I'm so glad i finally checked out this place ! i love the aesthetic and the pink everything, this is definitely a girl's girl cafe spot. We simply came by and ordered a caramel macchiato and a vanilla latte as we weren't so hungry for heavy foods, however both the coffees were on point and so was the presentation. My macchiato had a very thick milk foam on the top with caramel drizzle that was such a pleasure to scoop with a spoon! The only downside i would say this place has is that it has NO AC! which is so hot on the inside, it feels more hot inside than outside at this point, so we felt like right after taking our pictures that we should get going due to the no ac. The bathroom is very clean however it is a gender neutral bathroom. I still highly recommend if you're looking to take amazing aesthetic pink pictures as everything else was on point. -:)
Mrs. Coco is truly one of a kind! From the moment you go into that place you can feel the passion, care, and dedication that they put into the service, impeccable sense of detail, warm and welcoming energy.
We had such a great time here, food was excellent, server was so nice, and def. A lot of fun decor!
The decor in the restaurant is gorgeous! Pink flowers everywhere with crystal chandeliers. Even the ceiling was decorated with umbrellas and teddy bears. Very cute place to take pics. As for food, we had the tuna croissant, avocado toast and the chicken sliders. Generous portions. Tuna croissant was stuffed with tuna and was delicious. Also appreciated the potato salad and cole slaw. We also had cappuccinos and the Rose Latte. Everything was fantastic. The server was very attentive and friendly. So glad we discovered this adorable place in Lake Las Vegas Village!
I live in Summerlin and have visited this place several times in the past, always loving it. This time, I drove more than an hour to take my mom, who was visiting from Sweden, because I wanted her to experience it too. I knew they closed at 3:00 PM, so I made sure to get there in time. We arrived at 2:04PM, excited to enjoy the visit. However, the woman at the counter told us the kitchen was closed, and we could only order drinks. Disappointed but willing to make the best of it, we ordered two "Gold Cappuccinos" for $15 each and asked if we could sit outside. She said yes and also asked if we wanted the drinks to go. I said no, clearly stating that we were "sitting outside." When she brought our drinks and a pastry, everything was packaged to go. I immediately told her we didn't ask for them to go, but she replied, "I'm closing now." I checked my phone, and it was 2:15 PM--not even close to their stated closing time. I reminded her they close at 3:00 PM, but she simply said it was slow today and walked back inside, leaving us outside with to-go cups. There were still two tables of customers sitting inside, so clearly, we weren't the only ones there. To top it off, when I checked my credit card later, I noticed I was overcharged $38 (plus tip) instead of $30 (plus tip). I debated disputing the extra charge but decided to leave this review instead. What a disappointing and terrible experience. I will never return and definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. (This place is hit or miss! Look what I got last time & what I got this time)
If there's such a thing as girl heaven, this might be it. I hosted an intimate brunch for my daughter's 21st birthday, and it exceeded all expectations. The food was simple yet absolutely delicious, and the drinks were as beautiful as they were tasty. The space offered plenty of photo-worthy moments, and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating. We'll definitely be back!
This is the perfect place to visit for brunch or breakfast or whenever they open. I was joining a group we were all visiting Las Vegas, and we were all from three different states and one of the young ladies was having her birthday. She chose this place and it was perfect. The atmosphere was whimsical and sophisticated at the same time. What you see is what you got the service was phenomenal. Food was fantastic to taste. The music in the background was relaxing and upbeat at the same time. Everything was chosen and the details were exquisite. You could see and taste every single thing on your plate, and it was more than enough and very fulfilling. The details from the ceiling to the floor or cypress, or even the outside patio was beautifully decorated, and every detail will draw your eye to it. We thoroughly enjoyed our service and our food and our server was very kind. However, i'm not sure if it was because we were a large party of seven, their policy is to hold a credit card and an ID. So the birthday girl gave both, however, I paid for the bill, and the birthday girl did not get her ID or credit card back. The responsibility was not on us. We were having a good time and enjoying ourselves. We made it 30 minutes away to the outlet mall and realized we didn't have her ID or credit card. We had to drive all the way back Jessica not make arrangements to meet us halfway or to accommodate us in anyway except to wait until we drove 30 minutes back because they were closed. That was the biggest inconvenience and they did take away from the experience of Mrs. Coco and time away from enjoying her birthday. Please be sure to ask for your items back so you won't have a negative experience at the end, but I will be back when I'm in town.
TL;DR: long wait times, average - below average food, cute place tho for pics. If this place is on your itinerary - plan to be here longer than you think. Showed up for reservations, got seated right away which was great. Their menu at the bottom states please expect 30 minutes wait time for your food. We however waited 45-50 minutes after we received our beverages. You can imagine our disappointment when we were served BROWN avocados. If I pay $20+ per plate I expect at the bare minimum green edible avocados. When we raised our concerns to our severs they said it's because they only have ONE cook!? Management or the owner needs to do better if they plan to stick around
This place is absolutely gorgeous! It is a dream for a girls brunch or afternoon tea! The ambiance is fantastic and the music is all lovely French songs. I came with my husband and son - they got a Nutella crepe and some pastries with drinks. I ordered the designer Cappuccino with almond milk -which luckily for me happened to be the Chanel logo- and I also got a vegan wrap. I wish there were more vegan options, especially for pastries and cakes: at least 1! The food was good and it came out rather quick. My husband who is French, loved his croissant and even got an extra on the way out (he always complains croissants are terrible in the US) and he also liked his éclair and crepe. Looking forward to coming back and hopefully there will be some vegan pastries then!
