    3 Classic Roll Combo
    Alexandra L.

I ordered delivery from here for a weekend dinner. We got 2 deluxe sushi plates which comes with 10 pieces of nigiri and then a roll of your choice. We got spicy salmon. We also got a 3 roll combo with eel avocado, salmon avocado, and yellowtail scallion rolls. The deluxe sushi plate was pretty good. I can't remember all the nigiri but I know it has 2 salmon, 2 tuna, eel, cooked shrimp. The nigiri were standard, not bad at all. Made nicely and tasted good for delivery. The spicy salmon roll was really good and we loved that it was actual pieces of chopped salmon with the spicy sauce. Most places mash the salmon and add in tempura flakes so this was a really nice change. The 3 roll combo was good as well. We were full and happy with our meal and glad we tried this place out! They also packaged the delivery items very nicely, gave lots of soy sauce packets, and labeled the rolls so we would know which was which. A really nice and considerate touch!

I came here for date night after a movie at Cobble Hill Cinemas and was worried we were too late to be seated. Right away, the host immediately welcomed us and was kind enough to seat us at a prime table with prompt water service (though we picked fast because of the closing time). We ordered three rolls, with the Eel Avocado being especially good, and the Itamae gave us a four fish salad on the house, which was unexpected but really made the night special. All in all, the people were kind, sushi was delicious and filling, and I felt they went above and beyond in spite of our late arrival, when they would have been well within their rights to turn us away. This was great for a date spot and I look forward to returning. I'd give five stars but no one should trust a five star review.

Man I'm so torn with writing this review, ordered from Katana since they were shown doing a BOGO deal on Uber Eats so I thought why not try it. I actually expected that maybe the deal was too good to be true. A bit disappointed to see that only one came and there's two of us. Had to make more food last minute. That being said, the sushi is actually good. I'm not too picky so I don't really know what's GREAT quality fish but I have no complaints with the taste overall. Tasted real good!

Food - Check what you are sending out. It's crazy to have received a piece of an un-refrigerated days old piece of fish in the middle of a Chirashi; smell took over the whole plate and made other pieces of fish difficult to eat. Essentially, a very pricey bowl of rice.

I wouldn't have known about it if I didn't happen to walk by but what a treat! The best tuna I've ever had hands down.

An absolute gem in South Park Slope!…read more We happened to be staying at a friend's place a few blocks away and was looking for something open on the later side with great food. We searched Yelp and came across Konoba Yakitori, and it absolutely hit the spot. My daughter and I loved our entire experience--everything from the food to the local neighborhood vibe to the incredibly friendly, attentive staff. Everything we ordered was fresh, cooked to perfection, and reasonably priced. We had the gyoza, edamame, Hamachi Lover, Ebi Shu Mai, and the $15 Beef Set (three beef skewers), accompanied by hot tea and Ramune. The beef skewers were a highlight--tender meat with seasoning that was spot-on. Warm, welcoming, prompt, and super efficient. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating, and our waiter was extremely helpful in guiding us through the menu. Top-tier service all around. The space is small and cozy with a simple, comfortable design. Seating is a bit tight and close to neighboring tables, but there's nothing wrong with being snug, rght? It gets busy, but customers tend to eat quickly, so even without reservations, the wait moves well. Most importantly, despite it being a intimate spot, we never felt rushed at all. It's simple, which is what makes it amazing. An incredible restaurant all around--I love this place and can't wait to return. Highly recommend!

Reservations become available 14 days in advance on Resy, so I'd highly recommend booking early to secure a table during normal eating hours. Sadly, since it was just the two of us, we couldn't sample as much of the menu as we wanted. Our server recommended a hot appetizer and a fancier option from their Summer Special menu: KARAAGE - 14 Each order came with five thick pieces of chicken karaage. The chicken arrived hot and juicy, seasoned well enough to be enjoyed on its own or dipped in the side of shichimi mayo. This was a great appetizer to share, and I'd recommend it if you're looking for a reliable classic. TEMAKI SET - 95 Served in roughly an 8"x8" wooden box, this set was lavishly topped toro, Hokkaido uni, ikura, and possibly Iberian ham, with crispt nori sheets on the side to make DIY handrolls. After scooping a bit of everything into a little wrap, I was greeted with the most intense, fresh sea flavors. The toro and Iberian ham were fatty and buttery, blending seamlessly with the velvety smooth uni and the fresh, bursting pops of ikura. I had to pause after every bite just to deeply savor it, and I lost count of how many times I said, "Wow, this is so good." Since I don't live in NYC, I generally avoid repeating restaurants even if I enjoyed them. However, Ozakaya is an exception to this rule -- it's easily one of the best meals I've eaten during all my recent visits. I don't know where they source their seafood, but it's incredibly fresh and packed with umami. Even days after, I'm still thinking about the velvety sweetness of that uni, and I can't wait for my next visit.

The portion size lined up with the cost, and more importantly, the quality delivered. Every sip of the broth and every slurp of the udon made it clear this was a thoughtfully prepared dish. I went with the niku udon on recommendation and it lived up to it. The flavor was rich and satisfying, and the quality of the meat really stood out. What really put things into perspective was visiting Raku shortly after. At a similar price point, the difference in portion, flavor, and quality of ingredients was noticeable. Muteki felt more filling and more complete as a meal. I left genuinely happy with the experience and would definitely come back to try more of their udon options.

I loved…read morethe ambiance and decor of the place including their handmade bowls and plates, which are individually made by the owner --wow. To start off, we had the Cheeseburger Dumplings ($12), which was so unique. We've never had something like this and they executed it really well. The dumplings were filled with meat and fried with a skirt. The cheese part was topped over it like a melty dressing, so a delicious and special dish here. Plus, it had a side salad to balance all the grease here. For the entrees, we had to get the udon and shared the Niku Udon ($25) and Salmon Ikura Udon ($30). It was a nice combo between a hot and cold udon. The Niku was your classic udon bowl filled with plenty of beef and a perfectly soft-boiled egg. The broth was sweet and savory for a warm and comforting meal. On the other hand, the salmon udon was quite unique with matcha udon and fresh salmon. There is a dashi to pour and mix into the noodles, which still gave it flavor and the slurp you want in a udon. Both were so great in its own way. Even their ramen also looked great, but I love all noodles. Definitely a great spot to dine near Barclays Center. Love to come back whenever I'm in the area again. The udon dishes are on the pricier side, but they're huge bowls.
