I wanted to share some feedback about our recent experience at My Mimosas. Unfortunately, after waiting over an hour for our food, we made the decision to leave without ever being served. We were not the only ones. Several other tables got up and left before we did, including families with young children who had been waiting for breakfast for an unreasonable amount of time. What made the situation especially disappointing was that the bartenders and staff were doing an excellent job under very difficult circumstances. They remained professional, attentive, and courteous despite clearly being overwhelmed by a situation beyond their control.Their drinks were great. We were informed that there were only two cooks working. While staffing shortages can happen, it was disheartening to learn that management was aware of the issue and yet there did not appear to be any effort from leadership to step in and help resolve the backlog. Seeing bartenders and servers bear the brunt of frustrated customers while families sat waiting indefinitely for food reflected poorly on the overall operation. This message is not intended to criticize the staff who were present. They were phenomenal. Rather, it is to express concern about the lack of support provided to them and the impact it had on your customers' experience. We chose your establishment because of its reputation and atmosphere, and we hope this feedback helps prevent similar situations in the future. Came in on a Sunday morning at 9am with 6 ppl and there's already customers. We got seated immediately on the booth table. The vibe is like a club with blasting great hip hop music- I mean I was ready to eat and hit the dance floor. Party party party! This place has a party vibe. It's an old night club turned into a breakfast brunch spot known for having extra large drinks. I don't partake in drinking myself, but every other table had an extra large drink on their table that everyone is sharing from. This is my second time here. I had never been inside before. Like I said, it has a party vibe. It gets kind of load almost like you're in a club but not that load. Personally, it didn't bother me, but I'm just letting it be known incase your not looking for that vibe or if you are looking for that vibe. All the food was good. Drinks drinks and more drinks! This is definitely a hang out spot. The bartenders are on point, well made, can actually taste the booze! We had brunch but mostly drank cause again so good. We were celebrating my daughter turning 21. The food was yummy. I ordered the chicken and waffles. My daughter ordered a burger. It was delicious but her fries were cold. They did however bring out some fresh hot ones for her. The service was excellent. Our waitress was super sweet and very attentive and even brought out birthday shots for everyone. We came on Mothers Day and it was so, so bad. They had one cook and a couple servers, one of which came from a restaurant down the street and didn't even work here. (She was great and the only good service we got) it took 50 minutes to get two mimosas because the bartenders were focused on their own tables, serving them first and ignoring others. The one with the tattoo down the middle of her chest was terrible, tasting drinks from customers on the bar top and using her teeth to open champagne bottles. They even had that server who didn't work there pouring liquor, which could have them lose their liquor license (not her fault, the bartenders weren't paying the tickets any mind unless it was their tables). They should have just closed today, it was a disaster and multiple tables left. Management needs to get a grip on their bartenders. read more

Okay so setting the scene (lol) it was about 1pm on a Saturday. Party of 5 (3 adults and 2 children. We were there celebrating my graduation from Esthetician school (woo hoo! thank you thank you). The vibe was perfect, the music was perfect, I like the distance between tables (lengthy). The servers were attentive! My fiance was there to drive, so my friend and I had one mimosa and a shooter. I got the passion fruit mimosa, it was okay but I think I'll go back to my regular OJ mimosa. They are a decent size. The shooter was delicious, just like watermelon. I had swaped the vodka in my shooter for tequila and it still tasted good. They were 2 shooters for $10. Not bad at all! The food was pretty good, at least what we ordered. My fiance and I had the veggie skillets, the biscuits were delicious. My friend ordered a cajun chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries, she loved it. (see pictures, looked delicious). One of my daughters ordered a chocolate chip mini-pancake kids meal, she loooved it. She had a shirley temple for her drink! My other daughter ordered chicken strips and fries, her usual at any place, but she wasn't feeling the chicken strips. When we both tried them we came to the agreement that they didn't taste like kids strips, they were reminiscent of an herb chicken for like a grown dinner plate.. but with a batter. They were not kid approved at our table lol! We wanted to find somewhere nearby that was quick and we definitely stopped at the best place for that. This restaurant is well known in the area and recommended by many. I wouldn't go with children if you don't like your children being around alcohol (I don't however we were just grabbing lunch to celebrate graduation before my friend headed back out). Went on a Saturday morning for brunch (group of 7) and there was not much of a wait time. This place was busy, but our waitress was attentive and often checked on us. Seeing as this place is known for their drinks, I was pleasantly surprised with the food. It tasted good and the portions were huge, what more does one need. The drinks were also great. They have an extensive variety of it all! Regarding the setting, it definitely has a club-like vibe--different from your typical brunch. I thought it was cute and fun. One of the reasons we finally tried this establishment is because it has outdoor seating.
