This location is more spacious than the other but the quality seems a bit off here for some reason. Staff was great and super friendly and I was able to get a same day appointment scheduled quickly but my builder gel nails ended up chipping the very next week. After 3 weeks the gel on my toes is cracking. Not sure if it was just the polish or what but for $95 ($50 builder gel & $45 for gel polish change on toes) I would prefer my nails to not chip so quickly or crack. read more

The service was good. Nice place it was my first time there I got manicure and pedicure. In the phone they told me it was 65$ with gel each mani and pedi I said okay. Ended up getting charge $146. This is actually my first time at this location. I'm usually a Hoover girlie but 280 was more convenient this day. This is a big beautiful, spacious nail salon with a bar. It's the only nail salon you'll ever need to patronize. I love it here! I'm always so warmly greeted and it's so easy to make appointments! You have to try the Limosa! Lemonade and champagne, thank me later!! Did I mention the superb customer service!!! I can admit I cheated a few times and visited other nail shops but I'm proud to say, no one treats me better than the Nail Bar! I am in love with the new style, I'm a newlywed so my husband wanted to see me in French tips! I work a lot with my hands, so long is a no go for me, this length is perfect! Exquisite and eloquent! Terrible. Arrived at 6:00 and asked for a mani and pedicure. The man behind the desk refused, saying they wouldn't have time to do both before they close at 7. Umm, most places just use 2 techs. If you want your nails done, make sure you abide by THEIR schedule. Don't arrive after say 4:30. Wouldn't want to keep them a minute past closing. read more

Visited The Nail Bar recently. It is really a nice, clean establishment with a really good vibe and feel. There is a scheduler/receptionist as soon as you walk in and we were just walkins but able to get an appointment within 30 minutes. the place wasn't very busy so they offered for us to just choose our chairs and have a seat and wait while we enjoyed a beverage of our choice water, soda or wine. We were getting pedicures. This was our first time here so considering this they did a pretty good job on our feet. The next time I will probably give a little more instruction, but overall I was pleased and will return. read more

Not the worst nail salon but definitely not the best. The staff was not friendly, they seemed like they dreaded their job and was unhappy having to do our service. Also, the man told me to look at certain colors so they would definitely match both nails and toes and they are two completely different colors. Kim wasn't there and I got Julie. She was nice, the color was nice but I don't like how my nails came out. The area by the cuticles on most of the nails were not smooth and uneven. Didn't notice until I left how bulky it looked. Disappointed. *Update* Nail broke after day 3 on vacation. Should have known because technician was having trouble applying nail tip because glue wasn't sticking properly. The WORST $70 I've EVER spent and I've spent money on some silly things. I am so disappointed. I just got a pedicure and it was the most rushed through experience ever. The massage lasted about 5 seconds to the point where the tech actually just washed the lotion off with water. And the bottoms of my feet, which were in DIRE need of a good scrub, just barely got scrubbed. See the picture of all the dead skin still left on the bottom of my feet. Ben the nail tech did a horrible rush job on my SNS manicure. My nails are all uneven and shaped different. I asked for a manicure and I only received powered nails that left my cuticles dry and cracked. I would not ever go back to this Salon nor would I recommend this place. read more

Brought my almost 4 year old for a mani/pedi with me (the website shows a kids menu, which turned out to be the Hoover location). The nail tech was much too frustrated with her smudging her nails (I said I didn't care), told her she would have to stay and clean while I left once if she smudged them, and made the process really just not fun.
