Came here again for a other celebration on a Saturday afternoon. It was somewhat busy. I came here with a party of 4. 2 children and 3 adults. Of course we order mimosas. I still hate that they put ice in them Tham just chill the dang champagne somewhere . We also ordered the shooters for tge first time and they were pretty food as well. We got the watermelon flavor. My cajun chicken plate was good! I loved the Chipotle aioli that came with it. My friends said what they ordered was pretty good as well. What they ordered is pictured. I think they were omelets. Now the kids? (Both over 5 but under 10) they loved the chocolate chip pancakes but the little one did not like her chicken strips. She said they were nasty. We took a look and taste to them and they looked seasoned but they were too herby, if that makes any sense. The ambiance is pretty chill. People were in here dressed in whatever. Loved this spot! We came for brunch on a weekday and it wasn't busy at all. The service was great and the staff was very kind. The food gets a 10/10. Chilaquiles were wonderful. It's so sad to me that this is my go to favorite brunch spot to bring my friends to. The drinks were good as usual but food was horrible! The chilaquiles were so gross and runny but I ate it because I was so hungry and we had been craving breakfast. The service with Maria was horrible she had an attitude the second we walked in, but the other woman was the sweetest. Wife took me for breakfast to this place. Walked in an was immediately thrown off a little because it had a night club vibe more than restaurant vibe, but ok no problem. We arrived maybe 30 minutes after they opened and were the only people there which was cool. They had music videos playing on the big screens around the place which was also cool! The waitress was very attentive, I guess that was a good thing considering we were the only ones there. I was surprised by how many food choices they had on the menu. I ordered the fried chicken Benedict and my wife got the crab avocado something Benedict. The food was actually very good with big portions! The only negative thing I would probably say is that the drinks were more on the expensive side. $12 for a regular mimosa is a little on the high end. I've been to a lot of places that you can pay $20 for bottomless mimosas so I was a little taken back. But the bartender put a lot of champagne in them. Visited this place more than a couple of times already mid week and during the weekend. They reopened their indoor dinning, but since it was a nice day out we did outdoor seating. The staff is very friendly I like the vibes, the music it reminds me of south beach, it makes me feel like I am out on vacation! This place deserves 5 stars, I have no idea how the rating is currently so low! I went with my mom and sister for Sunday brunch. The wait was an hour and a half (they do not take reservations) but we were anxious to try it so we hung out in the area and grabbed a beer while we waited. Our server was Vanessa and she rocked!! We were super taken care of AND she totally knew the menu and how to up-sell. That's what being a server is all about!! My sister ordered bananas foster French toast and mom ordered a burger - they both loved it! I had eggs Benedict and, let me tell you, it was heaven. I do not eat meat so I asked them to leave it out and they also were able to add extra hollandaise sauce. It was the best hollandaise sauce I have had in my life! I'm not joking. Although they do not necessarily have a vegetarian section on their menu they are obviously able to accommodate vegetarian requests. We absolutely also enjoyed a super Mimosa, passion fruit flavored, and it was delicious as well! We did sit outside but the patio was clean and the restrooms were clean as well which is always nice to see. The only minor complaint I have is that the music was really loud. I love loud music and we didn't mind it much but it did feel like we had to yell a bit to have a conversation. Other than that the entire experience was awesome. I ordered from DoorDash so I don't know if that is why it is overpriced. But I got the chorizo scramble for $18. And it is very subpar. I honestly can't believe I paid $18 for it. I hope they're paying their staff over minimum wage for these prices. Maybe it's because of covid they are charging so much but I was expecting at least a little bit more. Hopefully they get through these times and I can try in person. But if all the dishes are this quality I'm not sure that they will. I'm giving at least three stars because I feel bad leaving a bad review with everything else going on. EDIT: I just saw on their menu The price for my dish if you go to the actual restaurant is $14. Let's be honest... people come here for the giant mimosas. They are fun and make great photos LOL However, I brought my mom and sister here so we could enjoy lunch together. I read the reviews before coming so I had an idea of what to expect. I'm really surprised they only have 2 1/2 stars because we had a great experience! Vanessa was our server and she did an amazing job. She was nice, personable, gave great suggestions and was attentive. My sister and I ordered breakfast and my mom ordered lunch. We were all impressed! My sister said it was the best eggs Benedict she's EVER had! It's her favorite breakfast item so she's tried several. My mom had their burger and she too said it was pretty delicious. I opted to try the banana fosters French toast and it was very good. We all left with Togo boxes because the portions were so generous. Oh ya - and we shared the Mega Mimosa! I loved that they had so many different flavors. The downside... the wait IS long and they don't take reservations. Plus side, she told me an hour and a half and we got called at an hour - woo! They do have you sitting outside which I don't mind at all. The only "negative" if you want to call it that is they do play the music pretty loud. So if you're sitting near the speakers it could make it a bit hard for conversation. If you've been on the fence I say go! Food was good, I recommend the Chilakiles (spell check?) I had the red ones and they were so good, and the super love mimosa was also so good and a bang for your buck! I came here for the first time a few weeks ago with two of my friends for brunch. We came because the drinks were advertised really really well, and they did not disappoint! We got passionfruit, peach, and strawberry, mimosas which were all extremely delicious and pretty strong. We could see them being made all morning and each one has a FULL bottle of champagne and at least 1/4 of a bottle of liquor. Even though it was morning, inside is pretty dark and looks like a dance club, which I kind of liked, but it may not be great for older folks or people looking for a relaxed vibe. In my opinion, you come here for the drinks only, the food was actually not that great. We all got different chicken sandwiches as our entrées, the Cajun and avocado melt, the buffalo chicken and ranch sandwich, and the Santa Fe sandwich. The chicken on each sandwich was an odd texture and the fries were over seasoned and limp. This place is great for drinks, I recommend coming here sober after having a meal somewhere else and just ordering drinks, which is actually what we plan on doing! We just moved to Modesto a couple of weeks ago from the SFV and we wanted to try a new place for brunch, what caught our attention of this place was the Huge Mimosas NGL, i called to put my name down no big deal except when we got there the hostess was upset cause we arrived earlier, we were seated pretty quick, this place definitely needs to do something about the AC!! Sunday was about 109 and all they had was a miserable fan! Second there were tons of flies which is pretty annoying & gross tbh! When you go to a restaurant you expect it to be nice and cool and not to be sweating while your eating! Parking is a bit difficult too! Service needs improvement our waitress was attentive once she took our order and thereafter but for us to actually place our order took about 15 minutes Will we come back?
