I have been coming to Nail Pro by Olive Garden and TJ Max by the Mall for well over 4 years. I have received service from both Co owners Halen and Kayden. I enjoy my conversations I have with Kayden and how everyone who works here really tries to do a perfect job for you. They are full service and I feel they are one of the best places in Vancouver, WA to get your nails done. They take walk ins but are pretty busy so always better to make appointment. They really do a Awesome Job at this salon. read more

Highly recommend for everyone want to try a new place , people here all friendly ,nice service Also they have a Liner for pedicure ,the salon was clean , Apsolutely come back here read more

I normally go for eyebrow waxing, and the girls do a FANTASTIC job with that. But this rating is not for that, it's for the gel nails I got yesterday. The guy that did them had major issues capping my nails, and on multiple nails the polish doesn't even cover the whole nail. read more

I liked the way my nails turned out but my nail tech was so rude and pushy that it ruined my experience.

My sister and I got pedicures here and our experience was wonderful!! Definitely recommend

My experience with them has always been good. I work really close by so I stop in with my coworker frequently. Primarily we come here for a pedicure and even the non-gel pedicure we get lasts a good amount of time for both of us. I really enjoy there vast selection of colors. I couldn't decide if I wanted a light pink or light purple and there was one color that pretty much was in the middle of both spectrum so it could be either/or depending on how you look it at it. So I was pretty happy about that and I do gel polish for the manicure and that also lasted over two weeks. The prices are slightly above average, but not much more. The pedicure is $30 for the basic ($5 more for deluxe) and I never spent for than $35 for the gel manicure. (it's $5 extra for a design but I can't remember if it was $25 or $30 for the gel polish) read more

What an absolutely wonderful experience. I came in for a pedicure, no appointment. I had Tom do my nails, and he is the sweetest, most skilled nail technician. He has been doing nails for 8 years, and it SHOWS He told me to come back if my nail chips before my trip to NY, how sweet! I love this place so much. It's always been one of my favorites, but now I don't want to go anywhere else! read more

I just went to NailPro for the first time today and the guy there was the one to do my nails. I got a full set of french tip acrylics and I had never gotten acrylics before, but he made sure to ask me several questions to make sure I was getting what I wanted. He did seem like he kind of didn't know what he was doing at times, but overall I am pleased with the way my nails turned out. read more

WORST NAIL PLACE EVER! Never come here they suck at doing nails! No customer service at all and they don't ever listen to what you want! And also charge you extra for something stupid like making your nails a little longer and not tell you! Seriously I'm so disappointed how my nails turned out! I wish I didn't have to spend my money here! read more

These ladies were super nice - hence the 2 stars. I loved chatting with them. However, the pedicure I got was extremely disappointing. I got regular polish. The nice lady doing my toes painted 3 coats back-to-back while missing the fact that my big toe didn't have polish far back enough on the nail bed so there was a gap, that on 2 of my toes the polish was so thin that you can see my nail bed under, and that the tip of one toe had no polish on it at all. Then she put the top coat on before it dried and only put it on half the nail... so as it dried it began to separate from the color below. As I was waiting on my mom to finish, I began to notice that on my small toes the polish was all over my cuticles which I then had to clean up after my nail tech left. Then, I realized that she missed the whole front part of my right toenail tip - so I had to fix it myself while waiting on my mom. One of the other techs noticed and tried fixing it but ended up using a top coat that had glitter in it from someone else on accident. It took a long time to dry because she did 3 coats back to back (not including the coats the other nail tech did to try and fix the gaps) and an hour later - the polish on my pinky toe just came off. Now I hate to complain - the ladies were kind and they offered to stay open while they finished up my mom's manicure, PLUS it is only polish and it wears off. However, I paid $35 plus $10 tip for it and ended up going home and fixing it by mixing a couple of my polishes together to match the color as closely as I could - and then I had to do a whole other top coat to mesh it back together. Only now do they look semi presentable. I'm disappointed. I would have done a better job doing it myself... this has put a bad taste in my mouth for ever going to a nail salon again. I take professional shoe photos of my own feet. I can't have them looking like my 11 year old cousin did my pedicure. I don't mean to be rude but that's why you pay to have someone paint your toes, right? So they can do a better job than you so they look better than you could do. Anyway, at least the ladies were kind and nice to talk to. read more

Nail Pro - Acrylic nails with design. - Nail Salons Near Me - Vancouver, Washington

People are nice and friendly here and the chairs have just been replaced but the atmosphere could be a bit more serene or updated. The prices are a little expensive for me. I'm not used to spending that much to pamper myself so i was a bit taken aback that a deluxe pedi would run over $50 with tip. Yowza. I wished i would have checked yelp first to save 10%. The massage and everything was great but it took them 30 minutes to do everything on the list including painting toenails. I think the massage and all the creams and oils should last longer. I still have rough calluses on my feet, so im not happy about spending that much to get them looking and feeling good and they don't look and feel good. Go somewhere else where you can understand what they're saying because English is not great. read more

Absolutely amazing staff, Kayden and Henely did my nails today and they were so friendly and helpful. They even stayed past close getting my nails done to perfection. They took their time with me and didn't rush at all. Always stopping in between and making sure I liked what they were doing. I also wanted a very specific design and they delivered. My nails are absolutely flawless! I will go no where else to get my nails done :) Also, their new management is awesome and the atmosphere is so relaxing. Please give this business a shot next time you need to have your nails done or touched up! read more

