Before my facial, I asked "do I need to sign anything" and was told "it will be okay, no worries." As far as my review of the place itself, if you set your expectations at average, you won't leave very disappointed. Keep in mind that this is not the greatest part of town, and the spa is located across the street from a Waffle House, but they're cute on the inside. The facial lasted 30 minutes, and was pretty average. The pore scraper lost power about 10 seconds in, so my face was just scraped with it off. As far as a difference in my skin? I noticed no difference at all. The face massage was nice, but other than that, not much to it. I was also given a used-still-damp shower cap to wear. There may be a nice Groupon for this place, but I'm pretty sure I won't be back anytime soon. I'm not going to say it was the worst experience ever, but go in with no expectations.

And let's not forget that it offers a hair on wheels service. The owner was a sweet girl that helped me find exactly what I was looking for. She explained all of the services offered and gave a great description of her products. I didn't find out that she was the owner until my second visit when one of the employees informed me. I only gave 4 stars because one the products purchased (hair rods) were poorly made and broke easily. The store has a final sale policy, but I plan on going back to speak with her.

I can't get a pizza delivered to my door but I don't have to go out in public with messed up hair or not looking my best because they will deliver supplies. I don't dont the service area or fees but the sign caught my eye as I waited at the light. They also have a full service beauty saloon in the extremely clean and stocked facility too. They didn't get 5 stars because my products were higher than my usual Target's price. I'm all for supporting the small business including paying slightly higher because I would have paid the difference in gas.

I was in the market for a hair braider that would not snatch my edges out! Kendra at The Pink Trap was an answer to my prayers! The appointment started a little late, but she was worth the wait. I paid to have my hair shampooed, conditioned, and blow dried before having my hair braided. I have thick, natural (chemical free) hair. Some stylists don't know how to properly handle natural hair; they can be too rough. Kendra took her time to carefully detangle my hair. She worked from the ends to the roots.
