Great service, great quality. Everyone is super attentive offering drinks and snacks and great deals too!! Definitely coming back!

Brilliant! I had the best experience. When my friend and I went in today 03/31/2013 we had the best experience. Not only was the staff friendly they were interactive. It's not like most salons where they ignore you! The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable. We were NOT pushed in any away. I found their prices to low to medium range depending on the services. I got french gel nails and the cost was a lot less than other places I had been to. Other places charged $35 - $45. Prices what we paid below. French Gel Nails - $30 Gel Nails - $25 The staff had a profession decorum at all times. We were not palmed off to anyone else. This was an all round great experience. I give my kudos and I will going back in two weeks to get a pedicure and my gels filled in. MY NAILS LOOK GREAT! THANKS! read more

I went here to get my acrylics off and the guy started to yank them off so agressivley without soaking them fist and even though I kept saying OUCH he continued. I look down and my nail is split in half and bleeding. He continues and then has me soak my cut open finger in acetone. He then buffed two of my other nails so badly that the skin was rubbed off and left scars. They told me it would be one price and I asked twice to make sure then they charged me way more and said sorry I misunderstood them. The shellac chipped off in 2 days and was so terribly done. This is the second time I've been here and I was very upset the first time but thought how bad could they mess up taking off acrylics. AWFUL!! Never going back. I am trying to post a picture of how bad it was read more

Nail Pro - Ripped my finger nail in half, even after asking to please be gentle. - Nail Salons Near Me - Vancouver, Washington

I have passed this place at least 100 dozen times and thought that today would be the day! I set two appointments for myself and my mom, and while the appointments didint really matter (they were busy when we got there so we had to wait for about 10 minutes) the service was really great. I was lucky enough to get Henley, the owner, to do my manicure and she is a very hardworking and diligent woman. As for my actual nails, she did exactly what I wanted, double checked with me to ensure I liked what I was getting and did some beautiful nail art for me for my birthday. I didnt know what to expect going in, other than the reviews I had previously read, and while the decor might be a liiiiiiitle out dated, the quality of the service is wonderful. She told me that everyday around 4-5 is their busiest time, or you can come any other time, you get right in (walk in friendly). I would recommend giving this place a shot if you are looking for somewhere new to go and supporting Henley and her family. I will definitely be back, and Ill bring friends! read more

Just went to nail pro for the first time! Excellent customer service, everyone was so friendly! I called in the morning they were able to squeeze 5 of us in at once for pedicures day of and do an amazing job! My toes are so pretty, feet so soft, and the design is adorable! Will come again! Thanks nailpro! read more

So I had a male tech initially help me, granted even though he was extremely friendly, it was my worst nail experience ever. For starters he cut and filed my thumb nail horribly. (I went on his recommendation of solar full set nails) They looked crooked as hell. I told him this as soon as I noticed and he said not to worry, once he puts the powder on it will even out. I said okay, & decided to give him another shot. He then proceeds to add the powder and it's still looking crooked. I tell him this. He says to stop looking at it because I'm just making the process longer. He then files my thumb nail so much on one side I can feel the file rubbing against my finger. I tell him this so he stops and I tell him it still looks crooked, and that he exesivelly filed down one side of my thumb nail. Making it more crooked. He then starts to use one of the drill tools and in the process knicks my finger. Not around my nail. My finger. At that point I say I'm done, I want to wait for a different nail tech. He apologized and I said it's okay but I do not want you to finish, I'd rather wait for someone else to fix this. HE'S visibly upset by this. Another male tech (his name is Bobby, didn't catch the other guys name) then proceeds to assist me after he was done with another customer. The look of his face said it all. He even showed another lady who works there how they were left off. It took a while to fix and I ended up getting them remotely shorter than I like them but at least they were slightly more evened out. I would have liked to left Bobby a good review cause I was thankful he salvaged my nails, but after all this he knicked the skin around my pinky nail, causing it to bleed, while he was doing my nails and didn't even bother apologizing. Oh! And I was initially told getting a full set was going to be $40, including a cuticle clean up, and then told it's actually $5 extra. No kind of apology. No offer of a discount. (I never ask or want discounts but in this situation I would think it's justified to want some kind of compensation for such an awful experience.) Bobby said to come back & he will fix my nails when they grow longer, but I will definitely never be coming back and wouldn't recommend anyone to. read more