The first and last time i will ever go to this Nail place! They put me in a chair and started my pedicure then they moved me into a broken chair because a party of 3 came in. The lady proceeds with my pedicure and was digging at my toenail to try to get a ingrown nail out. By this time my toe is hurting and I kept telling her be careful because she was not gentle. Before painting i looked at my toenail and it wasn't straight, I asked her to fix it and she said my foot would bleed if she did. I told her whatever and she continued painting my nails. Worst gel paint job ever! I am one to always tip very well when i get my feet done and i walked out without tipping. This place needs to change their name to NAIL JOKE! read more

Not a good place to get your nails done at if I could rate this place at a zero I would. Very dirty they dropped my nail filer on the ground and went to continue to use it after I said please don't use that they argued with me. Not to mention I had to go back two different times because my nails kept chilling and I had the dip. The dip should not chip. Especially because the manicure started chipping the day of. Not impressed do not go here unless you want to waste your money. read more

This salon is conveniently located next to TJ Maxx so I thought I would give it a try. I give 2 stars based on location/hours because the manicure itself was horrible. I always get a gel french manicure and this was not a great one. The white tips were uneven, the gel top coat was very thin and they ended up cracking within 2 days of the manicure. The staff themselves were very nice but unfortunately the actual manicure itself was not. I personally wouldn't recommend this salon. read more

My mom raves about this place so my sister bought me a gift card to get my nails done here. I get my nails done fairly regularly at the salon by my house. I went here with my sister since I had the gift card to get a shellac manicure. First of all it was the shortest, most rushed manicure I've ever had in my life. My nails were all different shapes and I had to point this out. Any time I've had a manicure done they typically make you wash your hands then give you a hand and arm massage and none of that happened here. My shellac manicures usually last longer than two weeks when I get them done at my nail salon. The next day after my manicure here, two of my nails chipped and one nail the entire shellac piece came off. I came in to tell them and to get them fixed and the lady that had done my nails the day before seemed surprised when she asked who did my nails and I said her. They fixed my nails, did a so so job. The very next day three other nails chipped, and I was so angry I decided there was no point that go back to get them repaired as most likely the rest would fall of shortly. That's exactly what happened, within 2-4 days all my nails had chipped or fallen off. I was shocked at how bad their shellac quality was, and was so angry had to post a review. I've never ever had a shellac manicure last such a short length of time. Will never go back. read more

I wish I could give this nail salon zero stars! I have never had such a bad experience. The guy who did my nails was rude and did not want to do what I asked. He kept saying that he knew better. I left and noticed that he had done my acrylics wrong. He had forgotten to shape my thumbs and didn't even out my nails. I went back to get the fixed and filed down a bit and was treated very rudely. The lady told me that I should have told him what I wanted in order and that it was my fault. Spend your money elsewhere!!! read more

Great place been coming for years and it's always great service I would recommend this to anyone wanting pretty nails !

Wish more people in Vancouver had yelped this place because it's awful! It's dirty, the polish is old and gloppy, and they put too much on our nails so that even 2 hours after "drying" at the shop, we were still experiencing smears and bubbles. So not worth the $$ even if it was free!!! read more

I'm fiercely loyal to Tom, I've had other texts that have cut me or done my nails crooked, but Tom is flawless. He's very professional, a smart business man, and very accommodating not to mention the good sense of humor. I love getting gel done with him, they tend to last 3-4 weeks, and when I didn't like the way a color turned out, he redid it with no extra charge. Truong is great too, just make sure to tip cash! It's your standard nail salon set up, but I've not had gels done even close to anywhere else, 25/mani. Worth it. read more

The first time I came here the ladies were super nice and did a good job gel mani and pedi when I came as a walk in and had not much time they had two working on me. But second time I came to get acrylics done and a guy did my nails and horrible job! I wanted to cry as soon as he started! He was so rough felt like he was gonna chop my fingers off when cutting my nails and so unorganized had all his supplies in his pockets and used the same nail clippers to cut the tip off the glue bottle. My nails were so sloppy and crooked I had to fix them up myself once i got home read more

Just wanted to share a disappointing experience with Nail Pro. My husband got me a $60 gift certificate following the birth of our son. I went in on Sunday to get my nails painted and was told by the employee the certificate had expired. I have had recent experiences with excellent customer service so I asked if they would honor it regardless since we already gave them the $60 and she said no they would not. She took my name and number and said she would have the owner call me to see if there was anything they could do but I never heard from them. Again, just disappointed to see a business being unwilling to make an easy flex or offer discounted services as the expiration date was written small down in the bottom corner. I was hoping for better customer service. read more

Trang does an AMAZING pedicure... she's very quiet, but she's got nice, strong hands for a good massage. She's done my feet for many years. She doesn't do acrylic nails, so she referred me to a guy there (Tom). When I first went to him, I informed him that he could have a long-time client if he doesn't try squeezing clients in when I've got a scheduled appt. That happens to me everywhere I go these days... I may as well just be a walk-in!. The first appt he is running on time & all goes well, but the next appt he walks in from a late (extended) lunch date (which thorougly ticked me off since I was on my lunch break). And the last straw was when he was running behind because he tried squeezing in a wallk-in before my appt. He saw the look on my face and finally had someone else step in to finish up the person he was working on. Needless to say I haven't gone back to him since. But if your looking for a good pedicure, then you should check out Trang!!! read more
