So I got my eyebrows microbladed about 8 weeks ago. In the before pics, you can see that I do have brows, but they are fairly thin throughout and especially sparse towards my nose. This was something I researched and read about for a good year and a half before finally getting done. While I have used a pencil and then brow gel for the last 5 years or so, I was tired of spending time on my over plucked brows and just wanted a good filled in look that I didn't have to do anything to! And over all, it has been an extreme success. I've saved so much time in the mornings not having to fool with my brows. Now, I will say that my brows are not even and I am waiting to do my follow up appointment to hopefully fix. But as a day to day, what I have works. On the other hand, I also got an eyebrow lift/perm. That didn't take at all. I was extremely disappointed in the outcome from that and would not recommend that at all. Really nice service. There was no line. The archer was courteous and she offered me many services. lol. I guess I'm not embracing my pretty side. Her words not mine. I'm a simple girl. I got my eyebrows waxed and she schooled me on tinting and micro blading and many other ways to my eyebrows fuller. She also discounted just about every service they offer on my next visit bcus this was my first visit. Very nice service for my partner and I. We will definitely return. read more

My second visit here was way different from my first visit. This time "Z" waxed my eyebrows and did a very sloppy job. She did a horrible job at shaping my eyebrows after waxing them. When I asked her to shape them she stated that she could not because my eyebrows were thin and had a gap. As the picture show, my eyebrows are far from thin. I wasted my time and money on visit. The only reason why the the lady who waxed my brows the last time did not do it was because she was with another customer. "Z" told me that if she shapes my eyebrows any more that i wouldn't have any. She provided subpar service and I left the shop highly dissatisfied. If I decided to come back in the future she will never perform a service for me, I would leave. read more

I've frequented this establishment and had received excellent service- Even referred people. The last two visits were horrible. I prefer threading over waxing my brows as it lasts longer. Unfortunately the young lady did not know how to thread although she declared she did. Her attempts were painful, unskilled, and did not remove hair. I finally offered her to wax and left with a sub-par service. Brows are not even. Throughout the service she attempted to upsell me on other services. If you are unable to perform basic tasks- why upsell other services? This establishment does not offer the same level of service as they did months ago. Beware!! read more

I went to get my eyelashes lifted and tinted. I asked where she went to school at. And she wouldn't give me an answer. Automatic red flag. Then she does the lash lift. After showing me the "lift". I explained it looked no different from what I came in with. And she said everything would look good once I tint. So she tints and IMMEDIATELY, my eyes start burning. I never opened my eyes or anything. It became so bad she gave me a fan. I have never written a review on Yelp but thought I must after my experience last weekend. Last Friday, I was going to purchase a Groupon for classic eyelash extensions for my daughter and myself. For those who may not know, classic eyelash extensions are where one artificial lash is applied to every natural lash, and the process usually takes 1-1.5 hours. Before buying, I called to see if there were appointments available on Saturday. There were until I mentioned the Groupon. However, they said that the wait for Groupons was 15-20 days, but they could see me the on Saturday for an additional $10 on top of the Groupon price. This should have been a red flag for sketchy business practices especially once we got there and no one was there before or after us (a couple of people did come in while we were in there). Since this was still a decent price, we scheduled the appointment. Once we got there, I will say that the two ladies were very nice the entire time. However, one suggested to my daughter that another type of lashes would look/work much better for her since she has thin eyelashes (she told me later that her regular eyelash person told her that her thin lashes were the easiest to work with). They glued one cluster of the lashes on and let us look at it. The fact that we agreed to this is our own fault but 1) a single cluster doesn't give you a true feel as to how it looks overall and 2) we trusted the "experts" recommendation. They finished the application in less than 30 minutes each. We got to the car and noticed how horrible they really looked. My daughter has gotten hers done from several other people and they have never looked like this. These looked like cheap grocery store lashes and mine had glue clumps all over the lashes. I truly believe that they recommended these because we were paying a discounted rate and they did not want to spend the time on the lashes. There is NO way that they actually thought they were recommending a superior product and this is unethical and sketchy in my book. If they don't want to offer the Groupon, then they don't need to do so. In less than 2 hours after leaving, my daughter was just standing in line for a dressing room at the mall and one of the lashes started falling off. Before we got to the car, the other did the same thing. I called them, and they offered to fix it but we were not going back there. So, not only did they recommend an inferior product they also did shoddy work. Around midnight that night, I took mine off because they were giving me a headache due to being so heavy. I had at least thought I got a decent eyebrow wax out of the experience until I looked closely in the mirror. It was not good at all and waxing eyebrows is relatively easy (I have done it multiple times). I literally wasted $123 dollars coming here. So, proceed going there with caution. You'd save tons of money to go buy some at the local store. In the attached picture, you can see some of the clumps of glue and how some lashes look stuck together. The picture actually looks a little better than it did in person. I wish I had taken a better picture of my eyebrows but I had not realized how they looked at the time. You can somewhat tell in the picture that they do not look "clean" and freshly waxed. read more
