It was my first time! I left there in so much pain (which I knew some pain was to be expected) and when I got home, I found quite of bit of hairs she missed! And, the worst part of it all, she ripped the wax strip so hard down in my Southern region, it tore off a small piece of my skin. I was bleeding! I had to call another wax shop for advice on how to treat this, and how to get this "fixed". It was a rushed job, and I'll never be back! Oh, and she didn't even care to take care of your backside, which is part of a Brazilian. And, when she got finished, she handed me a baby wipe and said, "Here, clean yourself up". Now, I'll be going to a more reputable wax center and paying them to fix her disaster, but it's worth it! DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID! You get what you pay for!

The facial lasted 30 minutes, and was pretty average. The pore scraper lost power about 10 seconds in, so my face was just scraped with it off. As far as a difference in my skin? I noticed no difference at all. The face massage was nice, but other than that, not much to it. I was also given a used-still-damp shower cap to wear.
