Every tech I've encountered has been kind, professional, and welcoming, which really makes a difference. I love the atmosphere -- music and music videos on a big screen give it a fun, relaxing vibe. And now they even offer complimentary cocktails, which is such a nice touch! This is a new amenity, and I'm truly enjoying it The pricing is exactly what you'd expect for top-tier service. As my husband always says, "If you're gonna do it, then just DO IT!" And honestly, it pays to have the best. There's even a tech by the name of Amea... If you know, you know. However, the pricing and communication were frustrating. The acrylics were $60, and French tips added another $25, making it $85 for a basic look. My daughter wanted simple polka dots, but we were told that would cost an extra $30, which felt excessive. I said she'd do the dots at home, but during the second hand, the French tip was done diagonally, leaving no room for dots later. When I asked if it could be changed, I was told it was already drying. They offered to add the dots, but still wanted another $30. I just wish there had been better communication before the nails were finished. A quick check-in about the design would have helped, especially for the price. I hope your salon has actually implemented proper sanitation enforcement instead of being cheap and reusing 10 cent files, rotten cheese smelling gel base and unsanitary nail clippers.
