I want to preface this by saying that i don't typically get manicures but I do love a good pedicure and this was one of the best I've ever had. The nail salon itself is a typical nail salon nothing special in the interior. The only thing that stood out to me was the niceness of the staff. They really seem to care that you've had a good experience. Very friendly. I got the deluxe pedicure. They have about five different ones you can choose from. Mine was $45. It included a fabulous leg massage and hot towels. I enjoyed every minute. I got a French pedicure which was an extra $5 which is typical of any salon. The end result looked really nice. I will definitely be back!

I was asked to choose my color and seated immediately. The vibe was cozy,clean and instrumental jazz music played throughout my time there. The woman who assisted my was kind, communicative and gracious. Truly, I appreciate frequenting businesses who respect and value me AND my dollars. I'll be back, and encourage you to give it a try.

Two are infected today (the next day). I had to ask her to stop and that it's sensitive and hurts. She applied some alcohol to one nail and I told her it burns and she never said a word to me. Also, they don't have other services for the pedicure like parafin wax, scrub, masks--I saw pics of the levels for pedicures but I wasn't offered any. I've gotten my nails done for 15+ years in many cities and places and just thought this experience was very weird and different.

You know a lot of times I try to give a business the benefit of the doubt, but so many things went…read morewrong, so I feel the need to really explain why this is not a business to visit. First off, I couldn't even explain to the lady what I wanted because she didn't know one word in English. The entire time she was basically using sign language to tell me to lift my leg when she was ready to put cream on it or she needed me to put my foot back in the water. It was just very difficult and not relaxing. I felt like when she was putting nail polish on she on purpose was not doing it far enough close to the cuticle because she wanted it to grow out quickly. Two days after my session, my nail polish is fading. It's not the crisp pink color I chose. You can also see areas where she did not put enough nail polish. My mom, who is sitting next to me, noticed hers didn't have enough nail polish, and when she asked the gentleman to put more, some lady nearby told her that's just "her nail". We looked at each other like do we look dumb to you? My mom's nails have no dark coloring or black streaks or anything of that sort to justify why you could see weird lines on her big toe. So the guy put more nail polish and what do you know, it solved the problem. These people are a ripoff, not skilled, can't communicate in English, and instead of trying to resolve an issue, they put blame on the person's nails. Definitely not coming back ever again and I don't recommend anyone to visit them either.

My first time looking for a nail salon in Alabama as I just moved here in January. I came here…read morefirst and saw a handwritten sign posted at the door saying only cash and checks were accepted today. I stepped inside to ask about pricing to see if I had enough cash or not. There was one customer getting her nails done and one other employee assisting a customer with an alteration order. The gentleman doing the lady's nails didn't seem too friendly when I asked about pricing, so I decided to find another nail salon when I had to leave anyway to get more cash. I'm so glad I did at I found Nailtique close by and it's SO beautiful and clean inside, with calm music playing softly.
