Once it was time for my next session I didn't get a reminder so I called the store to find out my appointment time. The supervisor answers and informed me that my account was placed on hold. I ask why and she says that the last person to wax me says I asked her for inappropriate activity. Highly upset I asked the supervisor to have that person investigated because that was an accusation and I was highly upset. I went on to let her know how disgusted I was and upset. No one reached out to me to discuss prior but was quick to accuse me. I asked if there were any recordings of conversation and there isn't any. I asked for the owner to reach out. I was told I would be contacted. I called a total of 4 times with no return call or owner. Finally after 3 weeks of no contact the supervisor calls back and says my membership was canceled. Take in mind there was no investigation done to protect the customer from false accusations. The owner never reached out and I did all the communication on something that was 100% inaccurate and unprofessional. Not only did you not protect your customer but you did not hold your staff accountable for falsely accusing.

So I got my eyebrows microbladed about 8 weeks ago. In the before pics, you can see that I do have…read morebrows, but they are fairly thin throughout and especially sparse towards my nose. This was something I researched and read about for a good year and a half before finally getting done. While I have used a pencil and then brow gel for the last 5 years or so, I was tired of spending time on my over plucked brows and just wanted a good filled in look that I didn't have to do anything to! And over all, it has been an extreme success. I've saved so much time in the mornings not having to fool with my brows. Now, I will say that my brows are not even and I am waiting to do my follow up appointment to hopefully fix. But as a day to day, what I have works. On the other hand, I also got an eyebrow lift/perm. That didn't take at all. I was extremely disappointed in the outcome from that and would not recommend that at all. I've gotten it done several times before in another city, so I know what it's supposed to look like.
