I was there to use the complimentary eyebrow wax offer I received in my email. Rodnika listened to me and did not take off too much of my real eyebrows, but rather gave me a good clean up with some tint. Waxing nor the tweezing hurt and the service didn't take long. I'm a creature of habit, so once I got home I had to give myself the cut crease look with concealer and fill in certain areas with a little more brow filler.

The individuals I wanted to book with outside of EWC were all booked, on vacation or one had covid so I was left with facing this chain once again... thank God my experience went VERY well. Booking online was seamless and they have times available from 9a-9p which I found to be extremely convenient. Check in/out staff was okay. My waxer, Dejah, was amazing. She had so much personality and didn't mind my ball of energy or jokes throughout. Pain was minimal, process was quick, those roots were snatched with no stragglers left behind! The time to complete my full legs, underarm and brazillian flew by. I'd definitely book with Dejah again in the future.

My appointment was with Elizabeth. I really enjoyed her and I feel like she explained the process really well and answered my questions. I told her my prior waxing horror stories and she made me feel really comfortable. She was very gentle and my waxing was really quick. I get the LA Brazilian and Liz is always very attentive. I ended up getting a membership and adding services. I am usually out of my appointment in about 15 minutes. The sugaring is far less painful and I do not have any bumps. I never have a long wait and they are also taking proper precautions with COVID-19. They check your temperature and you cannot sit in the lobby. You also have to wear a mask. I highly recommend visiting this location, as they are very friendly and provide stellar service.

Once it was time for my next session I didn't get a reminder so I called the store to find out my appointment time. The supervisor answers and informed me that my account was placed on hold. I ask why and she says that the last person to wax me says I asked her for inappropriate activity. Highly upset I asked the supervisor to have that person investigated because that was an accusation and I was highly upset. I went on to let her know how disgusted I was and upset. No one reached out to me to discuss prior but was quick to accuse me. I asked if there were any recordings of conversation and there isn't any. I asked for the owner to reach out. I was told I would be contacted. I called a total of 4 times with no return call or owner. Finally after 3 weeks of no contact the supervisor calls back and says my membership was canceled. Take in mind there was no investigation done to protect the customer from false accusations. The owner never reached out and I did all the communication on something that was 100% inaccurate and unprofessional. Not only did you not protect your customer but you did not hold your staff accountable for falsely accusing.
