Such nice staff. The place is very clean, hygienic. They do a good job here. It's small, quiet, peaceful.

I had a really great manicure my French tip was beautiful and very reasonable on the price. I had a hand and arm massage that was amazing as well, but not long enough. The only draw back was the smell. The shop isn't ventilated as well as it could be. Highly recommend. read more

I was very surprised with this place & loved my nails! Not expensive at all. I got SNS and didn't make an appointment but you could tell that they cared about not making me wait too long. My only concern was that they didn't have a lot of SNS colors to choose from & my nails didn't last more than a week but I've been having that problem with most places I go. read more

Love coming here, they are super friendly, the wait is super short for walk ins, unless they are too busy.

Literally the best pedicure, got all the dead skin off and soo relaxing!! Great staff :)

If I could give this place 0 stars I would the 1st lady was really nice gave me water and everything but the chair I sat in didn't even work, and the lady that went to do my pedicure was taking off my nail Polish which is normal nail Polish with glitter that just takes a little bit more of work to take off of was just sitting there drenching my feet in acetone literally as if I had gel or something on besides using the drill and hurting my nails as she went I didnt even let her finish and walked out my feet were burning from the acetone running down all my feet, she tried to say she was putting it on the cotton but she wasnt she was squirting the bottle all over my toes. I get pedicures regularly and wanted to try a new place and will never be going to this place again I do not recommend it to anybody my sister was getting her fill done as well and her nails were burning from the material. read more

The location is hidden, convenient, clean and quick. I've been going here off and on for years and love the quality I receive. If I had any suggestions I wish that you had more gel colors to choose from. I haven't had my brows done hear but hear mixed reviews. Love the rock massage, don't take my appt time though! read more

If you are looking for a cute mani/pedi at a great price: this place is for you!... Kim is the best! Her work, her vibe and her love for her staff is amazing and they're always super friendly! I definitely recommend this place. read more

I've been going here for 6 months and it's has progressively gone down hill. Nails aren't filed evenly across, the length of the nails don't match the other (in my case) foot, my heels are still rough when I leave. Little effort is put forth to do a good job from the tech....half ass at best. Take your business elsewhere. read more

I was in town with co-workers for a work trip. One person in our group wanted a touch-up so three of us tagged along. We didn't have reservations, but were able to be quickly accommodated. I had a gel manicure, and another co-worker got a pedicure. We were very pleased with our service, however two of my co-workers did not have the same luck. Their gel manicures were uneven and they peeled off in less than two days. So, it may be worthwhile to schedule an appointment so there's no rush. read more

I asked if I should put my sandals on before the paint and she said no. She put my sandals on after two coats and of course it was smudged so she put two coats on after and I have a ridge that formed. The facility was small but relatively clean. 60$ go gel mani and the relax pedicure. read more

The ladies were super friendly and their work was superb. No shortcuts were taken. Reasonably priced as well. I went with my bestie to visit and relax. They let us chat and did our mani during our pedis so we weren't there for hours and hours. Would definitely go back. read more

I found this spot near my house and I have to say it's small but great overall. I had a botched nail job that I received at a different salon and I came here for a fill and to cut down my nails that were extremely uneven and I have to say they really did an amazing job and my nails looks so good! Def will keep coming here, it's smaller salon so making an appointment is recommended. read more

I figured I'd give this place a shot since I can throw a stone from my backyard and hit it. My bad! I typically get gel pedicures every two weeks at a joint a few miles from my house. They do a fabulous job. I went with a regular pedicure so I could remove the polish myself in case it didn't go well.... Good thing I did because the polish is lumpy, she did not paint the tips or go all the way to the nail edges, and the edges are rough and jagged. She didn't buff the toenails or clean underneath them. The massage felt like I was being petted rather than massaged. Don't waste your time or money. I gave them 2 stars rather than 1 because they have new, comfy massage chairs. read more

Very clean, super organized salon. Liked that about it a lot. Nails on point, only thing I can say was the price was a bit high. Other than that, very good nail salon read more

I love Kim and the staff! Just make sure to book an appt. because they do get busy!!! BUT worth it.

Popped in here on a whim for a mani and pedi. They were able to take me immediately. Both services were very relaxing and I love the quality of the service provided. All the staff was very sweet, the salon is small, quite, clean, and cozy. Fantastic experience. read more

Heels are still scratchy/rough. Corners of nails sharp. Massage not wonderful. Polish seemed old because it was thick & didn't cover well. Water in pedi bowl was not hot enough & she never asked if ok. Covid precautions were good. Staff was nice. Don't plan to go back here but hopefully it was just an off day for them. read more

Amazing. Second time here and I'll keep coming back. Kim pays great attention to detail. She's the best! read more

I went here as a walk-in. Pedicure and callus removal for a guy with serious calluses. They didn't get all of the callus, but the nails are good and the callus removal was good enough that I can now at least walk without pain. Pretty much what I expected. Overall very good. Total price including tip was $31. I will be back! read more

Horrible service!!!!!!!!! One of the worst places ever. Don't waste your money here. My toenails hurt for two straight days from the technician constantly jabbing the side of my nails with tools. This place should be embarrassed to call themselves a nail salon. read more

Yo, The girls here hooked it up hard! I am so blissed out from these high end massage chairs and the best hot stone massage of my whole dang life. My pedicure is fire, and their selection of colors is solid. Best pedicure this side of the Mississippi read more

We had a spectacular experience here! My mother got a pedicure and I got a full set of nails for an amazing price! We will most definitely be coming back! read more

Quick and clean. Polish is lumpy but Tammy was so friendly and engaging that I'm fine repainting my nails myself.

