Love Nailtique!! I'm not a regular nail-goer, but I think I'm about to become one. The staff here are all so welcoming, conversational, and QUICK! I've had SNS manicures that take over two hours to be done. Miss Yum Yum got me out of there in an hour. I'll be back in a few weeks to go again! And the SNS manicure here is only $48! I asked them if they thought the color I had in mind would go well with my skin tone and they gave me honest feedback which I appreciate because I was honestly open to anything! They do anything you could want here, there were some teenage girls that got art on their nails while I was there, too! Clean space, friendly people, quick service, and a good product! Parking is super easy and the other customers are fun to talk to as well. This may be my Nail HQ! read more

Found this place sort of by accident but will absolutely be coming back!!! It's so beautiful and clean. The decor is very spa like and there are plenty of staff. I saw about 8-10 on the Saturday that I came. I only got a pedi and Rosa is the tech I got. She was wonderful! She made enough conversation to be friendly but also allowed me to relax and just enjoy the treat of the massage. The price was a bit higher than I'm used to paying but it may be that prices are higher in Alabama in general, as opposed to NC, where I just moved from. Either way, I'd much rather pay more for a great experience in a gorgeous salon! Very happy with the service I got today and will definitely be back for my next pedi! read more

Love this place! They always have great service. They can get busy, but they always do what they can to get you in if you don't have an appointment. Comfy chairs and always clean. My nails always last longer when I get gel here as opposed to many places. read more

I went in as a walk in. They were pretty busy but my wait wasn't long. My nail tech was Eric. He was efficient and often asked about my feedback on my nails. I brought in an inspiration picture and he was able to get it done with the help of another nail tech. The salon is nice and relaxing. I would go back again read more

Nailtique - Excellent service. Clean. Professional. Dedicated to craft. - Nail Salons Near Me - Birmingham, Alabama

I've waited to post this, but as time goes on and my nails are still destroyed, I felt that I need to. I had an appointment with specific individuals as recommended by coworkers who are long term clients for a builder gel manicure and a pedicure prior. I arrived promptly and the pedicure was done first. I requested French and the white was very thick, but just settled because my multiple requests were not "heard" to thin it out. However, I was put with a different nail technician for the builder gel manicure. They looked great, but the issue came 2.5 weeks later when I went to have them refilled. The technician that day said that they had lifted too much and I had to have a whole new set put on. When I told her I just wanted to take everything off then because I wasn't going to do that every visit as that is not the point of builder gel, she continued to try to talk me into regular gel polish or dip. As I continue to refuse, she said the reason that that the issue happened to my nails was because the technician that applied them was not appropriately trained to do that type of manicure. She said she could do them in guarantee 4 weeks between visits. I continued to reiterate that I just wanted everything taken off and that's what she finally did. I'm still dealing with paper thin nails that have palpable ridges throughout the entire nail bed that will take months to grow out. Extremely disappointing for the expense and now the horrific shape that my nails are in. read more

The nails turned out really nice overall. Only downside was the vibe of the place wasn't super relaxing and they also had a hidden charge for gel nails +$18 which seemed like a lot to not be listed upfront! read more

The place is always sparkling clean. I go every 5 to 6 weeks (yes, that's how long my gel manicure lasts) for a gel manicure and pedicure. Yum Yum is my go to for my nail services. Professional all the way. read more

Wish I lived closer because this place was so good! Employees were kind, my toes look great, and reasonably priced!

I don't normally leave reviews, but I would like to for this nail salon because I had a really great experience. First and foremost, they didn't rush me or try to talk me out of what I wanted. They wanted to make sure they were giving me what I wanted with my, full set acrylics and my pedicure. They took the time to clean my cuticles properly on both my fingernails and my toenails. They service and quality of my manicure and pedicure was definitely worth what I paid although I wasn't expecting it to be that much. I wasn't mad about it because I was happy with what I got and I haven't gotten that in a long time at salon. read more

What a wonderful experience getting my pedicure!!! Yum Yum was the sweet Lady who took great, great care of me and she did an excellent job revitalizing my toes. Everyone there was so kind. And from the buzz I heard from different conversations, all of their customers love coming there. Nailtique in Cahaba Heights is GREAT!!! I will be back soon! read more

Wonderful nail salon. I wanted to get gelx nails and she did a great job!! Highly recommend.

