Paul, Dan, and the whole gang at Move4U are awesome. From the first call to the end of the move, they were great to work with. In particular, they are extremely hard workers and treated our stuff like it was their own. We had to move a bunch of stuff from Chicago to our new place in Northwest Indiana. The challenge of the Indiana house is that it is 96 stairs to the top of the dune that it sits on (there's no drive up). Using the stairs and the lift, the team got everything up the side of the hill and safely into the house. Not one thing was lost or broken during the move and we had to move some extremely large and fragile items. What's more...not once did they ever complain or become frustrated with the difficulty of the move. I'm 50 years old and I've moved a lot in my life...and they are simply the best movers I've ever worked with. If I could give them six start I would. I can't recommend this moving company more highly. This was my first time ever hiring movers and given all the horror stories with moving companies, I was apprehensive about the process. From day 1 these guys were incredibly responsive and nice. My husband submitted a few quote requests with other companies and each of them were really aggressive and weird. I got good vibes from the beginning here. I gave them an inventory of our things over the phone and they quoted me a fair price for a 2 bedroom apartment -- a 3 story walk up -- moving into a house an hour away, an estimated 5-7 hours total. On moving day 5 very nice guys arrived 15 minutes EARLY and got started in lightning speed right away. There was absolutely no concern about them going slowly to get more money from us. They were at times literally running. The move took 3.5 hours (not including the hour drive) and came in $700 UNDER budget. Not a single item was broken, not a single wall was dinged.
