Went during lunch time on Columbus Day about 1245. Was pretty quiet until of course families with whiny kids sat on both sides of me (previously enjoying the quietness lol). Service was kind and somewhat attentive. Place is chic zen. Two rolls lunch came with miso and salad. Miso soup was poured into a cold bowl so the soup was quickly becoming lukewarm. I usually get one at lunch however last night I ordered a Bento box two proteins and all the other yummies. I had the teriyaki salmon and shir morning with was made perfecto tender a true party in my mouth. I also usually change up the The California rolls to tuna rolls or whatever I like I do not mind paying the extra money. I also enjoy the ice green tea blends in with the pallet of good tasting food. So, I found this very confusing at first, as it's right across the street from Mura sushi, but it is indeed a separate and unique storefront and restaurant--this one centered on Ramen and Poke. Conveniently, my friend and I tried one of each--I ordered the Traditional Tonkotsu Ramen bowl, which was nice and flavorful, and a good portion size. I ordered it medium spicy, but probably could have used more--I'd recommend going all the way. The poke bowls allow you to build your own, with a ton of options. Looked tasty, and was big enough for a couple of meals for her. They seemed to have a thriving takeout business, but do have a nice and spacious backyard seating area if you want a comfortable Covid dine-in experience. We did get disturbed mid-meal by a raccoon climbing the wall next door to us. They quickly moved us inside to finish our meal. I ordered four different rolls, mostly focused around spicy tuna. Three were more standard, Salmon Avocado, Spicy Tuna, and Godzilla, which was Spicy Tuna with avocado and crunch. The other was a speciality Volcano roll with soft shell crab, smoked mozzarella, endive, avocado, topped with spicy tuna with crunch. The Spicy Tuna and Godzilla were both fantastic, while the Salmon Avocado had melt in your mouth salmon. The Volcano Roll was just too much and inconsistent.
