Because they take walk-ins as well, they may not be available at your exact appointment time. However, you usually do not have to wait too long. On yesterday, I made my appointment for when they opened at 10:00 AM so I didn't have to wait at all. My service provider was very nice and professional. She would stop to ask if I was okay and check in to see if I liked what she was doing. I'm very happy with how everything turned out. I think I will start coming here on a more consistent basis. I'm interested in trying some of their facial services because they are reasonably priced. I definitely recommend this place!

We have very different hair types and we never have to worry about a bad cut. You will get the cut you want every time. My wife and mother have had their eyebrows done here and are very happy with the results. You will not find a better place in the area. She recommended the chocolate wax, which I have never heard of before. It smells fantastic!! The only problem is that now I crave chocolate, haha. The Look is pretty new and they are still working on getting their signage out front, so you could potentially miss it if you are not looking for it. If you are facing Publix from the street, they are on the left side of the building. You should definitely check it out before it becomes well known and get busy. It was my first time! I left there in so much pain (which I knew some pain was to be expected) and when I got home, I found quite of bit of hairs she missed! And, the worst part of it all, she ripped the wax strip so hard down in my Southern region, it tore off a small piece of my skin. I was bleeding! I had to call another wax shop for advice on how to treat this, and how to get this "fixed". It was a rushed job, and I'll never be back! Oh, and she didn't even care to take care of your backside, which is part of a Brazilian. And, when she got finished, she handed me a baby wipe and said, "Here, clean yourself up". Now, I'll be going to a more reputable wax center and paying them to fix her disaster, but it's worth it! DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID! You get what you pay for!

I did make an appointment with Lindsay for a Brazilian Wax. I will say if you go there you earn points and then you get a few dollars off when you go back. I highly suggest making an appointment. I'm not sure if they do walk-ins. I loved the furniture in the music in there. Lindsey was great. She talked me through the whole process while chatting with me and taking my mind off of what was being done. I've already made my next appointment to see her.
