90$!!!!! for french tips with chrome!! NO!!!!

literally insane 90$!!! for what??? full set of acrylic with French tip and chrome on top for $90. Don't waste your time or money.

Traung did my gel pedicure on my recent visit. He did a decent job but I've had better. During my pedicure , there were times when the water and the hot towels were overwhelming. I jokingly commented that he was trying to melt my skin off! I messed up my big toe once and he messed it up also. I'm not real sure what happened but he immediately fixed it. I was long overdue for a pedicure , so it felt great to be pampered! They even have new chairs and there's a warming setting available on the new chairs- I LOVE this feature! This was a fun time but I hope my next visit is way better.

I love my nails! Sapphire Nails does a great job, and I am always pleased with the service. My nail tech is named Vivian. She is such a sweet and caring person. She does a great job. My nails last, and look great for a long time. Give Vivian a try if you want a good nail tech.

I've been her a couple of times. Honestly, it's either a hit or miss. If someone does your nails good, get their name and stick to them because not everyone in the shop does good. The last time I went here I took my niece to get a manicure and polish and I got gel color tips. The lady who did my niece's nails just started polishing. Her nails were different sizes and I had to ask her to cut and shape them. Isn't that what comes with a manicure? On my nails you could still see the white line. I asked her could she cover it, she said yes, but didn't. I just paid and left. This was my last time coming.

I received a nail repair with my service on Saturday afternoon. I called two days later and told they would make a repair as long as it is within three days. I came in and now they are making me pay an additional $6 on top of the $68 I paid for the service on Saturday. Last time I'll waste my money here

So I have come here many many times over the past few years and sure there are some techs who do great work and others are so so. Today unfortunately was the day I got a really bad technician. He was not friendly but that is fine. I am not a talker. The only problem was the nail paint was not looking right on my big toe so I said something to the technician and that started the downfall. He tried to fix it and touch it up but it looked like a big mess so I said so. He told me it was my toe not his polish job so I said maybe file the toenail more or do something. He then decided to rip my shoe off which he had already put on before the clear coat. When he ripped my shoe off he took my nail polish with it all over my flip flops. At that point I was mad. Now I have blue polish on my flojos. So I told the technician next to me that maybe he should find the owner who came over to asses the situation. I told the owner that maybe this technician should just start over and I should get another technician. The owner said the current technician will try to make me happy and he left. Well he tried again but it just got worse. The paint got everywhere and while I was trying to remove the polish from my shoes, the acetone took off some color on my flip flops and now they look well crazy. I finally told him to just stop and I needed to leave because I was mad. He offered to not charge me but I paid because I am not trying to get anything free. I then went to the owner and reiterated that ripping my shoe off was not professional and that was why I am mad. The owner really has nothing to say other than next time we will do better. I really want to give them another chance but not sure. I know covid has been hard on everyone so it hurts me to write this.

I started going to this place for a about a month off and on trying to find a new home after my favorite shop closed down. I've never had a problem and like others have said, although they are usually busy they never have a long wait. I got my nails done on a Tuesday and by Friday one had broke. They're are fairly short and strong so it was odd that it snapped clean off. That Saturday i went to the salon and explained what happened. A few people had remembered-me coming in and after 20 minutes of searching a younger female employee and im ASSUMING the male owner found my receipt and agreed to repair the nail if I was willing to wait 30 minutes. After working all week I decided to come back the next day, Sunday, to get the repair. When I came in, I got no acknowledgement. After a dew moments someone asked what I needed and I attempted to explain again. The woman (not sure of her name she has a short hair cut) cuts me off and says "if its broken,its broken" and pointed me in the direction of her station. I kid you not she did the repair in less than 5 minutes and the attached picture is what I was left with. Misshapen, bumping, missing acrylic. All over a 6$ nail repair? (Mind you the other nails were done less than a week ago and are lifting) Smh. The hunt for a new home continues.

Everyone here does a fantastic job. The only issue I have is the additional fees for gel and chrome. It should be a flat fee.