Tried this place 1.5 years ago when I gave it 2 stars for likely the worst pedicure ever. I vowed to give it a second chance and so today, I did that (my guy at my other place is on vacation). This time, I made an appointment, hoping for a different technician. I was woefully disappointed to see the same guy come to the station!!! Other technicians were lounging in pedicure chairs jibber jabbering away against super zen spa-like music. The pedicure was better this time (3.5 stars instead of 2). By the time I left, two others were getting pedicures and seemed to be regulars. Maybe I just need to request someone else. This place is super clean, but still the same issue noted with sterilized instruments. read more

Have tried multiple nail salons in Birmingham and this one will forever be my favorite! Samantha is so personable and does my nails better than anyone ever has. All of the staff is so friendly and welcoming. They also have the best pedicures with a long massage which is hard to find. Highly recommend! read more

Nailtique has a great environment and really friendly staff! My schedule is unpredictable, so I always walk-in. They keep busy, but I've never had to wait more than a few minutes to be served. There is always a steady stream of regulars coming in for appointments who are greeted by name. I love that because it shows how great their service is! I've been about five times and normally get a gel manicure or polish change. I have always been really pleased with the results! They pay close attention to the shaping of my nails, the evenness of the color and the prices are reasonable. Also, they always play HGTV if that is your vibe! read more

My experience was pretty awful. I wanted a French tip pedicure and manicure with acrylics on the manicure. They shaped my toes terribly the French tip was AWFUL. It looked like caterpillars on the tips. No shaping or artistic looks what do ever. I had to keep explaining what I wanted and showing pictures and they still couldn't get it right so if you want a French tip don't go here. The woman who was doing my toes was very young and seemingly new, she had to call for help several times and eventually got frustrated and just got another worker to do my nails altogether. This was my first visit and I don't think I'll be back. The workers were sweet besides the lady who did my feet, but I LOVE my French tips and I can't continue to come somewhere that can't do a simple French tip. read more

We're really lucky to have a great nail place in Cahaba Heights that doesn't completely break the bank (looking at you, Summit). $40 for a deluxe pedicure isn't that bad. They're very friendly here, too. Nancy was great. The chairs and furniture are a little run down, but the overall atmosphere is good. It's a pretty small shop. A 15 minute wait at 2 o' clock on a Saturday is not bad. Will be back. read more

I don't normally go to this business but my usual nail salon was full so I swung by here on a Sunday afternoon for a regular manicure. The place was clean, employees were nice. I've now almost had the polish on for two weeks and it's in pretty good shape. I've never had a regular manicure last this long. I will be going back for sure!! read more

I stopped by on a Friday without an appointment for an SNS manicure. I expected to wait if needed since I didn't have an appointment but the lady (who I believe was the owner) told me to choose a color and sit down. She started on my nails as if it were some sort of race to see how quickly she could finish. One of the steps of applying clear polish was a joke- she "brushed" it on as if it was a two year old with their eyes closed. Clear polish all over the sides of my fingers. I was in and out of the chair in 25 minutes- which for an SNS MANICURE is absurd. My only thought is she wanted to turn customers over as quickly as possible to get more $$ but it came at the expense of quality. After ONE WEEK, my nails are cracking, chipping and need to be redone. One week. SNS should last at least 2 and usually three weeks. When she finished and I mentioned that I had glue/clear polish all over and my nails were stuck to my skin, she told me that was normal and that it would wash off when I washed my hands. Umm...what? Quick turnover, shotty work, ZERO attention to detail. With a nail salon on almost every corner, I'll happily take my business to a place that emphasizes quality. read more

Samantha and Danny run the best nail salon I've ever been to. The product is awesome. My nails last three weeks! They are attentive and incredibly customer service oriented. I've lived here in BHM almost 9 years and it took me 8 of those 9 to find this wonderful salon. Waxing, pedicures, and more services offered. They have 100 % rating from State Board of. Cosmetology as well!! Every instrument sanitized in a hydroclave. Best pedicures as well!! read more

So far I have only had 1 pedicure here and it was excellent. I splurged for the added hot-stone treatment that was $40 with the basic being $30. The lady massaged my legs with oil and it felt so wonderful y'all! She could have asked me for almost ANYTHING at that moment. Then came the hot-stones and I was in la la land. It felt so good that I caught myself looking at her like "where have you been all my life". I will definitely be back! Ok then came the steaming towels and that was relaxing. I now know that I need a full body massage ASAP! Drop into this place! read more

Super busy salon on a Tuesday morning outing with my Mom. We both got mani pedi service and they were very gentle and sweet with her. My nail salon pet peeves are beverage service and massage so I have to mention that - while they offered the lady next to us water none was offered to us. I'm well hydrated today but this is a deal breaker overall. I'm going to try other Birmingham salons next time in an effort to find decent service. The massage part of the service was lengthy but rather limp wristed for most of it. They just don't seem to care and are just going thru the motions. I like how quiet this spa is and that the TVs are tuned to HGTV but the volume is down and while the staff patter is fairly constant they try to keep voices soft. The overall feel of the place is calm and I appreciate that. Polish color selection is average (about 300 shades of Opi, Essie and Color Club etc) but I always bring my own. They offer Opi infinite shine for $3 upcharge. The upselling to gel services was also minimal here. I'm not sure why this place is so incredibly popular but even for price it's not a 5 star in my book. read more

Great place, very big and beautiful interior design. Got a pedicure with a sprained ankle and the technician was so wonderful and gentle. Then I got the dip powder on my nails and I love it!! It's my first time doing this as opposed to gel or acrylics and I love this so much better. She said it would help grow my nails because the acrylics had ruined them. It was maybe 10-15 bucks more that I would've priced it all at but worth it I guess! read more
