Him making an effort to make her feel better showed me that they genuinely care about their customers. I really appreciate that they didn't ignore the situation or make us feel like our concerns didn't matter. The original experience was disappointing, but the way Anthony responded afterward really changed my perspective. Mistakes and bad experiences can happen, but they made an effort to make things right.
