I have been to a lot of nail salons, and none were this welcoming. The staff is also highly professional. They soaked off my dip nails expertly. It did not take the usual grinding, rubbing, and wait time that I have experienced in other salons. My nails also looked healthy afterwards (which never happens to me with dip). I still don't have a long wait for my appointment times and I can probably count how many times I've actually had to wait awhile for the previous person to finish. However, it's a beauty service & waiting is expected to happen sometimes, so it's understandable & not a big issue for me. He's always apologized if I've had to wait longer than expected. You know a lot of times I try to give a business the benefit of the doubt, but so many things went…read morewrong, so I feel the need to really explain why this is not a business to visit. First off, I couldn't even explain to the lady what I wanted because she didn't know one word in English. The entire time she was basically using sign language to tell me to lift my leg when she was ready to put cream on it or she needed me to put my foot back in the water. It was just very difficult and not relaxing. I felt like when she was putting nail polish on she on purpose was not doing it far enough close to the cuticle because she wanted it to grow out quickly. Two days after my session, my nail polish is fading. It's not the crisp pink color I chose. You can also see areas where she did not put enough nail polish. My mom, who is sitting next to me, noticed hers didn't have enough nail polish, and when she asked the gentleman to put more, some lady nearby told her that's just "her nail". We looked at each other like do we look dumb to you? My mom's nails have no dark coloring or black streaks or anything of that sort to justify why you could see weird lines on her big toe. So the guy put more nail polish and what do you know, it solved the problem. These people are a ripoff, not skilled, can't communicate in English, and instead of trying to resolve an issue, they put blame on the person's nails. Definitely not coming back ever again and I don't recommend anyone to visit them either.
