I have been remiss in not promoting them before now! This light, bright, friendly shop in the Chelsea Corners Shopping Center is my go to spot for pedis and manis! They have a special process for a better version of SNS powder nails that keep them strong. This is the first time in twenty years my nails have grown and rarely break. (In a year I've broken two nails since coming here. My fault - not theirs.) For anyone having sensitive hands (autoimmune) they do not hurt having my nails done here. And they do them on the thinner side like I prefer. Great color choices and a comfortable and clean environment. Highly recommend Andy, Aly or Lee as they are the three I've had so my nails. I still don't have a long wait for my appointment times and I can probably count how many times I've actually had to wait awhile for the previous person to finish. However, it's a beauty service & waiting is expected to happen sometimes, so it's understandable & not a big issue for me. He's always apologized if I've had to wait longer than expected. Quality is perfection, I often like a lot of designs & I appreciate how he allows me to show several ideas & then educates me on what's going to look best & why. Fully trust his artwork & creativity. The atmosphere is typically quiet with some talking going on, good music is usually playing.

I don't mind paying to fix it but they didn't say anything it about it or act surprised. Been coming consistently for probably close to 5 years and don't think even 1 person knows my face. Coming from leadership experience at a spa with high end customers, costumer service + knowing your customers goes a long way (and knowing who's spending money at your business). I always tip over 20% if not well over. I go here because of location convenience, because I can always walk in without an appointment, and finding a new place is just inconvenient. 4 stars because I feel bad giving less than that.

After 3 weeks the gel on my toes is cracking. Not sure if it was just the polish or what but for $95 ($50 builder gel & $45 for gel polish change on toes) I would prefer my nails to not chip so quickly or crack.

You know a lot of times I try to give a business the benefit of the doubt, but so many things went…read morewrong, so I feel the need to really explain why this is not a business to visit. First off, I couldn't even explain to the lady what I wanted because she didn't know one word in English. The entire time she was basically using sign language to tell me to lift my leg when she was ready to put cream on it or she needed me to put my foot back in the water. It was just very difficult and not relaxing. I felt like when she was putting nail polish on she on purpose was not doing it far enough close to the cuticle because she wanted it to grow out quickly. Two days after my session, my nail polish is fading. It's not the crisp pink color I chose. You can also see areas where she did not put enough nail polish. My mom, who is sitting next to me, noticed hers didn't have enough nail polish, and when she asked the gentleman to put more, some lady nearby told her that's just "her nail". We looked at each other like do we look dumb to you? My mom's nails have no dark coloring or black streaks or anything of that sort to justify why you could see weird lines on her big toe. So the guy put more nail polish and what do you know, it solved the problem. These people are a ripoff, not skilled, can't communicate in English, and instead of trying to resolve an issue, they put blame on the person's nails. Definitely not coming back ever again and I don't recommend anyone to visit them either.
