I've used them twice and have recommended them to a few of my friends/family - everyone has had positive reviews!! I appreciate how they wrap furniture and have been very transparent about timing and communication. Can't recommend these guys enough! My move was literally done in a flash - thank you!! read more

Ricky, Carlos, George and Luis provided excellent service! Fast, affordable and friendly service!

Carlos and his team were the best! Carlos was very creative in finding a way to fit our large couch into our new apartment. We've already recommended them to our friends! read more

Used this company for a local move. They were Fast, efficient, on time, wrapped up my furniture well, with a lower cost than most.

I've used them 3 times, they were great until this last time.... I know the team always shows up early and I did not hear from them at all morning of the move. I texted the team to ask about their timing and they claimed the truck broke down right in front of the pick up spot (hard to believe this - I had been sitting there for 30 minutes and did not see any truck in the area). It took the team 2.5 hours to come after finishing up their other job, but I would've appreciated the acknowledgment of their mistake vs coming up with an excuse about the truck. The team unloaded my things fine but I wasn't offered a discount for the 2.5 hour inconvenience - they ONLY offered one for when I book with them again.... Honestly left a bad taste in my mouth and don't think that I'll book again. In the past I had recommended them to many friends but won't be anymore. :/ read more

Can not recommend these guys enough! Manuel's team was EXTREMELY fast, careful with my items, and clean, all for an incredibly fair price. I will use them again and again! read more

Do not use -- upcharged me day of move + damaged antique funiture. Do not use this team. I was quoted a certain price of my move via email - I listed the items I had, how many stops were happening that day, and answered all their questions. The morning of the move at the first pickup spot, the movers say that the quote was too low and need to charge me more money. Middle of the move, the team tells me that I need to pay in cash. After, I start unpacking immediately after the team left. I notice a box placed on my antique credenza (my most expensive furniture). I remove it and find a large, deep scratch. It was placed over the scratch intentionally to hide it. I call Manuel explaining my dissatisfaction with the upcharge and the service, and ask for payment to at least cover the scratch minimum. He tells me his team will call me. I have to HAGGLE and negotiate for money back. Really disappointed how they treat their customers. read more

This is my second time in using Flash Movers because of the phenomenal experience the first time - quality is consistent with this business. I was able to work with Carlos's team which were prepared with materials in case customers may have missed them, along with all of them having a friendly approachable attitude. They take down furniture and rebuild it when at your new place. They are coordinated and made the move 1000% less stressful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! P.S. - THEY CAN PACK FOR YOUR MOVE TOO IF YOU WANT! read more

Big thumb up for flash movers!!! Very responsive and appointment was made very quickly and price is very reasonable. They came on time and never rushed anything. They are so professional in wrapping up everything. I mean everything. They take very care of our belongings and house while doing the work. Only business with such work ethics will last long. Keep up the professional service! read more

I've used Flash movers 3 times, and each time it was a great experience. It starts with clear communication, quick quotes, and are timely. The come in with all the tools to take furniture apart, wraps and blankets for more fragile pieces. Extremely friendly, professional and don't waste time. This last time, they assisted moving rooms from the basement and first floor to the second floor. They have found a life time customer! Best of all, they are very well priced. read more

Flash Movers did a phenomenal job moving my items from the suburbs to the city. They were very careful when packing my items. Additionally, there were challenges getting some of the bigger furniture items on the second floor and they figured out an alternative to ensure the job was completed to the best of their ability. They even set up my bedroom furniture and dining room table. The house looked great once they got finished and everything was moved in the condition it was picked up in -nothing scratched or broken. I would 100% recommend them to anyone who is trying to move in Chicago. read more