I found this cute little coffee shop looking for a place to try coffee. I had been waiting for a special occasion to try it, for my birthday we made reservations. On a Sat morning they were not overly busy when we came in. The shop was a little difficult to find but once you're close you can't miss it. The decor is so cute. I loved the vibe. Very peaceful area at Lake Las Vegas. We were seated immediately. I ordered the rose petal cappuccino. My husband and daughter tried the freak milkshake in chocolate and strawberry. The drinks took about 15 min to come out. Our food took about an hour and half to come out. There is a note on the bottom of the menu that food will take at least 30 min. We ordered the Buffalo chicken wrap with potato salad. French toast with bacon. French toast was just your normal French toast, nothing special. Chicken with waffles. Even though the chicken is hand breaded, I didn't care too much for it. My waffle was hard like it had sat out getting cold for a while. The food wasn't anything spectacular. Nothing that I would come back to have again. Way overpriced for what it is. The portions were decent though. Being it took so long to get our food, I was thirsty because I had drank all my coffee. I asked for a water to find out they only have bottled water. Which cost 7 dollars a water. They don't offer tap water. The coffee was very good. I would come back for that. I don't know if the long wait for our food was due to the lack of help. I believe there were only 2 people working. It did fill up not long after we got there. I got a berry cheesecake for my birthday. It was not what I was expecting. It hardly tasted like cheesecake. It also was super hard like it had sat in the case too long. I wasn't very impressed. The place is super cute for pics and great coffee. If you are wanting to eat, I'd recommend you try somewhere else.
Where to even start...came here for a friends daughters birthday for breakfast and was NOT disappointed! The ambiance is BEYOND cute and super photo worthy. Every piece of decor was well thought out and placed and the inside and outside was immaculate. The service was above and beyond. Our waitress was such a sweetheart and constantly checked on us and just made us smile our entire visit. The food and drinks...delish! I would definitely go back in the future for this alone. Overall, 4/5 stars because the AC was not great inside. It was a bit warm and stuffy. Then again, a lot of places are when you have a huge storm on the way and lots of humidity.
Ms. Coco was such a beautiful place to visit. Definitely a #instagrammable spot! The drinks were delicious and so was the shrimp cocktail. You do not need to make a reservation but I recommend you do. The wait time can be long otherwise. Our server was great. Would highly recommend this place
My sister wanted to show me this place in Lake Las Vegas to have a coffee date to celebrate my bday. I usually don't go to places that are just "picture worthy" because I know you mostly pay for the ambience and can't expect much of the food nor drinks...regardless I agreed to come because the place is cute and thought we could indulge the eyes at least...but that's where it stops. Menu prices are ridiculous high for what they serve, and that's fine, establishments can charge anything they want for their products, as long as they disclose them on the menu. My issue here was at the time of paying the bill. I ordered two bellinis which the menu showed at $18 but at the time of paying were charged at $24 each. Server said it's due to the presentation (which was a mediocre tray with an Eiffel tower next to it). She said people order the drinks EXPECTING the presentation, and that customers point at the drinks when they order them. Well, how am I supposed to know there's even a presentation and therefore an upcharge for it if it's my first (and will be my last) time visiting this place. Also, I ordered what I thought was the regular latte with an upcharge of $1 for rose syrup. However, she brought me the one that was $16 because it had whip cream a pastry. I didn't say anything when they brought the coffee because I assumed she took the wrong order and didn't want to bother. I most definitely don't recommend this place. If there's an upcharge for presentation, maybe the server should ask which choice do you prefer or put it on the menu so you know what is it you're ordering. When the check came she made it seem it was MY FAULT for not being specific regarding which options I wanted. And to top it off, when I asked if the bellinis could be adjusted to the regular price, she said the one I ordered was actually two glasses of champagne so she'd had to charge me for two glasses in the glass? Ridiculous! The whole experience left a really bad taste in my mouth to say the least. People talk about rip off places on the strip, this place takes the cake! What a shame on a place off the strip to be so shady about pricing, especially in Henderson. Bill came out to over $200 for 3 adults and a baby, because BEWARE 20% gratuity for shady service, is also added.
A group of friends and I were in Vegas last weekend and visited this place for one of my girl friend's birthday. She specifically chose this place for their cute Parisian/Chanel themed decor since she is a Chanel freak. It's located in Lake Vegas, steps away from a casino and near a picturesque lake. The cafe itself is super cute and every corner is a photo op, very Instagrammable. The place is tiny but filled with beautiful flowers, pink decor, Coco Chanel pictures/frames, floating black/white umbrellas and teddy bears swinging from the ceiling. Even the bathroom is decorated with Parisian black/white. But that is as far as the compliments go. 1) My gf called to reserve VIP table for 5 @ 1230p. When we arrived, the guy at the door couldn't find her name on the list. Then told us if we wanted the table we would have to wait till 3p cause there is a large party in the VIP area. We didn't want to wait so we opted for a regular table instead. 2) The guy told us that it would be $150 minimum spent on food if we wanted the VIP table. Then the owner, Mrs. Coco herself came over to assist him, and reiterated to us that there is a bill minimum of $200 if we wanted the VIP table. Not a problem, but is it $150 or $200?? 3) The birthday girl ordered a Designer Cappuccino, specifically the one with the Chanel logo, as seen in photos on Yelp and IG. A server placed her drink in front of her and it had an LV design, not Chanel. She was not happy since she loves Chanel and was told that was what she was going to get. When asked if he can bring her one with Chanel logo, she was told that they can't do the Chanel logo because they don't offer it anymore. And refused to take it back. Like what?? It's literally just a stencil used to sprinkle cinnamon over the foam. When she brought it to the attention of our original server who took our order, he tried to make it right by making her another drink with whipped cream, a Ho Ho pastry, and some Frosted Minnie Wheats cereal. Like WTH?? And she said the drink wasn't even that good. So she barely touched it. 4) Food wasn't that great: Burrata Proscuitto Toast was bland and needed seasoning. Giant Meatball Plate was also bland and dry. Even my Hot Chocolate tasted like it was watered down and I could've made better with a package of hot cocoa. Expensive and not worth the money. 5) And last, but not least, we were getting full and over the experience and wanted to leave so we asked our server to cancel the Bird Cage Birthday Experience (8 pieces of cake with 3-4 types of Italian cake slices and candle $65). Bill comes, and they still charged for the Designer LV Cappuccino that she didn't touch and got charged for the Bird Cage dessert that we didn't get. Once again, brought to our server's attention and he gave us another bill. Needless to say, it was a very disappointing experience. But at least we got some pretty photos to remember it by. read more

