This place is an absolute joke. I have a wedding today and booked a 10 am appointment LAST week. I called to tell them I'll be a few minutes late, and the girl on the phone is like oh we tried calling and texting you yesterday multiple times and you didn't answer. I told them they didn't once reach out to me and when she read back the number, it was an entirely different number that the other idiot worker wrote down. HOW?! How do you even copy a phone number down wrong? She only got down the first 3 numbers correctly. They refused to give me my current appointment and honor the time slot I had. The prices are good for what they are selling. I had Ann work on my nails and she was nice. First time coming here, made an appointment to get French gel x and French gel pedicure. Pedicure came out perfect so I had high hopes for my gel x French tips. I requested short nails but I guess she glued on whatever she liked and by the time I noticed it was too late. So I left it as is. Then when it came to drawing my French tips, she literally took 45 minutes to try to complete two fingers. She kept leaving the tips way too thick so I would correct her and I even showed inspo pic of how I wanted it. She was trembling, nervous, and stressed out so I ended up telling her to erase the two fingers and leave me with the base color. When I paid she still had the audacity to ask for TIP when I was completely not satisfied. What made me more upset was when I called the manager like 30 min later , the nail tech said it was apparently a too difficult French tip to accomplish & the manager said to pretty much find another salon instead of trying to fix them up for me. I've never left a review but this was too much. The customer service was not it. So ladies and gentlemen if you want any design or a simple French tip DO NOT go here. read more

First time scheduling an appointment at this Nail Salon per the awesome reviews. I really really wanted to love this place but left very disappointed and almost crying. My experience: Arrived to my appointment and nail technician was still working on someone else, which wasn't a big deal to me. I might of waited like 15 min but I still gave them a chance. I showed the tech what I wanted and she wasn't as attentive instead rushed and said, "She wanted to leave on time" not only did she over charged me (charged me for the price of the Gel-X) and not the acrylics price. Because of her rushing, she had to make corrections which included; missing a design on both my nails (maybe she thought I wouldn't noticed or say something about it). I Paid $95 for short coffin gel polish on full set of uneven acrylics. Not happy with the service. She said she would clean up the glue she accidentally got on my hand but never did, had to wipe it off at home with acetone. read more

I arrived a couple minutes early for my appt. The girl that was supposed to handle my pedi was running late. So someone else started it. I had gel that needed to be removed from my hands and toes. The girl arrived about 15 mins late. In the meantime, staff was setting up some birthday decorations for her birthday which was nice of them. So she arrived and they sang her happy birthday. She rushed over and started working on my toes. While another tech worked on my hands, I showed her the color and design I wanted. Apparently, the girl that was doing my toes was the only one that new how to do my design. She tried explaining it to the mani tech but she ended up taking over. And the process didn't come out exactly how I wanted. The gel polished lasted only a week before chipping which is very disappointing since the service was not cheap. Decided to get a mani-pedi last minute and was able to call & get scheduled in. I arrived and they immediately greeted me and confirmed my appointment. Ann did both my mani and pedi, and she was amazing. I'm usually super critical with my nails, and slightly fearful since I've had my cuticles cut a few times before. Upon calling the woman (Armenian women who had a tummy tuck, only know that from the loud convo she was having ) who answered the phone told me that they have experience people that do dipping powder which they DID NOT! As the lady started doing my nails she removed them in an improper way by making me soak them in acetone versus wrapping it ( messed up my skin). I also was disgusted by the fact that she used the nail file to mix the dipping powder upon starting my nails. GROSS! They also did not have this said that is required to do a dipping powder which is a natural form of getting your nails done I don't like to put my nails under the light and she was going to put my nails under the light so she ended up using regular topcoat. My set did not come out how I wanted to I'm not happy with my end result. At the end of my appointment she expressed to me that that was her first time doing dipping powder which I was really frustrated by because I asked for an experienced person. Will not recommend this place ever nor will be going back. LA has the worsts nail techs lack of quality work but want to charge an outrageous prices $75 (with tip). The Armenian lady was also rude to the lady who did my nails she had an attitude as if she was better than people. Will never go back or recommend.
