My mother parent wanted to go here after looking for a new henna spot. We like to get them in the summertime. This place is off Lakeshore Drive near Walmart, by Subway. We walked in and were greeted immediately. We spoke to the lady at the counter (Alisha) about the henna and she told us that Sarah does them, but was currently doing some lashes. We decided to wait on her. We waited about 5 minutes and Sarah got her henna and got started. Mother parent went first and asked her to do a $5 free hand design. After the first design, she asked for more... another finger design and a design on her other hand. Each $5. Sarah was patient with her additional requests and super sweet. I have been coming here for about 3 years, and has been my go to for quick service and affordable prices. Definitely the most affordable for wax services that I have found in Birmingham. If you find any cheaper, it probably lacks cleanliness and the experienced staff. This isn't a super fancy salon, but it gets the job done. There are always customers here, so make an appointment! Plenty of parking. They do offer discounts, so make sure you ASK AHEAD of time. The cost of an "In-Betweeni" was $35. read more

This is my 3rd time using their services and it will likely be my last. Normally I wear mink lashes but minks were not in the budget this month and this last time I just needed a quick set (of lashes) for an evening dinner I was attending. services were rendered on a Thursday, eyebrow thread & short natural lashes. immediately after leaving the shop, the lashes started to come unglued. it wasn't a noticeable amount and I was pressed for time so I rolled on. by next day half of the set had come off on the left lid and just a few on the right. Needless to say I looked insane lol, but I'm a mom and a school teacher abs I didn't have time to swing back by the location so, whatever. I made it by on Saturday, just two days from the dare of services, to have the issue addressed. I mean $25 (plus $5 tip) isn't a lot of money but if I wanted 24hr lashes I would've gone with strips. I was met with nothing but insecurity and accusations as to why my lashes didn't last. Third chair even suggested I'd had the lashes at least a week until I showed the charge on my checking account (which I felt was ridiculous to feel the need to do). After fixing the issue i was asked to pay $10. Instead of expelling the energy it would have taken to debate the issue i paid a negotiated $8 and vowed never to return. I guess the saying is true, you get what you pay for. It's unfortunate bc this location is very close to my home and they're ALWAYS available. I really hate to leave a bad review because I have been coming here for seven years. But the girl who has done my brows in the past has not been there the past two times. I usually go on Wednesday. I don't remember her name but she's very friendly and usually uses one of the middle chairs. The last two times the lady who only speaks Spanish has done my brows. (I don't know her name). I come in and tell them I don't want them thin. The other lady tells her to only clean them up. This time I even had a picture. Both times my brows have been too thin and too short on the ends. (Think late 90's early 2000's) Please provide more training for these ladies on the new fuller style brows! I have plenty of hairs to work with. At least I did. It's like they only know how to do one style brow. Why take everything away and then show me the mirror. Now it's too late. You can't add hairs back. Now I have to wait and pray they grow back. The ladies are always friendly and the shop is clean. But the brow shape is a deal breaker. Posting this in hopes they can get it right because I have no where else to go. read more

I was happy with the service and how clean and modern the set up was. I look froward to going back in 2 weeks. Rude ass hell today. I don't know her name she attempted to take my lashes using tweezers pulling at them. I asked could she use baby oil like the other lady did when I came in last week. I got out of her chair real quick. Horrible experience feeling my laces pulling like that. She got smart saying she does this all the time. She claim the lashes won't stick. The young lady used oil to take my lashes off lash week my lashes stayed on over a week. Plus she wipped my eyes off real good before she put my lashes on. I won't EVER go back read more

WORST experience ever! They cut my upper lip and forehead and made my eyebrows look terrible! It hurt so much that I had to rush home to take care of the wounds! This was done by one young girl who knew nothing about any of the services! When we intervened, we were told that she was just experimenting! Really? Are you out of your mind? I drove an hour from Talladega to have my eyebrows threaded. They were supposed to open at 10, I waited until 10:45 and no one ever came to open the business. Highly disappointed bc I am a regular customer! So the next day I came in after work and a new girl was there. I explained I do NOT like my brow thin and to just clean them up. She butchered them. Not only were they thin but they didn't even match. There's one girl who works there and does an amazing job and I will never go back if she's not there. Lesson learned read more

I usually get my brows threaded at Jazmin Arch on Greensprings but I wanted to get my brows done before the new workweek started. I was already overdue to have them threaded plus this place was open on a Sunday. I got there at 1:15p and there was only one person ahead of me and she was being serviced. The lady working spoke and I took a seat. To my surprise I noticed several cellphone chargers in the waiting area. That was a plus because my battery was low. While waiting I watched a Family Feud on the tv. That only lasted a couple minutes because I was called to be serviced shortly after being seated. The lady was very nice and quick. She did an excellent job. Upon checking out she asked if I had visited before. I told her it was my first time there. She then gave me a frequent customer card that is punched every time you visit and after 6 (I think it was 6) visits/punches you get a free threading. How awesome is that???