Let me just say I was a little bit worried as I have never done my eyebrows professionally before (should I have admitted that? *sweat*). It's just that I don't really have that much eyebrow to begin with and I've always been afraid that professionals would take too much or make me look crazy lol. However, Salima calmed my fears and simply shaped my eyebrows for me. Nothing crazy or dramatic, and they definitely look neater now. I guess there is a reason why you go to the professionals lol! As for the wax, Salima did an excellent job there as well. I arrived for my appointment and there was no wait. Not even 10 minutes later, I was done. She recommended the chocolate wax, which I have never heard of before. It smells fantastic!! The only problem is that now I crave chocolate, haha. The Look is pretty new and they are still working on getting their signage out front, so you could potentially miss it if you are not looking for it. If you are facing Publix from the street, they are on the left side of the building. You should definitely check it out before it becomes well known and get busy. I am bringing my SO back for some eyebrow shaping this week even though he doesn't know it yet!

It was my first time! I left there in so much pain (which I knew some pain was to be expected) and when I got home, I found quite of bit of hairs she missed! And, the worst part of it all, she ripped the wax strip so hard down in my Southern region, it tore off a small piece of my skin. I was bleeding! I had to call another wax shop for advice on how to treat this, and how to get this "fixed". It was a rushed job, and I'll never be back! Oh, and she didn't even care to take care of your backside, which is part of a Brazilian. And, when she got finished, she handed me a baby wipe and said, "Here, clean yourself up". Now, I'll be going to a more reputable wax center and paying them to fix her disaster, but it's worth it! DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID! You get what you pay for!

This is the most unprofessional business I have ever been to. I've been to maybe 3 sessions prior…read moreto my last session. My last session was ok nothing out the usual. Once it was time for my next session I didn't get a reminder so I called the store to find out my appointment time. The supervisor answers and informed me that my account was placed on hold. I ask why and she says that the last person to wax me says I asked her for inappropriate activity. Highly upset I asked the supervisor to have that person investigated because that was an accusation and I was highly upset. I went on to let her know how disgusted I was and upset. No one reached out to me to discuss prior but was quick to accuse me. I asked if there were any recordings of conversation and there isn't any. I asked for the owner to reach out. I was told I would be contacted. I called a total of 4 times with no return call or owner. Finally after 3 weeks of no contact the supervisor calls back and says my membership was canceled. Take in mind there was no investigation done to protect the customer from false accusations. The owner never reached out and I did all the communication on something that was 100% inaccurate and unprofessional. Not only did you not protect your customer but you did not hold your staff accountable for falsely accusing.

My reason for giving two stars is because prior to Katy, my experience at LA Bikini was consistently inconsistent due to the high level of turnover with staff members. Some were rude, some inefficient, some apathetic. But when I met Katy, I knew she was someone I had to lock in as a permanent service provider. FYI ladies--when you're getting hair ripped out of your hoo ha, having a relationship with the person doing it is paramount. You have to be comfortable with the person doing it, and the staff at LA Bikini seemed to be so unpredictable before Katy that I almost stopped going altogether. Now, to reach my point for giving two stars: as a business, why the hell would you sever the relationship with one of your longest-employed service providers with whom your loyal clients have built a relationship over the years? As a customer, I feel like the decision to take away someone who provided me with such excellent service was a poor business move. Because I do not trust the service of others who are currently employed by your facility (not saying that they're not excellent staff members--I just don't know them or have a relationship with them due to the extremely high turnover I've observed over the years as a customer), I can no longer patronize this establishment. And that makes me sad, because it's not easy to build a relationship with someone who will be responsible for accessing our most sensitive areas. I don't know where Katy is now, but just due to the sheer lack of consideration that LA Bikini has shown towards its customers in severing a relationship with someone highly valued by those who pay them to employ people they trust, I'll no longer be attending this establishment.

ROOM TEMP SUGAR - no more 'burning' wax. For the last 2 appointments, I've had Reema. And I love her. For all of the right reasons - she engages in chit-chat and let's me babble (it's how I pass time and forget what we're actually doing). She's super fast but also expertly thorough. She runs on time and even early if you're there before your appointment start. I've had other great sugarista's too... but Reema is now my girl. My only negatives are (1) turnover seems high which means that my sugarista may change without notice and (2) it's REALLY pink. Like really. They claim to provide mens services, but the pink would be a huge turn-off if I was looking for mens sugar services.