From the pastel pink walls to the floral decor and neon signs, the aesthetics of this place was absolutely gorgeous. Mrs Coco Rose Latte: 4/5 ($10) Their signature cappuccino topped with rose petals - the rose petals weren't very tasty, but I liked it for the aesthetic. The rose flavor is subtle and the drink itself wasn't overly sweet. You can get the same drink for $4.50 in a "regular" mug but I paid extra for their "signature" mug (fyi you don't get to keep the mug). The menu stated that the drink would come with a treat, but I didn't receive one at the time of my visit. Overall, it was a yummy drink and I wouldn't mind ordering it again in their regular mug. Tuxedo Mocha: 4/5 ($4.50) White chocolate mocha with chocolate, whipped cream, and cinnamon on top. I opted to get both drinks without whipped cream because I'm not a big fan of it. It was sweeter than the rose latte and the taste is similar to a hot chocolate. This was ordered in their "regular" mug and I didn't see much of a difference compared to their "signature" one. Make sure to call them for a reservation if you plan on visiting - phone calls only, as there isn't an option to reserve on their website or via yelp. The drinks themselves weren't out of this world, but the cafe aesthetic definitely was! It was certainly IG worthy - you won't regret visiting!! read more

Oh my gosh - absolutely LOVED this place! Who knew this hidden gem was tucked away out at Lake Las Vegas??!! My friend found it on line when she was looking for places to take cute photos at so I drove my 2 best friends who were visiting me from the east coast out here for the afternoon. We only had the festive drinks on this visit as we had just had lunch elsewhere. But the servers were so sweet! Service was good - drinks were good and you cant top this adorable decor! Deff will be back when I want to show my friends a cute place ! read more
If you're looking for total instagrammable vibes, this is the place!! The atmosphere is cute, quaint, relaxed and cozy. The flower walls are absolutely adorable and would make a great brunch with the girls vibe!! Now let's talk food: the entrees we're pretty good. The avocado toast was delicious, the tuna poke had TONS of flavor but the crisps were unnecessary, and the tuna croissant was average. The drinks though: not worth the money. The strawberry milkshake comes in a bathtub which is super cute, but it tasted watered down and not a ton of flavor. The cotton candy coffee was $17 and while it's cute one time, I wouldn't pay that again. And the Bellini was not worth the price. So overall it's definitely a cute brunch spot if you live around Lake Las Vegas, but I don't know that it's worth traveling too far to get there. read more

