Didn't have to wait at all which was nice ....but the fact that their shop was dead on a Saturday makes a lot of sense now . After being seated, I chose to do the $35 Spa Pedi. I was asked about my color and I said white. Then she said my pedicure was now $60, so I asked her how much extra is the gel? Just for clarification because I've never been to this place. I'm use to places giving you a Pedi price and gel is an add on for like $15 or $20 which is cool. I was really just trying to figure out the pricing structure . I very into my beauty services so I was honestly just asking questions as a new client . She said gel spa Pedi was $60 Regular Pedi with gel is $50....i just wanted to know what was the cost of the gel itself . I mean I wasn't shown a menu so I was just asking lol . The lady told me if I can't afford it I need to leave. It was obvious she was mad I was asking so many questions but she REALLY told me to leave LOL I asked her her name and she said she wasn't telling me . I asked her the owners name ( because i wanted to speak with someone more senior ) and she refused to tell me . I won't be going back. If I could rate them NEGATIVE stars I would. I came in to fix ONE acrylic gel nail and the guy in the photo above named Endy painted my nail a whole different color without asking me. I told him that it wasn't the right color and that I wanted it fixed. I had one nail that was a totally different color. He told me that he would have to charge me $25 to change the colors of the rest of my nails... how does this happen when I came in for ONE fix? I do not recommend coming here. I had gone with a friend to get my nails painted and I came out with my thumb bleeding. I went with another friend and we got matching acrylics. My acrylics looked terrible. They were speaking in their own language (I didn't mind.) but they looked at me while they were talking and started giggling, same with my friend. Horrible. This place at some point in history used to be really good. Came here last night and was horrified by the nail tech's indifference towards his job. One of the filing tools stopped working, and he literally stopped and skipped the entire process. So one nail was finished while the rest were left undone. Really? It's been awhile since I've been here (over a year) but I have to say it looks nice and clean now! I came in yesterday on a whim to get a fill and pedi. I had Sunny and she is very kind. She was gentle and you could tell she cared that I enjoyed my experience. My nails turned out good and I will be back next time. 15$ for a manicure and not worth the 30 minutes I was there. The staff seems very eager for business, which is great, but that's where it unfortunately it ended for me. Colors are limited; better colors you must purchase to use. Service is quick but not thorough. I had to request a 2nd coat...as she told me she was already done after the first coat. The staff seemed like she was distracted by her daughter walking around the store (which is understandable). I did not get my hands soaked (while my BF did) but instead she put my hands in a ziplock bag prior to the cuticle cut. I also had to get up in the middle to wash my hands (which wasn't bad). Should have read the reviews before going in. This was probably the worst pedicure I have ever had done. I usually go to Angel Nails upstairs when at the mall but they had a long wait and I was in a hurry/decided to give this salon a try. Lord, I should have just waited at the other shop. First of all, I'm not even sure if the tools they used on me were sanitized. I did not see her take new ones out from the sterilizer. Second, they had me soak my feet for a good 15 minutes before someone came to tend on my toes. Third, they didn't even fully paint my entire toes. The corners and edges are bare. Fourth, the polish was left all over my toes so I had to ask someone to remove it. LASTLY, they didn't even have the finishing spray at the end. I was too annoyed at this point to even care if my "done" toes could be anymore ruined and proceeded to wear my sneakers. STAY AWAY. read more

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I should have read the reviews. I came in with a nail coming off and it was just super glued instead of removed or the parts coming up being snipped off. I brought it to the lady's attention but she said the super glue was fine. I actually snapped it off to show her. After I washed my hands, the bleeding on two of my cuticles really started to flow. I didn't notice until I left that the matching colors I asked for on my toes and fingers were NOT the same!!! And minutes later the piece of gel or acrylic power was actually on my finger and naturally it broke off. And you can't even tell I had a pedicure except for the polish which is mediocre at best. I went in on Saturday, the place was semi empty. There were 3 workers, two Chinese ladies and and a guy. One of the ladies took me (the skinny one). She recommended powder. While she was doing it, it looked uneven and rushed. I expressed my concern and she said it was not finished yet. Another customer walked in and she started rushing me even more and by the time she finished, I had an uneven lumpy nails and I told her this is not done. She filed the top layer, added the top layer of jell nail polish, put my hands under the light for 60 seconds and done. Which I knew jell and powder products are a no no to be mixed together. I paid $55 for nothing as they started peeling the next day. Will not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Spent $25 to have acrylics removed while having 3 people get their pedicures done even though I arrived before them. (Should have read the reviews...) I was quoted $15 to remove and $15 for another manicure. I had my cuticle cut by their mechanical buffer and left to soak in acetone for 25 minutes. Why continue with the manicure at that point? I also had an emergency and needed to leave. My husband called in front of them and they acted like I wanted walk out. They won't accept faults and want to have poor service. I was not the only on in the salon concerned or extra vigilant of the service being done. P.S. Tommy has moved and this is new management. Do not let them convince you that they're the same. This was one of the worst and weirdest experiences I've had. The lady was screaming on the phone the entire time while doing my nails and all she did was file and paint my nails? She only charged me $10 but it was just weird. She even left all the powder from filing on my hands. Now this review is strictly about my experience getting an eyebrow wax at Nails Pro in the Fair Oaks mall. I am an eyebrow wax person, but I did not get my nails or anything else done. That said, this is the best eyebrow wax I have ever gotten. And, there was some sweet, four-letter-word packed action movie starring Liam Neeson on the super swank HD flatscreen mounted above the pedicure chairs. Watching a friendly 60-year-old woman getting her toes all prettied react to that movie during my 5-7 minute wait for my wax was pretty sweet. The woman who waxed my eyebrows was a sweet, elderly Asian woman who totally knew her stuff. It didn't hurt, she didn't try to make small talk (I HATE talking when someone's face is that close to my face!), and my eyebrows looked natural and pretty, not overwaxed or tweezed at all. I got my nails done here with my friend late at night (8-9ish). We were not rushed even though it was near closing time and they really took their time to make sure we were satisfied with the results. They even offered us some wax moisturizing service (not sure what it was called) for free. These are pictures of my nails 3 weeks since I got then done! I'm amazed by how long they last without a single chip! The only thing I'll say is that service is great if you are patient too. There was another lady getting her nails done at the same time as us and she kept rushing the nail technicians to attend to her even when they were all busy with other customers. So I could clearly see that the nail technicians were bothered by that and kept telling her they would attend her as soon as possible. Turns out she was complaining about a smudge that happened while she was drying her nails. Anyways even the nail technicians are normal people, they won't be happy to give great service if you are an inpatient or rude customer. read more

