She rolled her eyes several times and scoffed repeatedly while finishing and correcting my nails. Once finishing my nails, Anh went to the back room of the shop instead of immediately checking me out. I stood up front waiting to be checked out longer than I should have after an unprofessional service. Coming from leadership experience at a spa with high end customers, costumer service + knowing your customers goes a long way (and knowing who's spending money at your business). I always tip over 20% if not well over. I have been to a lot of nail salons, and none were this welcoming. The staff is also highly professional. They soaked off my dip nails expertly. It did not take the usual grinding, rubbing, and wait time that I have experienced in other salons. My nails also looked healthy afterwards (which never happens to me with dip). Second, My nail tech listened to exactly what I wanted and pointed me to a color he had specifically mixed. Even my DAD told me that my nails had never looked so good. I have to agree.