This place is the cutest tea house I have seen in Vegas!! Make sure you have reservations because by the time we got there for ours it was packed!! Standing room only outside. They do have indoor and outside sitting areas. They have a limited variety of teas to select from but they also have Champagne drinks that looks awesome! The 3 tier dishes were: tea sandwich's, cookies & chocolates and fruit. I will have to say I was disappointed in the middle tier cause it was just store brought cookies and chocolates. I'm use to having baked pastries and scones. The sandwiches were good I would I could of ordered more of them and the fruit was very fresh and delightful. The service was good and very friendly. This place has a really really cute ambiance. It's a cozy little pink place and the walking area for Lake Las Vegas is a plus. The food itself wasn't particularly memorable. The tuna croissant was kind of dry and nothing stood out. The tea came in a cute pot and had a little timer. If I were to go back I'd probably try one of the sweet drinks and pancakes. The restaurants around lake Las Vegas in general could use some overall improvement, I'd say. The spots are cute and well decorated, the dishes aren't quite there, yet! read more
Mrs Coco is an interesting spot that I'm glad I checked out, but I wouldn't return. I love an excuse to go to Lake Las Vegas, but I'll look for other excuses. The best part of Mrs Coco is obviously the decor and ambiance. It's girly with pink and floral everywhere. The cafe is very cute and fun. There was lots of attention given to the look of the cafe. If this attention to detail went beyond decor they would be a much better spot to visit! Reservations are taken by phone and I had an easy time reaching them during business hours. When we arrived we waited at the sign saying to wait be seated. At least five minutes went by before a waitress said she'd be with us. Then at least another five minutes before someone returned to seat us. By this time others were lined up as well. Once seated, our waitress was very nice and she did take good care of us. None of the food was particularly good and lacked thought as far as taste goes. The concern here is obviously in the aesthetics because everything was prettier than it tasted. The Rose Latte was okay once I scraped off most of the rose petals. The amount of petals on top was overboard which was ruining the taste and texture. It wasn't the best coffee, but it was okay. The Small Meat + Cheese Board was not good at all. I wouldn't serve this to someone for free. No effort was put into the choice of items or the quality. The two meats didn't taste like quality meats. We were told that the hard cheeses were Parmesan and Pecorino, but my friend and I agreed that they tasted the same. A soft cheese would have been better to enjoy on a cracker. Even the olives were blah. The board also came with two crackers. I'm not sure what the plan was there. On a bright note, I requested more crackers and our waitress was happy to bring more which I appreciated. The food took a long time to arrive at the table too. We had zero cooked foods, but it took longer than a cooked meal. The final bad taste in the mouth here is what I'll call money matters. 1. Mrs Coco has an odd no split check policy. I'm not sure why they don't just have customers order and pay at the counter if they don't want to split checks. How often does a group of girlfriends want one check? 2. They can run more than one card, but only evenly. Luckily, our table only ordered one alcoholic beverage or my friend with an alcohol allergy would have gotten the short end of the stick on this one. Then the burden would have been on us to calculate our items and exchange cash or Venmo the difference. 3. They overcharged us by one salmon toast. With individual checks we would have noticed this. 4. They don't have tap water, only bottled at $8.95 a bottle. Mrs Coco is a memorable experience, but not in a good way. My friends and I have been laughing at what a calamity this place is for days. read more

