Because they take walk-ins as well, they may not be available at your exact appointment time. However, you usually do not have to wait too long. On yesterday, I made my appointment for when they opened at 10:00 AM so I didn't have to wait at all. My service provider was very nice and professional. I had to call another wax shop for advice on how to treat this, and how to get this "fixed". It was a rushed job, and I'll never be back!
