The folks here are very nice and professional. I got just a regular pedicure with nail polish and it was $35 plus tip. It's a little hot inside and the chairs aren't the greatest in regard to the massage part but I was pleased with my pedicure. Will come back if I receive another gift certificate. read more

Service requested was a gel polish application. The polish was not applied evenly. The photos may not be easy to notice, however the polish is thick in some areas, and sparse/transparent in others. Lots of polish on skin and even a hair fiber on left pinkie finger. The technician did not clean up those areas or remove the hair fiber after being shown. It looks sloppy. It seemed like he was blotting the polish on instead of painting with smooth strokes. I communicated my dissatisfaction with the quality while in the salon, however there was no effort made by technician to fix anything. The total that I was charged for this service was $28. I was very disappointed and for the first time ever, did not leave a tip. I will not return. read more

I've been here a few times as I moved here 6 weeks ago. Every time I've gotten a cut from a file. They have a few technicians that seem friendly. Some do not speak at all. Today is my last time. I'll try someplace new. My nails are too short and not the color I wanted. I asked twice. When I said I didn't like them they told me to pick something else next time. I'm not the type to complain I just am a soft person so yes it was my fault I didn't speak up but this is not a $70 job well $65 but here's the thing didn't know tips were required until he said "do you do cash tip?" And I said "I don't have cash on me " the he proceeds to add $5 "tip" to his awful job then like I said I'm soft I'm 19 and stay with my mom so it outraged her when she seen them then the price so she called and asked for either my money back or fix them which he proceeds to call Me a LIAR and said I liked his work and agreed my mom also said I normally get charged $55 and that's true the 5 times I've been there and he said no $60 so they are price gouging now I have proof on my bank statements normally it's $55 for long coffin with gel I know times are tough right now but that's not fair for my hard earned money to be spent like this and I asked him for longer coffin shape dose it look like that to you? And they are so thick they are hanging off my nail bed and you can still see the top of my real nail and I was cut several times and was bleeding...!!!!!!! so I will never return for the rude attitude of the "manager" and the job that was done really don't want them fixed I want my money back!!!!!! read more

A one-star is too good for this place. My daughter had her nails done and showed a picture of the shape acrylics she wanted. She spent 2 hours and $60 and her nails looked terrible. As a mother, I called the salon and they didn't care and blamed it on my daughter for not saying something at the end of her 2 hour service. Liberty Nail almost always takes me in promptly as a walk-in. They are reasonably priced and provide consistently good service. The leg massage almost makes me slide out of my chair! I recommend this place to all my friends! read more