Best nail salon in the world! Seriously. I have been going there for a while now and always see hailey. She is so incredibly sweet to her customers and somehow always remembers everyone's names. She always offers me something to drink or to eat and we talk about life as if we are best friends. I told her that my last experience at a different nail salon was terrible and my nails hurt so bad so she made sure to be extra gentle and always stopped in between to make sure I wasn't in pain. She gives the best deals and her family (mom and dad and brother and sister) are all so very nice and they always welcome me with a warm smile and a hello! I love her mom she is the sweetest lady ever! I would definetly recommend seeing hailey! She's the best. read more

Technicians are nice but not great at doing nails...I'm very disappointed. All of my nails are different shape and my fingers are covered in polish residue. read more

Ouch! They hurt me numerous times! And they are pushy! Trying to force an eyebrow wax and a pedicure! No way, never coming again. Staff was nice...but super pushy! I went in at an evening hour mostly because it was the only one open. Definitely not because of their prices! (Overpriced!) I was greeted by a lady who brought me to a chair (dirty chair might I add) and she had another lady start doing my nails. I had recently broke off one of the current acrylics and it tore my real nail..she was not sensitive to it whatsoever! She then tried forcing me into getting an eyebrow wax and after the third time saying no she moved onto trying to get me to buy polish and a pedicure! Yeah right! Okay, so THEN, this is something I really hate, she pushed me off to another employee who finished her started work. How rude! Not to mention it was a male who kept glancing at my breasts, I had to put my jacket on in order for it to stop. I ended up leaving with crooked nails because it was better than staying there any longer or to come back to have them fixed by another creep or pushy sales woman. read more

This place is very respectful and friendly. Also they have reasonable prices. They massage your arm at the end and are very pleasant to get your nails done from. I will definitely be coming back! read more

I would never go again. I went there to remove my acrylic nails.. Had I known he was going to rip them off (which I could have done the same thing at home) I wouldn't have went there. I figured the nail salon would have had the proper tools to remove them. Layers and layers of my actual nail came off. After applying shellac it looked as if my toddler had done it himself. I would never go again. The customer service was horrible along with the price and quality. Left feeling like I got robbed. read more

They dont listen to what you want they basically choose if you are gonna have short nails or long. One time i wanted them a bit longer and this one guy i think his name was bobby not sure was like "oh no you dont want nails too long" and made them shorter never coming here again read more

I've been going to this salon for my manicures, pedicures, and the occasional eye brow wax for almost 13 years (driving from Portland), that is how much I liked a certain person who did a really good job on my nails. I called today to schedule an appointment with her and was told that she is on "vacation" and they don't know when she'll return. So I scheduled a pedicure and eyebrow wax with whoever was available. When the woman began waxing my eyebrows, she didn't wash her hands and was double dipping the stick in the wax. So if she did a Brazilian wax on someone before me, those germs are now on my face. She was so unfriendly and had no interest in carrying a conversation. When she started doing my pedicure I told her how I like my nails cut, which immediately annoyed her. She hurt my toes so bad (trying to get the dirt out) and murmured something I couldn't understand in response to me screaming out. That is when I asked for the nail pick and did it myself. In between all of this she continued talking and laughing, in Vietnamese, to the person next to her (who had a swastika tattoo on his arm). Then her cell phone rang from across the room, she stopped painting my toes and got up to answer it and walked back and continued talking on the phone. HOW UNPROFFESIONAL!! I pay you for a service and you're going to babble on the phone?! When she started rinsing the scrub off my legs the water was scalding hot so I told her it was too hot, after which she turned it to cold! And not to mention the gloved leg massage I received which was just basically smearing the white watery substance they call "lotion". Worst service ever! I'm never going back there again! read more

This nail salon has a very friendly and attentive staff. You should pamper yourself with their deluxe manicure and pedicure.

I have been to this nail salon twice. The first time was in May 2013 when I was on a business trip to Vancouver, WA. This was right next to my hotel. I had a french manicure. It was so beautiful! I had complements constantly. I was so thrilled that I decided to continue having a french manicure with gel polish when I returned home to Mountain Home, Idaho. When I had my nails done in Idaho, the Vancouver manicure was still pristine, no, chips or peeling. It had just grown out. I wasn't able to get the same results in Idaho. My gel polish manicures kept peeling from 2 days to 2 weeks. So I quit having my nails done. Went to Portland for a business trip in March 2013 and decided to go back to Nail Pro in Vancouver to have another french manicure with gel polish to see if the first one was a fluke. Here I am, three weeks later. No chips, no peeling, nails are pristine and shiny and I am getting complements constantly. Am now looking for a place that can give me the same manicure. Obviously it can be done! read more
