I just love it here. A few years ago, I stumbled upon this shop while visiting a place next door and boy am I glad I did. You're immediately greeted by Steven who is so personable and im an amazing feat, knows the name of nearly every customer there! The place is clean, prices reasonable, and the techs just amazing. Well let me start off by saying I never mind paying for quality! My daughter and I went in for a pedi for me. For her it was just gel polish on toes and nails. Nothing else and I mean absolutely nothing at all ( no clipping ,filing etc) I will never be back. It was 58$ for that and see the pic for yourself. When I said something it's was like oh well this what we did. I know others have had a great experience but we did not. 100 % recommend this place! We called ahead and spoke with them about a group of 9 to come in. They were incredibly hospitable and were so helpful over the phone. This is my second time coming here for a pedicure. It is a very clean salon and quiet. I went in for a just the cheapest pedicure that was $28. I had Ann and she was wonderful. I explained that I did not like hard leg massages and she listened to me. I got in because there was no wait which was nice. I enjoyed the big comfy chairs and there was no one next to me since it was not busy. They do have a punch card after 10 visits you get $10 off. I will definitely be back. read more

My manicurist is Cat and I highly recommend her. She'll take your vision and add magic to it resulting in nail perfection! I tried Polished 31 Nails today for the first time and it was a great experience! I have had acrylic/SNS nails for over 20 years so I have a little experience what a good manicure is like. I was greeted by Steven who was super friendly and walked me through the sign in process and then he was the one that did my pedicure. He was meticulous and very detail oriented. It did take a while but it was totally worth it. He was gentle and did a great job with my cuticles and also with the bottoms of my feet. I don't think my feet have been this soft in a long time! The polish is perfectly applied and I even commented to him how good they looked even before he polished them! He took off the SNS on my nails while he worked on my feet to save time. When he was finished he introduced me to Kat who was going to do my SNS fill. So nice and professional! Kat was amazing and did a wonderful job! She was very friendly. We chatted and developed a good rapport. By the time she finished we were laughing! She asked a lot of questions as to how I liked the powder applied and how I liked them filed. She was also very detail oriented and made sure they were perfect before I left. The salon is very attractive and definitely has a spa feel. The music was very nice and soothing as is the decor. Everyone in the salon spoke to me and made me feel welcome. All the techs spoke English very well so that was also a plus. I am totally impressed and will definitely be back!! read more

This was my first visit here and I will not return due to inadequate service, lack of cultural sensitivity and slow service. I arrived at 330p for a fill in with gel polish, design and pedicure. I did not finish with services until 715p. My pedicure was first with no time to soak and rushed by Whitney but hey I'm optimistic and continued on(my mistake). Now nails, Whitney did my nail take off in about 10 min then I was moved to Brian, I asked for a design book to select from but they had none so I had to choose from the internet. They went back and forth among each other in their language who would do the design and upon finally selecting the young lady Cat attempted to do the design with little success due to not having the right brushes and smudging the design once. My nails still had polish on the sides and uneven filing even after 2 hrs doing them and having to request to refile. So in paying for these services after I informed Cat and Stephen I didn't like the design yet they attempted to charge me for it. Then have the audacity to tell me I should have brought in a picture of a design from pinterest (the design was removed) and would not charge me $5 fee for take off since I'd been there so long,really??
