One of my sisters was at work and the other was at the gym. Therefore I trusted Yelp to help me find a great stylist and that's how found Erika. Being that I was truly impressed by the pictures of her work on Yelp, I called her early in the morning around 0830 not knowing she was off for the day, but she didn't turn me away. She made my appt for 1100 which I was so excited because I really wanted my hair done. When I arrived to my appointment, I was really impressed w/the atmosphere of the salon and I was really impressed w/Erika because she came in just to do my hair. She said she don't believe in turning away new customers. Not only did I absolutely love my hair, I loved her personality. Erika was very friendly and made sure that I was very comfortable. Whenever I'm in this area again, I will definitely be coming back for her to do my hair again. As a matter of fact, my sister loved my hair so much that she said she would be going to her. I made an appointment for eyebrow threading, henna brows, and individual lash extensions. Let me make a note about the appointments. Because they take walk-ins as well, they may not be available at your exact appointment time. However, you usually do not have to wait too long. On yesterday, I made my appointment for when they opened at 10:00 AM so I didn't have to wait at all. My service provider was very nice and professional. She would stop to ask if I was okay and check in to see if I liked what she was doing. I'm very happy with how everything turned out. I think I will start coming here on a more consistent basis. I'm interested in trying some of their facial services because they are reasonably priced. I definitely recommend this place!

I trusted Mrs. Beth to highlight my hair for the first time, when I was in college in 2014. Since then I have tried at least 6 other stylists (Auburn, Birmingham, Trussville, NYC, Montgomery) when highlighting my hair and no one even compares. This includes the stylist I saw when I lived in NYC. My hair is extremely healthy and I always get compliments on my color and soft texture. I live in Montgomery, AL now and I still drive to see Mrs. Beth. Hairway to Heaven are the only stylists I trust. They are all talented, diligent and personable. Prices are reasonable, especially for the quality you receive! Highly recommended!

She didn't offer a shampoo or even a style after she cut my hair. $25.00 for a wet cut is rather expensive and too expensive for this store!! Customers walked out because of Amber being alone. Amber told me that her manager never comes to work. I think the manager is on salary and gets paid whether or not she shows up for work. I believe a business such as this should always have at least 2 people present to manage customers. This business could also do with some cleaning, with Covid still rampant you'd think cleaning would be a priority!! And this store could do with some cleaning. I won't return until I see a change at this business. It's going to need at least 2 on staff and to be a whole lot cleaner!! Hopefully district managers will see this review and check in on this store because it needs a lot of help!!
