After finally getting sitter for my mani and pedi, it was rush and half done the sides of my nail are unpolished. Let me save you a visit and your money because we work hard for that dont we! They do not individually wrapped your hands with a warm towel as described in the brochure. It is more a luke warm dirty rag lightly draped over both hands. We all go for the message right not just to have our nails done. This was a less than mediocre message. The lady intentionally used a pea size amount of lotion to give a skimpy half assed rub. She came & went often to mingle/make a food oder. Also the brochure advertised an option between hot stones or the wax, but don't expect to be given the option. They will go with the hot wax so as to skimp on massaging. The time length on the brochure..def more of a suggestion then an actual guideline they go by. Anyways, I highly advise you form your own opinion if it's a convenient location, but I for one will never waste my money hear again. read more

Went for the first time on a Saturday at a girlfriend's suggestion. They were super busy but the wait wasn't long and T WAS AMAZING! She was an absolute expert and for the first time since I started getting my nails done that I hadn't gotten cut by the drill! I've been going here for nearly three years now (not sure why it took me so long to leave a review). When I first started going there, I had maybe one negative experience with an inexperienced nail technician, but the technician who came to rescue me, Jenny, has been my go-to ever since. She does a great job and is so sweet. The prices are comparable and they always greet me when I come in. I highly recommend this place, but I would call to make an appointment because they can get rather busy, especially in the evenings and on weekends. I have to say I am very picky about my nails. By luck of the draw I got Kathy! She was fabulous. She takes her time to make sure you like your nails. I first had her do Acrylics, but then changed to next gen nails. Everyone is friendly and professional. It is a little retreat for me when I come here! This nail salon is just awesome! read more

I usually have such a great experience here but today I brought my family from out of town. We waited for 30 mins before they sat us in a chair. They started my two guests then one lady left her station to go eat a snack before coming back to start again. I sat in the chair while they finished my guests while the promptly started 3 people who walked in after me. My two guests had to wait for 30 minutes for me to get done. I have problem toes. They're rough at times, and my big toe gets curled in. But I had my nails done here as a walk-in at 6 pm. Lilly made me feel so at ease, and was able to clean everything up without any pain. She did it little snips at a time, so it didn't hurt. And she didn't make me feel self conscious. My nails look so much healthier now! And the other gal who did my manicure at the same time was excellent, too. She didn't buff my cuticles roughly as some beginners do. Very pleasant decor as well. They pre-line the foot basin with a disposable plastic liner and use a new nail supply kit for each patron. I wish I lived closer! read more

Can't get any better than this! I love this shop and the work they do. I have been getting faux nails for about 35 years now. I have been to several places over these past several years until I tried Nails Now one year ago. I am totally hooked and the girls are so sweet to me. The work they do is 100%. The place is immaculate. If you can afford the $52.00 pedi, that's the one you should get. She spends about 20 minutes massaging your legs and feet. This is an awesome nail salon! I know there are 1000s of nail salons in Dallas, however this is my preferred spot. "MAY" is my girl! She knows how to do NEXGEN like a champ! She's neat, quick and listens to my requests. I like to get my cuticles trimmed prior to NEXGEN and she kindly obliges. The location is clean and the staff is fun and friendly. I went here for the very first time on Sunday and I was thoroughly impressed. Walking into the salon, I was greeted with a very happy hello. I told them that I wanted a Shellac Manicure and I was promptly instructed to choose a color from the color samples. This was very hard since I didn't know which one to choose. The man at reception helped me choose a color and was very nice and patient as I chose. The lady who did my nails was Ty (or "T"). She was absolutely amazing. She could sense I was a little nervous and did her best to help me feel relaxed. The equipment is brand new, straight from a sterile, sealed package so you know that hygiene is not an issue. We had a nice conversation as she did the manicure and even the lady sitting next to me joined in. I will definitely go back again for another gel manicure. And yes, I now have decided that Ty will be my manicurist! Very happy with the service and it was a reasonable price! Very satisfied! Thank you! read more

last time I went they treated me in a hurry! Made my French nexgel white tip super thick, and not curve just one huge thick white tip. Owners could be more friendly towards the customers specially the wife!! It seems like unless you don't get the most expensive pedicure then they don't treat you nice or value you!!! read more

It is priced on the high side and I wish there was more selection in nail colors but that's just me being picky they really had lots of colors to choose from.