The staff here is very very friendly! I got a basic pedicure and a dip powder manicure! I'm super happy with my nails and it was a fun and relaxing appointment :) read more

My Shiny Nails - mani. - Nail Salons Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

This is by far one of the best nail places I have been to in years. With all the one stop shops, it's really hard to find a place that will pay attention to detail and care about how your nails turn out. I made an appointment at 5pm. I got a gel manicure and pedicure. Andy was absolutely fantastic. He took his time, paid attention to detail and my nails turned out gorgeous. I was there being pampered until 6:30pm! My gel mani looks like my nails are fake they're so pretty! Don't let the outside appearance fool you. This place is absolutely one of a kind!! I will be back. read more

Not what I expected! Made an appointment for my pedi and I still had to wait 20 min! Water was too hot! She misshaped my nails!! I wont be returning! - some of the reviews are misleading!! read more

My daughter had a full set done here today. Her manicurist was the only male working. He cut her fingers (like a paper cut), hurt her hands, cut a pointed instead of almond shape, got polish on her cuticles and sides of fingers, didn't clean it off, and painted gloopy nail polish on her thumbs. I called a few hours later to complain and request a refund. The lady told me they could refund 50%, but only if we came back in person to have them redone. She said, I don't know how to give a refund to a credit card over the phone. Please do not see the male manicurist. The other manicurists do beautiful work. read more

I love coming to My Shiny Nails because everyone is always so friendly and welcoming. I like requesting Kim because she has an excellent eye for detail; she's also very kind and patient. I've gotten a pedicure from someone else in the past, and it was also very soothing. I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for something affordable as well as professional. read more

My Shiny Nails - Acrylic set with gel by Kim - Nail Salons Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

I came here because it's close to my office and has good reviews and I think this is going to be my new pedi place. I had been going to a really cute shop near Biltmore but it's more expensive and the pedicure, although nice, isn't as thorough as this place. This salon is very bare bones, there isn't much of a decor thing going on but the services are great, the staff was very nice, and they did offer me water when I sat down. Another thing that's important, sometimes nail shops get carried away and don't really listen to their clients. I added callous removal to my pedicure and the technician was very clear to tell me let her know if there's any pain or discomfort. I'll definitely come back in the future! read more

Called very close to closing time and asked if I came right in could I get a fill and gel polish - they said yes come in... they took me right away and the man who did my nails did a great job. The place is very small and hidden away (I have worked near it forever and never went in. They didn't really chat with me but that can be good sometimes. I will definitely go back for my next fill and try a pedi too. The prices were reasonable!! No hidden costs like some places I have been recently. read more

Wow! An amazing experience! Ask for Andy, he actually took off all my cuticle and removed all the dead skin. My feet look stunning and feel smooth! I gave a $20 tip because it is so hard to find someone who actually does every right, without you trying to nag them! I was relaxed the whole time instead of worrying hmm did he forget this or do that right? Nope no worries. Everything right the first time. The deluxe is $33 extra charge for gel. So normal pricing read more

Was able to come in today for a Mani and pedi by Tammy! She was very sweet and for the price I am very pleased! Everything was clean, and the hot stones were amazing! Even received a quick shoulder massage! Will be coming here again! read more

I've come here often, but the not-so-great customer service has turned into completely unacceptable rudeness. There's a good chance they'll just ask you to leave and come back later, even if there are empty pedicure chairs. Save yourself the frustration and go across the street to Cali Nails, where they're polite and do great work! read more

Not a good experience. Nails look good, yes.. but outdated chairs that half way work. And not relaxing at all. The filing hurt. I went in for a spa pedicure and manicure. Typically a place massages hands and feet with that. It was just a "get Em in and get em out as quickly as possible feel". If you're just going go get the job done, they do good work. If you're going in for a bit of pedicure pampering, this is not the place. read more

I've been going for a while now and I've never been disappointed with their work. They've always been polite and offered water. They take pride in their work and make sure you are satisfied. read more

Been looking for a good pedicure place, found it. These ladies take their time and do a great job. Place is pretty small but come during the early afternoon on a weekday and you'll get right in. The basic pedicure runs about $23 but this includes a hot rock massage which I never had before included in a basic pedicure and let me tell you, it's the fucking best. This shit is so relaxing it has my eyelids heavy every time. read more
