars for sure! read more