I called to say I was bringing six people at 1 o'clock and even though the sign says they're open until three, the chef left at one and they were unable to accommodate us. We flew from all over the United States to come and have lunch here before going on our way to California. I'm extremely disappointed and this isn't the first time this restaurant has disappointed me. read more
What a great place for photo fun! It was super cute and the food (although expensive) was on point! The service was friendly although it did take a bit to get our food. We were not in a rush so didn't mind the wait, but if you're in a hurry this is not the place to go. That said, if you just want to enjoy some down time in a fun place, it's perfect and a unique experience. read more

Coffee is average...ambiance is good... and the rest is terrible. Excessive amount of time for food to come out. Food portions are way too small and super expensive. The chicken they use is frozen breaded chicken you would buy at Costco. The protein bowl I ordered had barely any food on it. I cant eat the smoked salmon because Im pregnant and asked for the only other option, which is the breaded chicken. Instead they put sliced turkey deli meat, which I also cant eat and didnt ask for. Gross. They also served my salad without dressing. I had to ask for it and they brought out the wrong one. Just pure balsamic vinegar instead of the chipotle mayo. I was so sick of asking for the right crap. My daughter's food from the kid's menu had the frozen chicken nuggets (which were cold) with canned mushy peaches and pears. You cant just get ice water, you have to buy the expensive bottled water. The ice was dirty (pic shown). My daughter's water was filled with floating black things. Never again. We literally left after eating there and went to another restaurant to eat again because I was starving. There is no way this place is going to last. Really only good to take photos and put on social media. read more

The food was mediocre, the drinks were wayyyy too sweet, the only thing this place has going for them is the decor. It's a very cute place. But the service was pretty shitty.. again another business that has autograt so the staff is lazy.. and they still get 20% on every check.. they brought our check without us even asking for it, I wanted another cocktail.. I won't be driving all the way back here for this again. read more

Cute and very instgrammable cafe in Lake Las Vegas. This place would be perfect for a baby shower or wedding shower. It is very floral and it is decorated beautifully every way you turn. It definitely draws in those that want over-the-top and photogenic drinks and desserts. They even have a whole birthday package that can be purchased that includes pastries and charcuterie presented in gold carriages and birdcages. Because of the elaborate food and drink presentation, items on the menu tend to cost more than usual. You definitely get what you pay for though because everything was tasty and so cute! read more

This place is girl heaven! Super cute and aesthetically pretty, and lots of spots for photo ops. The food is surprisingly really good as well! The tea snack platter was a must! Definitely a great place to celebrate a girly event. It's smaller than you would think, but it's in the cutest location. It's really close to Lake Las Vegas. The only downside is that parking is a bit difficult, so don't wear your highest heels, but definitely worth checking out! read more
What a charming cafe! We visited Mrs Coco's for brunch and had a wonderful time! The food was fantastic and the service was good! The ambience was amazing. So many selfie moments throughout the cafe. The beverage quality was fantastic! Everyone loved their latte's and we enjoyed bottled water and champagne. The food quality was also fantastic. The desert case looked amazing but sadly I did not try any on this visit. I'm sure I will up back there one day soon. read more
New breakfast/brunch spot in Lake Las Vegas. This beautifully decorated cafe' looks straight out of a Parisian magazine. It is impeccably decorated and Instagram worthy. You can dine indoors or outdoors. Mrs Coco herself was our waitress. She was absolutely delightful. We started our brunch with the small charcuterie board. It was enough for the three of us. For my meal I had the waffles. They were very rich and tasty. The restaurant does not offer bottomless options but bottle service is available. read more

If you want to pretend you're in Paris this is the place for you ! Also, taking instagram worthy photos wouldn't hurt either . The owner is super nice and polite . The service needed work. The ambiance definitely feels like you're in Paris and the food is less than mediocre. If you're actually hungry this is not the place for you . This place is so freaking cute! everywhere I looked I was amazed. They really put a lot of work into decorating this place. Not only is the aesthetic so fun, the food and dessert was really great too! We didn't even care about the view of the water at Lake Las Vegas once we got fully immersed in the experience there. We definitely want to go back to try more items as well a bring others to check it out. The desserts are so whimsical and worth going out of the way for. They are only open during the day so make sure to arrive early. We dined there on Sunday and they closed at 4pm. read more

