I wish I can give zero stars !!! I give this place a lot changes , I don't even know why I keep coming back !! I had to get a new set almost every week or come back the next day to get them fix !!!! I start taking my daughter to get manicure with gel but the lady at the table #2 mess them up again !!! My nails and my daughters , we had to come back and get them fix but she decided to ignore us for maybe 30 min so when I finally decided to not wait anymore she gave me everything I was gonna need to fix my daughters nails !!!! Because she was busy !! I try to talk to the manager or owner but no signs !!! So I guess the only thing I can do , is not coming back but let all u ppl are looking for a good nail place to go !!! This is the second time I have had an issue with this store.No more. The quality of work and customer service is horrible. I thought I would give them a second chance as it has been awhile since my first visit but they did not deserve a second chance! The first visit was through a recommendation of a friend. I went to have my nails done for my wedding. At this visit they proceeded to scratch me numerous times under the nails which I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. But then they were working on my pedicure. I explained to them what I wanted. Nothing special, white tips with a red flower off to the side of the nail. They decided instead what they wanted to do and kept painting their own design. I had them remove it three times, before finally saying to forget it completely. I was not trying to be difficult but this is what I wanted for my wedding and I didn't think it was asking too much to listen to my basic design concept. I received nothing but attitude from them for the rest of the visit. So here we are, about 2 years later...my 15 year old daughter walked in to have her nails done. She wanted a specific idea. All black on three nails and a gold glittered nail and a dark green glittered nail. After 2 hours I walked back in to get her, as I have an infant and didn't want him breathing in the fumes. When I saw the look on my daughters face I knew something was wrong. She paid them out of her own chore money and was so excited to have her nails done. But what she got for her money was beyond horrible. Here is why...The black nails were so messy the paint ended up on her fingers and not all the nails were completely painted. The gold nail, although yes has glitter, had gaps all through it, so the nail was exposed. And finally we get to the green nail. She asked for dark and they painted bright green. When she explained to them that was not the color, they proceeded to tell her that it would be covered by the glitter... but it wasnt. After layer upon layer of glitter paint the nail was puffy and looked like silly putty. I was not going to have my daughter spend her $40 on that quality or lack there of. I went back with her and they gave me attitude as I told them to remove them and give them her money back as what was provided was horrible. Again attitude as they somewhat took off her nails. Leaving paint all over and jagged edges of the fake nails still attached to her. This is pathetic and completely unacceptable. In addition to this, she was also cut but their equipment like I was. Word to the wise .DO NOT GO HERE. Horrible work and horrible people skills. I have no problem paying for quality, but after two hours and getting crap is not acceptable. Stay AWAY. read more

I will never come back here ever again! I came here to get a manicure and gel color. To start, the manicure was absolutely terrible; after she finished with the manicure I ended up with more loose skin around my nails than I originally even had. Not to mention she cut my skin! The gel color was absolutely terrible. She did not paint my entire nail and it looks like I had a manicure for weeks as if my nail is growing out already, even though I just got them done. The color does not look smooth at all! It looks choppy! If I wanted bad nails I would have done my own at home for free! read more

i went it and asked for a long full set nude. they told me they could do it, when i got done the set that i had was neither long or nude. Granted i wasnt really paying attention because i was handling business on my phone , but the lady doing my nails didnt even asked me about the color she chose so when i got done i ended w a completely different color and a sparkle nail. I just got them done last week and they are already lifting as if i had them for 3weeks. read more

Been going here for years and have always loved the girl I go to but the past few months even after making appointments you still have to wait 15-45 minutes to be seen. Last night was no different appointment at 6 waiting to be seen and started till 6:20. Got a new set of SNS done and love it however this morning after putting my hair up one came completely off. Called right away as I have to leave town and was told sorry can't take you I'm to busy. I send a lot of my clients here. The most of the staff is very friendly, the girl who does my nails I love, owner is amazing I just feel like it's a let's get as many in as we can and the quality has gone done. I've gave this place 3 tries already. Never have I left happy or gotten the shape I wanted. I went there on Friday and Linda got some reason put my nails facing down which gave a curve to my nail which I didn't want and she made them super fat. I dont think I'll be coming back here because it's too inconsistent and takes WAY too long. The last two times I've come, its taken an hour and half just to give me a fill. My nails look okay, but they keep shaving and shaving and shaving my acrylic down by the cuticle until it stings and I dont know why they do that, it ends up looking like it needs a fill a few days later. Also my nails look thick and they dont round the edges on my square nails. Although Christine is more than willing to accomodate any problems, I just dont feel like saying "This nail looks crooked. These ones are too thick. This one is longer than the other. Etc." I just want to get out of there within an hour. I started to really feel like a number, because Jeanie tells the customers to move out of the chair as soon as they are done. So you have to get your nails painted in a different chair, so the next person can jump in your spot. If they want numbers then Im going elsewhere. I want to relax while I get my nails done and I want them to look good every time without me monitoring the work. Their hours are great and they work hard, if you call in a lot of times they tell you to just come right over, but sometimes my manicurist is working on several people at once.. and I dont have time for that. read more

