I've moved MANY times and have nothing but awesome things to say about Andrew and his team. They're all nice, reliable, careful with my belongings and genuinely enjoy what they do. I give them a 5 * review and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a competitive price and dependable mover.

We hired Andrew and the amazing crew here by the recommendation of a close family friend. I got really sick after and forgot to leave a good review, which is so so deserved. So I'm gonna go off. I am now in the midst of unpacking and I'll go into that in a minute. When we moved, we were not prepared. We had just moved half a storage unit into the house and ended up giving away tons of stuff. So we had barely packed, not for a move into storage. Andrew and his crew showed up that morning ready to go and they packed so much of our stuff with absolutely the most care. As I sit and unpack, every single thing is labeled, every chair, every item, which room them came from and who, everything wrapped to perfection. I feel like a kid on Christmas morning. I trusted Andrew and the guys to wrap and care for my vintage furniture, delicate mirrors and a lifetime of memories. And they surpassed any and all expectations. The packing was so excellent that the movers I hired here complemented the thoughtful procedure are care of packing several times. The storage was so well thought out and unpacked beautifully. The whole experience was very hard two years ago and the relief in knowing a group of people did such an amazing job, it's really the care. I want to also add that not only did Andrew and the guys show up ready to tackle our overpacked home but they were fast, I don't know how they took so much care so quickly. They also drove it all the way here and unpacked it into storage and a family members home so fast. It was impressive. I wouldn't spend this much time writing this if I wasn't truly impressed. They deserve all the accolades here. Also they were kind and respectful of my mother, child and cats and super nice. My husband and I kept commenting on how awesome they were. Huge shoutout to Oscar, John, and Yahir--they took great care of our belongings and handled everything with professionalism and attention to detail. It was a really hot day, and honestly, the only people complaining about the heat were me and my wife . The crew stayed positive, worked hard the entire time, and absolutely earned their pay--especially with three flights of stairs involved. The pricing was also better than expected given the difficulty of the move. On top of that, everyone I spoke with leading up to moving day was kind, responsive, and made the whole process incredibly easy. Communication was clear and consistent from start to finish. Highly recommend Costa Mesa Moving!

I…read moreknow this job is incredibly physically demanding work - many crews tend to keep to themselves and focus on powering through, but they each made a thoughtful effort to introduce themselves, which created a friendly atmosphere. Scheduling was seamless from the moment I reached out for a quote. On the day of the move, they actually arrived earlier than expected, which immediately set the tone. They originally estimated around 2-3 hours for loading, but they were so efficient they only took 1.25 hours! I was wildly impressed. With the extra time, they offered to help load the items I had set aside for my car, taking extra trips to carry the remainder of items from my apartment out to my car. When I got to my new home, they had already arrived and were immediately ready to unload, which to my shock, again, only took only 45 minutes despite it being 100 degrees. Everything was placed in the correct rooms as labeled. They made sure to stack boxes against the walls in a strategically organized fashion, leaving plenty of walkway room, which has not always been the case for me in the past. They also took the time to ask where smaller, unlabeled items, like lamps, mirrors, and wall art, should be placed instead of placing them randomly (which is what I had expected and would have been perfectly happy with!). At no point did I feel like I needed to watch over them or worry about things being handled carelessly. Everything arrived exactly as expected, undamaged, and accounted for. There was not a single item damaged or broken. I want to give a special shout out to Rob who went the extra mile (literally and figuratively!) to ensure the entire process was smooth, organized, and well run from start to finish. As someone who is self-employed in client-facing work, it was easy to tell that Rob cares about the customer service aspect of his job just as much as the duties. Rob and his team were truly a blessing to work with, I am hiring them again for my upcoming move. I look forward to working with you again soon!

I have very high standards when it comes to handling a move, and they exceeded every expectation. I don't usually leave reviews, but they were so exceptional that I had to share our experience. From start to finish, communication was excellent, pricing was competitive, and the entire team was friendly, professional, and incredibly careful with our belongings. We actually used them twice. The first time was to help move items into a POD when we listed our home for sale. Fernando was so great to work with that we hired them again for our full cross-country move from California to New York once our home sold. What really stood out was how different they were from other moving companies -- our belongings were never combined with another shipment, they carefully packed and protected our large fragile items, and everything was wrapped and handled with incredible care. They made the cross-country move feel effortless, and our belongings arrived the day after we flew in. The entire process was seamless. Joel's team are truly moving rockstars, and we can't thank them enough. Selling a home and relocating across the country is stressful, but they made their part of the process completely stress-free for us. My husband and I are beyond impressed with their work and highly recommend them. We will absolutely use them again for any future moves or even if we just need an extra set of hands. Notably, I found out they also will haul away items too - we never thought to ask them about those services but would have used them for that as we had some large items we paid another company to haul away the day before our full move, but could've just had them handle that too. Save yourself the hassle of shopping around for any moving needs -- just call Jaye and Joel!

The coordinator/administrative staff and movers are all very polite and pleasant to talk to and I…read moredo very much appreciate their hard work. But I must say there is a concerning lack of professionalism in both communication regarding the logistics and handling of the furniture. They did not wrap/pad most of the furniture, did not disassemble the dining table until we asked, and during drop-off there did not seem to be much careful organization or consideration of which furniture to move in first. For example, they moved the TV in before the TV unit and thus had to put the TV on the floor in a way that could have damaged the TV screen when they later moved the TV unit into the room. On top of this we were never informed of the fact that if the move exceeds 10 minutes into the next hour we would be charged for the full hour. The original quote did not include all the fees that were later disclosed when we paid the full balance. When I expressed my concerns regarding their failure to communicate these fees beforehand, I was not given a sincere apology. Overall, the movers seem like very nice people and I sincerely appreciate their hard work, especially considering that one of the furniture (a rocking chair) was quite sizable and required some maneuvering to fit through the door and limited space at the drop-off location. However, I personally would not be using their service again and hope they can improve their workflow for other future customers.
