I was looking for a different place to get care for my natural nails and accidentally landed at this place. I've been getting powdered/dip nails for the past several years and decided a couple of months to go natural. The problem that I've found is that most salons frown upon natural nails... anyways, this place was recommended by the spa next door to this place. I walked into an aesthetically pleasing salon with great smells and more than enough chairs to accommodate the clients. The greeting upon entry was very warm and pleasant. I was told to pick a color and taken to a chair. I was pleasantly surprised that they offered a natural nails service. Wow oh wow!! This was a great service with different oils being rubbed onto your feet. Completely relaxing. Cocktails were offered with this service as well. This service is little more expensive than the basic mani/pedi but worth it, in my opinion. This is a very nice and relaxing nail salon. Very calming and not so much like an assembly line. I had the opportunity to receive a free pedicure courtesy of a business of which I am a client. I arrived around 11 am on a Friday, we were allowed to come anytime this day between 10 am - 4 pm. The salon is beautiful. I felt like I was in Italy, or a Las Vegas version of Italy because the ceiling was painted like a blue sky, but there's a gorgeous crystal chandelier so ... Las Vegas! lol I was promptly greeted and after picking out my color (one of Anthony Vince's line of polishes), I was at a station. The place was very busy, lots of clients but everyone was being taken care. The young lady was friendly, but oh my goodness, she was a little rough cutting my nails (a bit too short) and filing it. I was actually scared that she would cut me. The massage was pretty good, yet I felt like the pedicure was rushed. There were two clients seated near me who were already there before I got there, yet I was done before they were. I don't think they were getting any extra services. Definitely not anything other than a regular polish pedicure. I wasn't sure if the tip was included with the free pedicure, so I went ahead and tipped anyway. I'm not sure of their prices. As other reviews have mentioned, there's a sign that says tips have to be in cash or by Venmo, and there's an ATM machine right by the door. I'm not a fan of this practice. Also, although it didn't happen to me, because my nail tech left me quickly to work on another client, I felt like they loitered to get their tip. I observed this happen to another client near me. Overall, I'm not impressed with this nail salon and although I appreciate my free pedicure, again, from a business I am a client of, I don't think I'll be back because the my experience was not relaxing. read more

They do take reservations, however usually when I want a pedicure it's one of those spur of the moment type days. So coming here is great not have to worry about making reservations. The girl that did my dip polish didn't even drill them to make them flat. There are rough edges around nail and just a poorly done job. The way in which they remove the previous dip or gel is damaging to the nails and hands. I would not recommend this salon. read more

After trying nail salon after nail salon i I believe I've found my place! I called ahead to ask about walk ins and the person on the phone was so friendly! I requested a full set "cat eye" gel and I am over the moon with how they turned out! Tammy was amazing and very meticulous with everything, going over 3 times with every process to make sure they were perfect. When she began the magnet process, the staff gathered around and "ooh and ahh" -ed. this is the cleanest set I've ever had and I feel like a million bucks. Will definitely be returning!! read more

I absolutely love this place. I loved it when it was the Venetian Nail Spa. They have relocated in the Summit near Saks. We came here as an early start to my birthday. My friend told them it was my birthday and they sang happy birthday to me and I blew out a lighter lol. When you first walk in there is bar with an assortment of wine and flavored water. I'm not sure what else they have. You still can bring your own bottle of wine, but they do charge you a fee for opening it ($5) which isn't bad. To the left is a wall full of an assortment of nail polish. We were quickly greeted when we walked in and only waited about 5 minutes before we were seated. I got the Spa pedicure and manicure. I loved every moment of it. It was very relaxing. From the massage chair to the foot, leg and hand massage. There are flat screens tv's all around the spa. They are looking to add chairs so that you can enjoy a spa pedicure outside, which I think would be awesome! They having waxing services as well. The customer service here is superb! I recently had a pedicure here...my first pedicure since the pandemic. The facility is large and clean. The decor is pretty upscale and luxurious, which you can see in their photos online. I was there on a Saturday morning and it was pretty busy but I didn't have to wait. The pedicure chairs are in groups of 6 around the exterior of the salon, and there were no more than 3 customers in a group when I was there (so I felt like everyone was pretty well distanced). I was really pleased with my service. I splurged on a more high end pedicure since it had been so long since I had one. The service was very relaxing and my nail tech was great. I was really pleased overall. There are plastic dividers at the manicure tables, but none at the pedicure chairs. Everyone I saw, staff and customers included, were wearing masks. There's a bar up front and adult beverages are available for those that are interested. There's also juice and complimentary water. Also, they only take cash tips, but they have an ATM up front. Let me start by saying that it truly saddens me to be posting this negative review. I am not one to put a business on blast but I felt it necessary in this Instance. I went to Anthony Vince after work yesterday in hopes of enjoying a manicure after a long day. Turns out it was everything BUT relaxing. It was truly the worst, most painful manicure I have ever received. Yes, I said painful! My cuticles and the sides of my nails were bleeding on several fingers. The cuticle cleaning was NOT pleasant and then she (Tina, I think that was her name) proceeded to "clean" my cuticles with the dremel. Not the small, smooth tool but the larger, rough one that feels like sandpaper. She used this on my cuticle, nail bed and finger. That only made it worse! She knew she was hurting me because she said "I hurt you". Ummm, YES! I should have spoke up at that point. I'm a softy and didn't want to hurt her feelings, even though I was the one experiencing the discomfort. She proceeded to do the dip powder. Mistake #2. It's so thick and uneven, Not to mention my finger nails look like she took the thumb nails out of a press on kit and used it on every finger. The dip is over my cuticle and she couldn't even file them on the sides because they were so wide and thick. When she tried it was very uncomfortable from all the soreness she had already caused. It was truly awful! It's a beautiful salon but all they care about is getting people in and out the door to make that $$. Don't even get me started on how I had to use their ATM inside the salon and pay a fee because I didn't have any cash for the tip. See, I'm not mean because If I were, I wouldn't have left a tip at all! I'm including some pictures of my "manicure" for your entertainment. The pictures don't do them justice. Way worse in person! I had to put pain relieving ointment on my hands after I got home. As much as I want to leave a positive review, the following is enough to have me change nail salons. This salon CHARGES YOU for gel removal service even though they are the ones who applied the gel polish. They desire no customer loyalty by doing so. If you are getting other services done, they take $2 off this charge. No other nail salon around town charges this fee. They could at least be sneaky about it and build the fee into other costs, but no! It's infuriating as all get out to be a regular customer and get charged this fee. Because of this breach of long-term relationship, I will be going to another nail salon. One of their employees is also known for their disrespectful attitude towards customers. read more

