Such a cute place to bring your girlfriends! Mrs. coco is located at Lake Las Vegas, right next door to the Irish pub! It's not too bad of a walking distance from parking, but be advised, it is uneven ground to be walking on (a pebbled ground) and is slightly downhill of a walk, so it could be a little bit more difficult of a trek for some. Nonetheless, this restaurant is beautiful. I've seen some not so great reviews from before, but I definitely had a terrific experience here. We went to celebrate my aunt's birthday and it was a pretty big group of us here on a Sunday. They took really great care of us. The inside of this place is decked out in Chanel, which I looooved. Paris theme everywhere. It's adorable. Pink and flowers. Very Instagrammable. It is on the smaller side inside, so if you have a huge group, I definitely recommend calling ahead to get a reservation. They do have a little bit of seating out on their patio, too. But really, there is so much attention to detail in the decor of this place. It's stunning. The owner was there and she is the cutest! She helped our servers and talked with us for a little bit, too. She was so kind. Even when we were walking out, she stopped us to say goodbye and told us how much she appreciated our business. A group of friends and I were in Vegas last weekend and visited this place for one of my girl friend's birthday. She specifically chose this place for their cute Parisian/Chanel themed decor since she is a Chanel freak. It's located in Lake Vegas, steps away from a casino and near a picturesque lake. The cafe itself is super cute and every corner is a photo op, very Instagrammable. The place is tiny but filled with beautiful flowers, pink decor, Coco Chanel pictures/frames, floating black/white umbrellas and teddy bears swinging from the ceiling. Even the bathroom is decorated with Parisian black/white. But that is as far as the compliments go. 1) My gf called to reserve VIP table for 5 @ 1230p. When we arrived, the guy at the door couldn't find her name on the list. Then told us if we wanted the table we would have to wait till 3p cause there is a large party in the VIP area. We didn't want to wait so we opted for a regular table instead. 2) The guy told us that it would be $150 minimum spent on food if we wanted the VIP table. Then the owner, Mrs. Coco herself came over to assist him, and reiterated to us that there is a bill minimum of $200 if we wanted the VIP table. Not a problem, but is it $150 or $200?? 3) The birthday girl ordered a Designer Cappuccino, specifically the one with the Chanel logo, as seen in photos on Yelp and IG. A server placed her drink in front of her and it had an LV design, not Chanel. She was not happy since she loves Chanel and was told that was what she was going to get. When asked if he can bring her one with Chanel logo, she was told that they can't do the Chanel logo because they don't offer it anymore. And refused to take it back. Like what?? It's literally just a stencil used to sprinkle cinnamon over the foam. When she brought it to the attention of our original server who took our order, he tried to make it right by making her another drink with whipped cream, a Ho Ho pastry, and some Frosted Minnie Wheats cereal. Like WTH?? And she said the drink wasn't even that good. So she barely touched it. 4) Food wasn't that great: Burrata Proscuitto Toast was bland and needed seasoning. Giant Meatball Plate was also bland and dry. Even my Hot Chocolate tasted like it was watered down and I could've made better with a package of hot cocoa. Expensive and not worth the money. 5) And last, but not least, we were getting full and over the experience and wanted to leave so we asked our server to cancel the Bird Cage Birthday Experience (8 pieces of cake with 3-4 types of Italian cake slices and candle $65). Bill comes, and they still charged for the Designer LV Cappuccino that she didn't touch and got charged for the Bird Cage dessert that we didn't get. Once again, brought to our server's attention and he gave us another bill. Needless to say, it was a very disappointing experience. From the pastel pink walls to the floral decor and neon signs, the aesthetics of this place was absolutely gorgeous. Mrs Coco Rose Latte: 4/5 ($10) Their signature cappuccino topped with rose petals - the rose petals weren't very tasty, but I liked it for the aesthetic. The rose flavor is subtle and the drink itself wasn't overly sweet. You can get the same drink for $4.50 in a "regular" mug but I paid extra for their "signature" mug (fyi you don't get to keep the mug). The menu stated that the drink would come with a treat, but I didn't receive one at the time of my visit. Overall, it was a yummy drink and I wouldn't mind ordering it again in their regular mug. Tuxedo Mocha: 4/5 ($4.50) White chocolate mocha with chocolate, whipped cream, and cinnamon on top. I opted to get both drinks without whipped cream because I'm not a big fan of it. It was sweeter than the rose latte and the taste is similar to a hot chocolate. This was ordered in their "regular" mug and I didn't see much of a difference compared to their "signature" one. Make sure to call them for a reservation if you plan on visiting - phone calls only, as there isn't an option to reserve on their website or via yelp. If you're looking for total instagrammable vibes, this is the place!! The atmosphere is cute, quaint, relaxed and cozy. The flower walls are absolutely adorable and would make a great brunch with the girls vibe!! Now let's talk food: the entrees we're pretty good. The avocado toast was delicious, the tuna poke had TONS of flavor but the crisps were unnecessary, and the tuna croissant was average. The drinks though: not worth the money. The strawberry milkshake comes in a bathtub which is super cute, but it tasted watered down and not a ton of flavor. The cotton candy coffee was $17 and while it's cute one time, I wouldn't pay that again. And the Bellini was not worth the price. So overall it's definitely a cute brunch spot if you live around Lake Las Vegas, but I don't know that it's worth traveling too far to get there. read more

