I was initially told that my gel mani/pedi would cause $65. I went in and for my manicure, two of my nails bled as a result of the manicure. I asked for a little glitter on the ends of my nails and the technician didn't tell me up front that she would be charging me extra for it. I also was charged extra for having gel polish removed on my toes. Overall, the mani/pedi cost me $90 and it was definitely not worth it only for my nails to look like this a few days later, and to have my nails bleed. read more

The receptionist is nice. My manicure and pedicure was mediocre. I did not get any designs or color on purpose to see the skill of the tech. She was pulling my cuticles off instead of clipping them causing little paper-cut like skin tears around my nails. It would sting when I'd wash my hands. One of my toenails is broken and I really wanted to see/hear what she would offer to make it look nicer. She did not bring anything up or any extra services during my appointment. She scrubbed my feet for a couple seconds which did nothing. She did not offer to buffer my nails either since I did not choose any color. I'm sorry but their pricing for literally basic manicure and pedicure service is wayyyyyy too high for the end result. Sooo, let's start by saying I bought a living social pass for this place. I tried to make an appointment online (which is an option) and 2 days later no response so I decide to call. I checked on yelp to which this place says it's by appointment only. I call and disclose that id like to come in and I have a LS coupon, to which she tells me they don't make appointments and I basically have to stand by in case someone else makes an appointment because obviously I'm not a priority. I find this very rude and annoying, and if you're on living social or Groupon you probably need the business and I don't have time to wait and call back to see if you're still available at the time I want to come in. So after that I went back and got a refund and will be taking my business elsewhere. Which is too bad because I've been looking for a place to be loyal to in my new neighborhood. I would have liked to have given a good review because my gel nails turned out good, but unfortunately the lady ruined my experience as soon as she started on my nails when she was too rough with my cuticles and cut me deep causing my cuticle to bleed and sting the entire time ruining the look of my manicure. My advice to them is not to rush and to be more delicate. I'm sure you guys do a great job and awesome designs but I want to enjoy and relax while getting my nails done, not be cut, have a stinging finger and leave unhappy. read more

I received a gift certificate Christmas for a gel manicure. I made my appointment and also booked services for eyelash extensions eyebrow waxing and gel pedicure. The salon appeared to be very clean and organized. The receptionist was very friendly and knowledgeable. May did my eyelash extensions eyebrow waxing and gel manicure. She did an amazing job I was very pleased with the work she did. Hasmik did my gel pedicure. During my pedicure I felt pain in my left toe and said ouch Hasmik told me I had an ingrown nail. I thought it was strange because I usually don't get ingrown toe nails. I dismissed it because she appeared to know what she was doing and talking about. When I got home I was in a lot of pain but didn't think too much about it because I assumed it was from removing the ingrown nail. The next day it was still hurting and swollen and pus starting coming out. I went to the doctor and was diagnosed with cellulitis. I will not be returning. read more