DO NOT GO TO NAIL PRO!!! I went in to get a re-fill for my acrylics, and I specifically stated that I wanted ACRYLICS. They said ok, did my nails...I loved them but when I was about to pay they were charging me for the price of gels, which is much more expensive than acrylics. I explained to the lady that I got acrylics, and she kept on insisting that I got gels. We went back and forth arguing then she finally explained that the way my acrylics were done before she had no choice but to give me gels. She never once mentioned that to me while she was doing my nails. I asked her why she would give me gels when I specifically asked for acrylics and she kept on repeating her story over and over again. I was very upset, and all the more so when I had to pay for the price of gels. Talk about horrible customer service. I will never go back there again, and I've been warning all my friends as well to stay away. It's very un-professional to charge your customers for services they never requested. read more

I came here two weeks ago and really had a great experience. I had a french manicure and french pedicure for my engagement party. I had made an appointment and they had me seated in a chair as soon as I walked in. The guy that did my nails was very professional and did a FANTASTIC job, and honored my request to not have my cuticles cut. My pedicure is still in great condition, 2 weeks later, but my nails weren't so fortunate. They started chipping after about a week. But I will definitely go back! I paid a total of $49. read more

I've been coming to Nail Pro for 12 years and the same people are still there. They've gotten me from one important moment to the next in my life as far as nails. And even on days I just needed a little relaxing and pampering they've been there. Tommy and Kathy are the best! If you need an eyebrow wax you can count on her giving the best one. While they all give great mani/pedi tommy enjoys joking around and talking to you even if your a stranger. They usually have the latest movie out playing too. I have never had gel nails so thought i should try it. Everything went well, but after about 4 days the whole paint part separated from my nail!!!! And it also chipped my nail from the top!!!! NEVER will I go back. I went in to get an SNS manicure before a professional meeting I was hosting. I commented to the nail tech that I specifically needed a color that was understated. The color I picked was perfect. He and the other staff member spoke frequently to each other, and chuckled the entire time he was doing my nails. When they were done, he and the other person laughed outright. The nails looked fine, so I just chalked it up to rudeness or happy people. BUT when I walked out, 5 minutes later my nails were BRIGHT pink. I realized, too late, that he had put polish on that changes with the temperature. Strictly for EYEBROW WAXING: Kathy is excellent at waxing. She is very efficient and makes little small talk, which I like. The waxing room is certainly not glamorous but it's acceptable. They could do better in terms of overall customer service (little to no thank yous, not sure if she washed her hands before waxing?), but Kathy does such a good job with the shape and waxing that I always come back. Do not expect a luxurious spa experience. There's no drinks, no music, just the basics here. read more

If I could rate this salon No stars I would!!! The only reason I am rating it one star is because of the costumer service. I spent a total of 3 hours getting my nails done and didn't even get what I wanted. I asked for coffin acrylic set which she mentioned she didn't know how to do and told her that almond was fine since she mentioned it. I could tell she didn't really know what she was doing when she started because the acrylic bead was super runny at this point I am just letting her finish because I had no other choice. The lady was very sweet and kind and asked multiple times if I liked it which I said I did because I could tell she didn't know what she was doing and was trying her best. At the end I paid 60 for it and it was not worth it!!! My boyfriend also got a pedicure and a manicure and the mail lady rushed because she had to leave. He didn't even get the pedicure he wanted.