Coffee is average...ambiance is good... and the rest is terrible. Excessive amount of time for food to come out. Food portions are way too small and super expensive. The chicken they use is frozen breaded chicken you would buy at Costco. The protein bowl I ordered had barely any food on it. I cant eat the smoked salmon because Im pregnant and asked for the only other option, which is the breaded chicken. Instead they put sliced turkey deli meat, which I also cant eat and didnt ask for. Gross. They also served my salad without dressing. I had to ask for it and they brought out the wrong one. Just pure balsamic vinegar instead of the chipotle mayo. I was so sick of asking for the right crap. My daughter's food from the kid's menu had the frozen chicken nuggets (which were cold) with canned mushy peaches and pears. You cant just get ice water, you have to buy the expensive bottled water. The ice was dirty (pic shown). My daughter's water was filled with floating black things. Never again. We literally left after eating there and went to another restaurant to eat again because I was starving. There is no way this place is going to last. This place is the cutest tea house I have seen in Vegas!! Make sure you have reservations because by the time we got there for ours it was packed!! Standing room only outside. They do have indoor and outside sitting areas. They have a limited variety of teas to select from but they also have Champagne drinks that looks awesome! The 3 tier dishes were: tea sandwich's, cookies & chocolates and fruit. I will have to say I was disappointed in the middle tier cause it was just store brought cookies and chocolates. Mrs Coco is an interesting spot that I'm glad I checked out, but I wouldn't return. I love an excuse to go to Lake Las Vegas, but I'll look for other excuses. The best part of Mrs Coco is obviously the decor and ambiance. It's girly with pink and floral everywhere. The cafe is very cute and fun. There was lots of attention given to the look of the cafe. If this attention to detail went beyond decor they would be a much better spot to visit! Reservations are taken by phone and I had an easy time reaching them during business hours. When we arrived we waited at the sign saying to wait be seated. At least five minutes went by before a waitress said she'd be with us. Then at least another five minutes before someone returned to seat us. By this time others were lined up as well. Once seated, our waitress was very nice and she did take good care of us. None of the food was particularly good and lacked thought as far as taste goes. The concern here is obviously in the aesthetics because everything was prettier than it tasted. The Rose Latte was okay once I scraped off most of the rose petals. The amount of petals on top was overboard which was ruining the taste and texture. It wasn't the best coffee, but it was okay. The Small Meat + Cheese Board was not good at all. I wouldn't serve this to someone for free. No effort was put into the choice of items or the quality. The two meats didn't taste like quality meats. We were told that the hard cheeses were Parmesan and Pecorino, but my friend and I agreed that they tasted the same. A soft cheese would have been better to enjoy on a cracker. Even the olives were blah. The board also came with two crackers. I'm not sure what the plan was there. On a bright note, I requested more crackers and our waitress was happy to bring more which I appreciated. The food took a long time to arrive at the table too. We had zero cooked foods, but it took longer than a cooked meal. The final bad taste in the mouth here is what I'll call money matters. 1. Mrs Coco has an odd no split check policy. I'm not sure why they don't just have customers order and pay at the counter if they don't want to split checks. How often does a group of girlfriends want one check? 2. They can run more than one card, but only evenly. Luckily, our table only ordered one alcoholic beverage or my friend with an alcohol allergy would have gotten the short end of the stick on this one. Then the burden would have been on us to calculate our items and exchange cash or Venmo the difference. 3. They overcharged us by one salmon toast. With individual checks we would have noticed this. 4. They don't have tap water, only bottled at $8.95 a bottle. Mrs Coco is a memorable experience, but not in a good way. This place is girl heaven! Super cute and aesthetically pretty, and lots of spots for photo ops. The food is surprisingly really good as well! The tea snack platter was a must! Definitely a great place to celebrate a girly event. It's smaller than you would think, but it's in the cutest location. It's really close to Lake Las Vegas. We told her it's our first time and she made such a great effort to make our experience excellent! Really beautiful spot, absolutely terrible food. The food (toasts) took 30 minutes to come out and the food was just so so bad.... Couldn't really understand the fruit cocktail on the French toast. The French toast was so soggy and overly sweet and honestly unbearable. The prosciutto burrata was pretty good, but the cherry tomatoes on the plate were so bad I had to spit out the one I ate. It was super old and bad but looked completely fine... not sure how that works. I don't really appreciate the sneaky $9 charge for a bottle of water when we asked for water to drink. Perhaps advising the customer that they only provide bottled water prior to just bringing it out would be a good idea. A very regrettable dining experience but cute spot. read more

I went to Mrs.Coco yesterday for the first time with a few other ladies and it was their first time also. The ambiance is very cute, it's a great place for pictures. The staff was very sweet but the service was really slow. The drinks are overpriced, I ordered a tequila sunrise and it was $24 and it wasn't even strong. For food I ordered the chicken and waffles, the Belgian waffles were entirely too sweet and it was chicken tenders instead of chicken wings. I really don't know why I expected chicken wings because I really don't know if there is even a full kitchen in this place. And it was very warm almost getting too hot in this place, it's a very small space so it warmed up in there pretty fast. I would also recommend a good cleaning crew to clean the place. read more

Actually really disappointed with this breakfast spot. They apparently changed the menu and a lot of the items have nuts and that is not explained or included in the description on the menu. My husband ordered the French toast and on the menu it just states syrup, honey, cinnamon but it came out with almonds and other nuts as a garnish. He is extremely allergic and was unable to eat anything due to this. I told the server since it was not disclosed on the menu and they did not take the item off nor apologize for it or Even give us a discount. It was just like oh well. In addition, I ordered the avocado toast. On the menu it stated that there should be pickled red onions. There was not and it also had a Mayo aioli which was not included in the description on the menu. I am not allergic and ate it anyways. It was not the best but not the worst. The food was very expensive and over priced. The staff seemed new or uninterested in the service. The tables were wobbly, when we asked for assistance with that, it seemed like everyone was incompetent. Aside from the cute ambiance and location, there's nothing great at all about this place and it lacks decent management.
