Solid nail place. Very relaxing, friendly and clean vibe here. I was asked twice if I wanted anything to drink. Was in and out within an hour. Since it's Christmas time I was given a gift of house made nail scrub. This was very much appreciated and a sweet gesture. I liked their point and checkin system. If you get over a certain amount of points, you get a discount. Like most nail places, it was filled with regulars. I didn't want to go to my regular place today because it was cold and rainy and this is next to Publix where I was doing groceries. Glad I came here and tried them out. Only thing I didn't like is I wanted a hot pink color and the color on my nails had shimmer glitter and I'm not a fan of shimmer glitter. I wish I communicated that better. I'll see how long the polish lasts and update if I need to. Other than that this was a nice environment to get your nails done. Prices are comparable to those in Hoover. read more

SMALL GEM!! This was my first time visiting and I did not make an appointment. I was seen right away. Only reason I won't give 5 stars is because my pedicure felt a bit rushed as it got busy. However, Aaammmaazingg nail tech! I did not get his name but he sits in the back and was kind and he paid attention to my nails and took his time honey! He went back over each nail over and over to make sure they weren't lumpy or uneven and MAN, I appreciated every minute. No pain while cutting my cuticles and that's a first! The nail shop is very nice and clean. The decor is fitting for the area. Looks really upscale fitting for the area. I had a younger guy do my pedicure. He's not too experienced so I'm truly not happy with it. I don't like how he cut or painted my toenails. I don't like how he barely scrubbed the dead skin off. I had to request him do it again. I did however enjoy the salt scrub and the hot stone massage. They literally Time them. I got the dip powder in my nails and I love it. The nail technician was awesome. I didn't get his name but he was friendly and he listened to my request to paint my entire nail. I hate to see the sides of my nail beds when they're polished. It was a bit more expensive than my usual place but my sister already had an appointment so I just went her since we're going out of town. I wish it was closer bcus I'd go back. Ladies they have the most extensive color selections for Gel and Dip Powder that I've seen anywhere. read more

This is by far my favorite nail salon in Birmingham! I've never had a bad experience! I've only had personal experience with Cam and Mary and they are both fabulous! Even after it being my second visit, everyone in there knew me by name! I went in once with a friend who was going through a hard time and it was our topic of conversation while we were in there and at my next visit 3 weeks later two people approached me and called her by name when they asked me how she was doing. Had a great experience getting my nails done the first time I went and I've not been to another nail salon since. I have never been anything but pleased with the quality of service that I have received from this establishment. They have a large variety of both gel and SNS colors. The staff are incredibly friendly and take the time to get to know their customers. In the short time I have been using this nail salon I have noticed that they are on a first name basis with most of their customers. My favorite nail salon. A friend brought me here a year ago and I haven't gone anywhere else since! Cam and Bobby are the sweetest owners I've ever met. I usually ask for Kevin when getting a SNS manicure because he takes his time and my nails are always FLAWLESS afterwards. They have a 14 day warranty on sns manicures (I'm assuming other types of sets as well) and a rewards program- something I've never seen any other salon offer. This is the BEST NAIL SALON in the Birmingham area. I have been here probably 10 times now and it is CONSISTENTLY great. The staff is so kind and I've had my nails done by most all of them now. They are also great at waxing! They also offer drinks from water to soda to wine. There is an impressive selection of polish from gel to dipping to regular polish. I always know they'll have the new OPI line right when it comes out. And to top it all off, they gave out holiday gifts to their customers today! read more

MY ONLY "COMPLAINT" is that my mom and I came in together hoping we could talk and catch up while we got our manicures and pedicures together. In the salon's defense, it was extremely busy on a Wednesday afternoon. Other than that, we were both very happy with the nail technicians. Everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating. They did a great job with the dip powder and even offer a 2 week guarantee (if the overlay starts to lift or come off the nail,etc.) where they will fix your nails for free! The basic pedicure comes with an exfoliating scrub and a hot stone massage, which is great for $30. They also were able to match my dip powder nail color perfectly with an OPI polish for my toes. I've been to many places that either don't have enough product or don't care enough to find an exact match. They have a state board score of 100, and as a cosmetologist myself, I didn't see anything but perfect sanitation and cleanliness. I think next time we will come back earlier in the day when it's not so busy! I would recommend this nail shop to anyone! read more

A bit pricey but well worth it! I went for a full set and gel polish. The manicurist took his time and had a lot of gel colors to choose from. They had a nice oil scrub to wash your hands with that I loved. It's almost 2wks later and NO LIFTING OR CHIPPING AT ALL! This is amazing considering I'm a big nail biter and my nail bed is extremely short. I'm going back for a fill in and pedicure even though I can really wait another week and a half before getting another fill in bc it still looks so good. I can back today for a pedicure and NEVER COME WHEN THEY ARE BUSY OR ABOUT TO CLOSE!!!! I came around 6pm and service was horrible and when they finally got to me the lady was rushing on my feet I asked for paraffin and she didn't even do it. I decided not to even get my fill in bc I don't want anyone rushing on my nails. Completely different from my first visit. read more

I was not given options of which pedicure I would like, offered a drink as other clients were, or anything else. Just in and out.
