I have been to a lot of nail salons, and none were this welcoming. The staff is also highly professional. They soaked off my dip nails expertly. It did not take the usual grinding, rubbing, and wait time that I have experienced in other salons. My nails also looked healthy afterwards (which never happens to me with dip). I still don't have a long wait for my appointment times and I can probably count how many times I've actually had to wait awhile for the previous person to finish. However, it's a beauty service & waiting is expected to happen sometimes, so it's understandable & not a big issue for me. He's always apologized if I've had to wait longer than expected. Quality is perfection, I often like a lot of designs & I appreciate how he allows me to show several ideas & then educates me on what's going to look best & why. Fully trust his artwork & creativity.