I have had generally consistent positive experiences. I have only had pedicures here, mostly gel. On the off occasion I'll have to wait a good little while because of course they're going to seat you, even if a tech isn't available for another 30 minutes. So just be prepared to wait if you're a walk in. They only accept cash tips, so bear that in mind when you go. Some techs have Venmo as well. Their polish selection is pretty good, they have some mainstream brands as well as their own brand. So you'll find about any color you want. Will continue to come back! read more

I have bought numerous gift cards at this establishment and have enjoyed getting my nails done here on occasion. The guy who answered the phone at about 4pm yesterday, 7/12/2023, was so rude. He answered and I said "Hi! I'd like to come in for a pedicure if you have any availability." He replied "what do you mean you want a pedicure? We are busy." And he hung up. Over a decade I have been getting my Manis and Pedicures with this amazing team. We followed them during their transition from the previous location. I am ALWAYS greeted by my first name and made to feel like I am at home. The manicures have always been so beautiful and the pedicures are like those you receive in the fanciest of spas. I have always known you tip in cash, and when I forget they have an ATM machine right there in the lobby that is quick and easy to use. I also love the threading of my eyebrows when necessary. I tried this nail salon for the first time today after being referred by a friend. I am getting married on Friday and had a specific shade of blue that I wanted. I was upset at first because the color looked much greener once they applied it to my fingers. They redid it with another color, but it was still not what I had envisioned. If I could give no stars I would! Terrible experiences! Update 4 months later... after pushing from coworkers I decided to give this place questions more shot. And I couldn't be more pissed that I have wasted my time and money again. The finger nails were fine at best I'd say but the pedicure was just so bad. I didn't even know I had an ingrown until the man cut into my toe like half way from the middle and pulled it and once it started to bleed he just put it in the water and moved the the I there foot. When he did the other side I was pulling away in pain and he pulled it from my flesh and as that question started to bleed I asked him to stop. 2 and half days later, my toes are still bleeding. And also the acrubbing on my foot has been to rough. I'm so mad I wasted time and money and that my toes are still so tender I can barely put on my running shoes. Later that evening, my feet were still cracked and flakey. This place is terrible. I will NEVER go back!!! Very disappointed! Lack luster to say the least. For the prices you'd anticipate more bit you'd be wrong. Felt very rushed and before I was even done the lady was pressuring me for payment. She hadn't even asked if I was happy with my service yet. The nails looked decent and the pedicure was alright but she didn't even touch the back of my legs and she made a comment about the fact that the towels wouldn't wrap around my legs due to my size. I've been twice in the last 3 weeks and both times were not good. The atmosphere and decor of the salon is lovely and it seems like it should be a top quality place to go, but I guess 'you can't judge a book....'. My complaint is with the quality of the services. Three weeks ago I had a gel mani and pedi with a woman named Apple. The pedicure was frustrating because she didn't use any pressure or intention when working with my feet and legs. She didn't even clean out my toenails. The quality of the polish job was also sub-par. The same with the gel nail job. It looked like I did it myself. Today I went back, assuming my experience with Apple was a one-off) and was put with Henry. Well, Henry was even worse than Apple. No skill at all in giving a pedicure. No care. He was completely indifferent to doing a good job, He kept stopping in the middle of the leg scrub part (again, like Apple, using limp hands UGH!!) because he was interested in something on TV. I left after his pedicure, NOT gonna stick around and pay for another crappy gel mani. This place is in a great location and has potential to be wonderful, but with technicians who are either unskilled or DGAF about providing a high quality pedicure and manicure, it's not looking good. read more
