We didn't have an appt but we didn't have to wait long for service. We both were pleased with the finish product. I didn't love their massage chairs though. I also didn't appreciate being charged extra $5 (toe repair) bc I accidentally rubbed some of the polish off. I just wish I had been advised of this charge. Let me start by saying ,I am loyal to my maintenance team ,I've been going to the same nail shop gor 11 years and never switch up ,however a girl has to have option A and of course Plan B for when your favorite lady isn't available . I watched Ms Angela across the room , how she and her guest were bursting with laughter and how she scrubbed all transgressions from that ladies feet and legs . Although alot of women just get the service done , I on the other hand see my maintenance as a luxury and a element of self love and care. I like to enjoy my experience . When my initial pedicure was done, I asked the manager what that lady name was ,he advised me Angela and she would need to be booked online . I went to the booking site and to my surprise ,Ms Angela was booked for the next two months !!!! She is highly sought after. I'm currently sitting in the chair and had to express , I see the HYPE !!!!!!she is meticulous, precise and overall amazing ! She takes about 3 minutes on each leg , scrubbing ,massaging, then rubs oil into the skin until it penetrates. She does have a former touch which i enjoy ,she even mentioned her guest say she's heavy handed but I personally don't mind. I'm very particular about my toe nail length and shape . Pleassseee give me super square, kinda like Johnny Bravo by the toes lol . She keep my toes square and bravoin. I literally loved every minute of my service . You can tell She loves what she does and is passionate about it . I most definitely will add her to my team! Very cute spot. Haha I'm always shocked when Alabama prices compare with LA (I just assume life/things will always be cheaper in the south!) but these prices were definitely giving LA. Quality was there. They don't do GelX here (at least that's what they told me) so I got my first set of hybrid gel nails with tips. It was interesting, I'd never seen a nail tech mold gel into a nail shape before. It's a process I'd do again as I get the sense my nails will last awhile. Was annoyed they charge $5 extra for almond shape. It's a pretty common shape that's normally 'basic' like square and not specialty like stiletto - at least that's how it is at most other nail salons I've been to. I had to ask for my complementary drink when I noticed other people around me were getting theirs upon arrival. They also charged $5 to paint a toe nail that rubbed off from a prior pedicure. Again, a little annoying bc I'm already getting pricey services, but I understand this is a business and nothing is free but when it takes 15 seconds to do.. idk if it should be so pricey. read more

Made a appointment for pedicure. They were really crowded when me and my sis arrived. At first I was a tad annoyed because I still had to wait about 30 minutes but it's 2 days until Christmas. The place is very up to date and really clean with a 100 health score. The guy that did my feet did a good job. Only thing, he was all about moving fast and getting it done! Lol. He had no concern for my relaxation or trying to take in "the experience". But he did a GOOD JOB... which is why they get 4 stars. MT, the manager (maybe owner) is super nice and personable. He called us by name (this goes a long way with me). During the pedicure he brought a small bar menu to choose from with wines, soda and water. Overall pleasant experience. I'm very particular about my feet so a monthly professional pedicure is a must! I normally go to another place in Hoover, but a friend raved about this place so I had to check them out. They have a website that details their services and you can book your appointment. Booking an appointment is not necessary because they take walk-ins, but I did book one and it was easy to do. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted by a gentleman and he told me how to check in since I had an appointment. I was shown where to pick a color for my pedicure. They have quite a large selection of colors. I made my selection and then I was led to the pedicure chair. My tech greeted me and asked which pedicure I wanted. I let her know and she got started. The gentleman who helped me earlier offered me something to drink. I decided on a Lemosa. My tech did a great job on my pedicure. The massage was so good! The sugar scrub smelled wonderful and it felt very exfoliating. My feet feel smooth. My toes look so cute. I chose one of the less expensive pedicures because I wanted to feel them out, but I'll definitely go back and get one of the more involved, longer pedicures. Great reviews, so I decided to try Organics Nail Lounge. I made an appointment on their website for the Deluxe Spa Pedicure plus gel polish. I chose Joan as my tech and she did a pretty nice job. She is serious about her leg massages. We decided to tone that down just a little bit. Nice, clean, and inviting atmosphere, definitely a place to relax. I was offered something to drink a few times, great follow through on customer service. Visited recently with some friends and was specific about what I wanted and inquired about the prices throughout the process. When it was time to pay they'd up-charged and then tried to justify by saying the prices were comparable to the area. This is not true because my usual nail tech is up the street and I would've paid less than the $150 they charged and I would've gotten more or exactly what I asked for. I used to love going here. Always had good service. Until the day I made appts for 3 so that we could all get our nails/toes done at the same time. I made these appts weeks in advance. we arrived 10 mins early. after checking in we waited and waited and waited. we picked out polish a were told to sit and wait. after a 28 min wait someone stated on one of my parties manicure. It wasn't until 35 mins after our scheduled appt time that someone approached the others in our party. At that point the purpose of having appts and getting our mani and pedi together was not possible. The staff kept apologizing but never grasped the issue of getting our mani and pedi TOGETHER. Only one person in our party got her mani and no one got a pedi. The fact that a group of 3 ladies came in after us with appts at the same time and were taken right away is what is really upsetting. I guess our party was not important enough to be taken on time. Would not recommend if you want an appt time, with a group or are on any schedule. I learned my lesson and will not make the same mistake again. read more

I decided to try Organic Nail Lounge based on the good reviews I saw on google. I made an appointment online, and I did request a particular person based on the positive reviews I read about that nail technician. I arrived on time but waited 30 minutes before my pedicure began. When the technician finally got to me, she seemed to be in a big hurry. She was incredibly rough buffing with a pumice stone, and I pulled my foot away but it was too late and already bleeding. She said I had thin skin, but I disagree and think she was just haphazard. Then she put the tip of a small antiseptic bottle up to my wound before I could stop her, and I certainly hope that bottle tip hadn't touched any other bloody cuts. To top off the awful experience, the pedicure didn't look any better than if I did it at home myself. Fast forward a week, and I had to go to the doctor and was put on antibiotics due to the cut being infected and very painful. Maybe this was an isolated incident, but based on my upsetting experience I'll never return again. read more
