Pretty quick, professional, and clean! Everything I love about nail salons. The only thing stopping me from giving this place a full 5 stars is the customer service. I'm not sure what the guys name is but he always rubs me the wrong way when I'm there maybe he's just straight forward but the vibe is always off when he does my nails. I love getting my feet done here they always do a fantastic job with my feet and my nails never chip. My nails always last a little over two weeks and I almost never have a problem with my nail polish chipping even if I don't use SNS or gel. I don't mind paying a lot to get my nails done because it's always worth it when I'm there! read more

I had a very pleasant experience from the moment I walked in. There are many nail color selections to choose from. I was pampered from beginning to end. I arrived a few minutes early which I think was helpful. The people who work here are very friendly and actually talk to you unlike some other nail salons. The salon was clean as well. Not super impressed, to be honest. I'm sure once the polish wears off of my skin, my manicure will look much neater. But I feel like my manicurist was a bit rushed from the shaping of my nails to my cuticles, to the final result. Plus, the nail station was covered with nail dust, and I don't think any of the nail tools were cleaned in between the last person and me. That's kind of gross. The ambiance of the salon is nice, and everyone who works there is nice and friendly. The polish itself looks great. Overall, there was a lack of attention to detail which really bugs me in a manicure, because I'm a detail person myself. I'm not scarred or anything, but I'm not impressed, either. read more

HATE the WAIT! Plain and simple. They do wonderful SNS. However, they need to... REALLY NEED TO... train and hire more techs. I waited an hour to get pulled to a tech desk. I've been here many times. SNS here is great ($35), the pedicures are okay. The wait time can be terrible. They will move people to sit in the middle, so it may appear as if a lot of people aren't waiting when really there are. Also, pay attention who is there because they will accidentally put someone ahead of you. The customer service is not always the best. They also act as if you are wrong if you ask them to correct a crooked nail or fix the shape. If you want anything other than square nails I would beware. read more

I saw a friend of mine nails and immediately wanted to copy them. I made my way here and there was a bit of a wait. All of the techs got done about the same time but I waited until an older gentleman got me. I showed him the video of her nails and he had a hard time figuring out what I wanted and said they don't have it here. I told him she got a them done here. We eventually got it figured out. But they still aren't what I wanted. They are also sloppy as hell (see the pictures). I have a bubble in one that catches on my cotton clothes. And I literally and to dig all the excess off the finger tips and from under the nails. I expected better service based on what she told me and the reviews here. She said that the guy who I described normally only do gel nails so I don't know why he was allowed to do my nails. I had the SNS dip powder with a holographic-powder finish. Nova Nail & Spa is the ABSOLUTE BEST place for SNS. Another customer came in who did not have an appointment but specifically wanted the tech who was doing my nails to do hers.
