We assumed they would do their job correctly but they charged us for 6 hours on a job that shouldn't have taken more than 3, killed a replacement blower motor and still didn't know why it happened. Ended up paying over $500 for an oil change, the main issue we brought it in for wasn't solved and they blew up a $150 part. Not only did they over charge us, but were rude in the process. Frantic to get it fixed before my trip home, I had a family member calling around to find a place that could get me in quickly. We were thankful that they said they would get me in Monday morning (we made about a dozen calls). Anyway, they knew I was from out of state and was rather desperate - a situation other mechanics could take advantage of - but I received great service instead! There was a reasonable diagnostic fee of $42 (to be expected) and they quickly discovered I had just fried my relay which they had in stock. Honestly, I was expecting a full clearing out of my AC system and at least an hour or two of labor. Instead, they were done in about a half hour and it only cost me the diagnostic fee and the cost of the part. Thanks to Jackson's Complete Auto Care, I had a very comfortable drive home!!!
