I've only been here once but I'll be back! I was super happy to find a nail salon close to home that I actually like. I want to preface this by saying that i don't typically get manicures but I do love a good pedicure and this was one of the best I've ever had. The nail salon itself is a typical nail salon nothing special in the interior. The only thing that stood out to me was the niceness of the staff. They really seem to care that you've had a good experience. Very friendly. I got the deluxe pedicure. They have about five different ones you can choose from. Mine was $45. It included a fabulous leg massage and hot towels. I enjoyed every minute. I got a French pedicure which was an extra $5 which is typical of any salon. The end result looked really nice. After a horrible experience at the Riviera, i hastened to find another salon to get serviced. Happily I found The Nail place. I was greeted immediately at the door by three of the employees. I was asked to choose my color and seated immediately. The vibe was cozy,clean and instrumental jazz music played throughout my time there. I don't get my nails done very often but it's always a great experience every time I come here! The pedicures are amazing I wouldn't go anywhere else, they don't push different product or try to up sale you on anything. Even the basics are great quality! I wish I could give it no stars. While waiting on my table at Jubilee Joe's I decided to go get a quick arch. First. This woman took 42 minutes to arch my eyebrows. Keep in mind this was a damn touch up NOT my first arch ever in life. Second. These two younger girls sat there and allowed this old ass woman to do my eyebrows knowing full well she had no clue what she was doing bcus one was on the phone arranging polishes on a wall and the other already had her purse on ready to go. When they could've just told me they no and refused my business. Hell I walked in at 6 and left at 6:44 and there was no one there. I would have liked that better. This woman has applied waxed to the same area 3 TIMES and even I know better than to do. MY FACE IS ON FIRE AND SWOLLEN. I AM LIVID!!!!!!!! I knew something was going wrong and asked for a mirror during and 15 minutes in my eyes still looked untouched. Lord have mercy. I have a patch missing from one eyebrow and I'm bleeding on the other. I'm at dinner now looking like a fool worried af about my face and I pray it's better by my event tomorrow. read more

This salon has many gel and powder color options. The techs are nice and they do a great job. I've been going here for 3 months, and I don't have a complaint so far. Convenient location-easy to find. The wait time isn't usually too bad. I also get my eyebrows waxed here. This place is also clean and has a new/modern look. read more

I got a full set of acrylics done from there and had asked for a square shape style. The nail tech not only messed up the shape of my nails but has uneven and different shape of the each fingernails. There was no consistency and the design of the acrylics that I had chosen was not matched with the end product. I was very disappointed and asked them to take it off for me. They charged me for the nails regardless of knowing how bad the nails turned out. I suggest you go somewhere else!! read more

To keep it short i've come here a few times but today was my last. my acrylic nails were pried off with another fake nail tip. he cut into my skin with the drill multiple times, he cut my nails and filed them unevenly. my paint job was done horribly and i realized one of my nails was bubbling after i left. they did give me a refund when i sent them pictures but i thought i would warn y'all. update i woke up in the morning to all of my fingers hurting from where they were cut into read more

I had been here before and had a good experience, but this time wasn't as great. I asked for a gel mani and tips on my middle nails to match the length of the rest. During my manicure, the man clipped my skin twice, which led me to bleed in both places. It hurt! Also, on the middle nails, he used dip on the tip, which makes sense, but he did the dip so wide that it made me fingers looks ridiculous. The glue was all over my finger and was stuck for about two days. When I left and got into the sunlight, my manicure looked extremely streaky and was transparent in a few spots. This was one of the worst manicures I've ever had. The woman filed my nails so poorly that she broke my skin under my nail. The color was applied unevenly. It also took the technician an hour to give me a basic manicure. Her tool fell on the ground and she continued to use it. This was NOT worth $15 by any means. read more