Lisa did my nails and I highly recommend her! I get a French tipped gel with out acrylic. They lasted over 3 weeks!!! I'm very impressed. She didn't hurt me either. The decor here could use some sprucing up. But I'd rather come here and pay less than $30 for my nails compared to $50 plus tip with not that great durability. I went into for a mani and a pedi. The entire time the person kept trying to get me to get a gel mani and I kept saying no. I was in such a twisted position with facing one way for the mani and one way for the pedi, my back hurt afterward. There were no spa chairs but charged the same prices as if they had spa chairs. All the girls here are fantastic. Usually very kind and happy to do anything you need done! Christine is my favorite. She always has something special for my manicure. Sometimes it is custom paint other times she surprises me with decals and stuff that always gets me tons of compliments on my nails. This place is a well hidden secret and I am so happy I Found it. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the manager lady is impatient and has no problems letting you know she is irritated if you are late no matter what the reason so beware. so ive been coming to this place since i was like 12 and im 23 now and i live in anaheim so i drive out here for my toes and lisa usually does them but these passed few times this is before quarentine and then after she really didnt do a good job its only coming up to a week and my gel is already chipping! not to mention she messed up on my polish and kind of argued with me when i asked her to fix it ive honestly had it i can pay 45$ for a gel pedi somewhere else ive been loyal long enough and for her to treat me like that it was un professional i mean christina does amazing with acrylics if shes not rushing but lets face it theyre all rushing and im tired of that im paying you for your time so please the least you can do is a good job read more

Honestly, I've been coming here for months and my toes are always looking amazing when Jessica does them. As for my acrylics I normally try to go with Linda because my nails always last for 3 weeks. But this time around I had to go with Christine and I always give her the benefit of the doubt but Unfortunately, I was not very happy with the end result yet again. She works too fast and rushes through and my nails are always looking lumpy and she always cuts me. I went in on Friday to get my acrylics done and by Thursday one of the nails already broke! Even after the fix I still feel like it will break again and she didn't even clean up my finger very well and still had glue stuck on my finger. Went in this morning to get a full set called 30 mins before they actually opened as I was unaware of what time they opened. Just moved to the area and they said if you could be here in 5 mins we can do your full set for you. As I work 10 hour shifts it's impossible for me to get my nails done most of the time. My full set turned out AMAZING by Christine the ladies were so nice and got me in and out and still did a great job on my nails. Will for sure be back! read more

worst experience in my life .the lady purposefully ruined my nails was purposefully cutting me with the tools my nails look nothing like the picture the girl was talking in her language the whole time checked her phone eight times during my appt .I cried the whole time cuz she was hurting me and cut them way to short didn't ask one time what's wrong or if I'm ok .at the end she said ok cash or visa I said I need them fixed first to they r to short and to sharp and they said pay and u can go bye bye ur done I told them tomorrow was my bday n was getting nails for bday and they look horrible there's lil black fuzzy pieces underneath the polish their way to sharp and have big white holes and blotches all over them do NOT come here first time n 11 years I have had a bad experience getting my nails done no customer service at all very rude all they cared about was the money n literally told me go honey ur done bye bye wen I was crying with cuts all over my fingers and ugly short unfilled sharp nails and they did it outside n charged full price no massage no hot towel no scrub they skipped every step for my pedicure n charged 23 wen I get bomb ones for 18 but the nails were way worse then pedicure experience they should not be n business and I am gonna see who I can call to report them read more

This place is a complete rip off. I went in last friday and they were rushing on both mine and my sister in laws nails. They also did different things than we asked or didn't even ask us at all. After a week a 2 days my nails are already starting to lift, which has never happened before and my sis in laws have had some of hers completely come off. On top of that, they are very over priced.
