I ate here about 3 weeks ago. Walked in around 11am on a Saturday morning and was seated immediately....I think I had just missed the crowd. I ordered the steak and eggs. Normally in diners like this, the steak is gristley and hard to chew. But the chef at Mr. Egg obviously knew what he was doing, because it was pink in the middle just like I ordered it, and the meat was tender. My scrambled eggs tasted like eggs and not like something that came out of a carton. Toast was good, but I suppose that's hard to ruin. Overall great experience.