This is just the cutest place. If you're in Vegas I would recommend stopping by. Just make sure you call in advance to schedule a reservation. Now let's talk about the food and drinks! Everything was outstanding. I ordered a lemon drop and I asked them to make it fancy. They did and it was delicious and adorable. I ordered the avocado toast with salmon on the side. It was gone in 60 seconds. I can't wait to come back again. read more
Great day to sit outside with a morning drink. The ambience, with the music playing is very relaxing. Only bad thing about this place, is that it takes a long time to get your food. So if you're in the village, if you don't mind waiting for your food, this would be a good breakfast place for you. But be prepared to wait. read more

Found this cafe through a blog. We were staying on The Strip so this was quite a drive - WORTH every mile! Upon arrival we were pleasantly greeted by Judith. We told her it's our first time and she made such a great effort to make our experience excellent! From the atmosphere to the delightful treats - JUDITH WAS PERFECT! one of the BEST hot chocolate I have ever had! And I have been around the world sipping on hot chocolate wherever I go! Such a picturesque cafe, Mrs Coco is by far the prettiest one I've visited in the United States and I look forward to visiting again when in Vegas (wish I live closer). Really beautiful spot, absolutely terrible food. The food (toasts) took 30 minutes to come out and the food was just so so bad.... Couldn't really understand the fruit cocktail on the French toast. The French toast was so soggy and overly sweet and honestly unbearable. The prosciutto burrata was pretty good, but the cherry tomatoes on the plate were so bad I had to spit out the one I ate. It was super old and bad but looked completely fine... not sure how that works. I don't really appreciate the sneaky $9 charge for a bottle of water when we asked for water to drink. Perhaps advising the customer that they only provide bottled water prior to just bringing it out would be a good idea. A very regrettable dining experience but cute spot. read more
Actually really disappointed with this breakfast spot. They apparently changed the menu and a lot of the items have nuts and that is not explained or included in the description on the menu. My husband ordered the French toast and on the menu it just states syrup, honey, cinnamon but it came out with almonds and other nuts as a garnish. He is extremely allergic and was unable to eat anything due to this. I told the server since it was not disclosed on the menu and they did not take the item off nor apologize for it or Even give us a discount. It was just like oh well. In addition, I ordered the avocado toast. On the menu it stated that there should be pickled red onions. There was not and it also had a Mayo aioli which was not included in the description on the menu. I am not allergic and ate it anyways. It was not the best but not the worst. The food was very expensive and over priced. The staff seemed new or uninterested in the service. The tables were wobbly, when we asked for assistance with that, it seemed like everyone was incompetent. Aside from the cute ambiance and location, there's nothing great at all about this place and it lacks decent management. The ambiance and service is one thousand when we went. They are a lil expensive but the atmosphere made up for it. We loved the teapots and food! I would recommend for an afternoon ladies lunch always. read more

I had to go back. This time I took my granddaughter. She absolutely loves it!! The food is really good, the service is good and the ambiance is absolutely cute. Over priced for sure a bottle of water is $8.00, but cute place to eat lunch. Its a-lot like Lola's Cafe. read more

This cafe is absolutely beautiful. This place is definitely worth stopping by and taking cute pictures. However, I wouldn't necessarily recommend it for the food or customer service. The aesthetic is lovely so I am sure that they are busy all of the time. Therefore, the wait times are understandably long, I just wish that they were more empathetic about it. It is a little pricey, but it's a nicer cafe so again understandable. I was a little disappointed because my friend and I were so excited to try this place. We weren't too excited about the food menu so we wanted to play it safe and ordered a coco signature bowl. My friends bowl had a bug in it and when they took it away they offered us water which they ended up charging us $10 per water that THEY offered because of insect infested bowl. So we ended up paying about $70 ea for something we didn't truly enjoy. Again, most things are understandable. The place is beautiful, but I wouldn't go to have a meal. Do we have to do reservations to go? Or can we just do walk ins?
We had a reservation but still waited about 45 minutes to be sat because they let a big party of walk in get in before the our reservation.
I read a review that said they were charged $8+ for bottles of water that was brought to them by their waiter. Is this true, they charge for water?
I was there late Feb and at that time they only offered bottled water for $8. They did not bring tap water.