These guys are beyond great. I hired them for a pack up and move from a second floor condo to a third floor condo (both walk ups) and they were amazing. First of all, they packed my jammed condo seemingly effortlessly in no time at all. And I'll say this... I will never pack myself again. They showed up with all of the boxes and packing materials and finished my place in less than three hours. It was a crazy busy time for me at work. The night prior, I was still doing work until about 2:30 in the morning. I literally did nothing to prepare my house for the move. They got there at 7:00 and they were done packing before 10. Although having someone pack you may sound excessive - at the time, I didn't really have a choice. I was surprised at what a good value it was. When I packed by myself in my previous move, it took weeks, I paid more than twice the amount for materials, and my packing was nowhere near effective - all this and I still wasn't ready for the Movers when they showed up. The day of my move was, legit, the hottest day EVER. Can't remember exact temp - but over 100. They all worked to hard and got everything to my third floor walk up quickly and seamlessly. Pricing aligned with the estimate provided and not one item was missing or broken. That move went to well that I hired them to pack me up again and move everything into a storage unit. Several months later when my new place was ready - the moved everything out of the storage unit and into my house. Can't recommend working with them enough. And again, if you've ever flirted with having someone pack you, it's a 100%, absolute no-brainer if you are working with Flash Movers. Thank you! read more

I had a great experience with Flash Movers last week! Originally I was struggling to find movers who would do my move because it was a small move, but Flash said they would do it. They were easy to book- I just called and then we texted to confirm time. Move was super fast, and none of my stuff got scuffed. Price was same as what I was quoted. Would recommend, and would use again. read more

Cannot recommend flash movers enough!! They were right on time, and very speedy! I had a one bedroom move a few blocks away and they were done in an hour! They took great care of my items and the workers were extremely nice as well. I will use them for my next move! read more

I originally heard about flash movers from three of my different colleagues that I'd use them in the city / downtown area. My boyfriend and I use them for our move in January. We were moving into an apartment in Des Plaines from a house in Edison Park and an apartment near Norridge. They completed the loading at both locations and unloading within four hours. It was wildly impressive, and definitely worth the cost! Don't worry about the no contract bit - they are worth every penny you pay! We are now referring them to everyone we know. read more

They were the nicest, most efficient, careful movers I've ever had. Super trustworthy, fun, and easy to work with group of people. Special shoutout too, because it was 95 degrees! read more

Fast and effective movers. They will also help with bed frame disassembly and reassembly. Their rates seemed to be less than quotes from other movers in the area - I recommend using them. read more

Flash movers were so amazing! They had great communication and were very efficient and fair with pricing.

Miguel and his crew did a fantastic job on what was a pretty complicated move: two apartments on upper floors in separate entrances in a rambling building in Hyde Park, across a very long rear courtyard to the truck, a stop off at a self-storage facility to pick up a lot of stuff, with everything going into two separate units in a house in Archer Heights. The men were polite, careful, very hard working, and a pleasure to work with. Everything was moved and ended up in the right place in six hours for what I thought was a reasonable price. Flash Movers were the perfect movers for us. read more

I used Flash Movers in Chicago for my move last month, and honestly, they made what could've been a really stressful day feel super easy. I was moving from the South Side all the way up to the North Side, and if you know Chicago, you know that's no small task. Yuri and his crew showed up on time, got right to work, and had everything loaded way faster than I expected. They kept things moving the entire time without ever seeming rushed or careless. One of the biggest things I was worried about was my bulky couch, but they handled it like pros. They took it apart, navigated it through tight doorways, and reassembled it at my new place without a scratch. Watching how efficient they were with both the heavy stuff and the smaller items made me feel like I was in really good hands. Everything was packed up, moved, and set back up so smoothly, it honestly felt effortless on my end. Yuri ran the crew like a true professional--clear, organized, and making sure every detail was covered. The guys were all hardworking and respectful, and they really made the move feel way less overwhelming than I thought it would be. Moving across the city is usually a headache, but thanks to Flash Movers, it turned out to be one of the easiest parts of my whole transition. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for movers who are fast, careful, and just great to work with. read more

From start to finish, all I can say is WOW. Flash Movers - and especially the team who helped me today: Rubicel, Steven, Alejandro, Edgar, and Esteban - were incredible. They arrived on time, communicated clearly, worked seamlessly as a team, and had me completely moved from a first floor apartment to a second floor apartment about a mile apart within about two hours. After a nightmare of a last move, I honestly can't get over how smooth this was. If you're looking for movers who are professional, efficient, and just all-around lovely to work with, hire Flash Movers. You won't regret it. read more

Great move, super fast, they sent three guys, only took two and a half hours to get our entire three bedroom apartment out. They took good care of our things, communicated well and were on time. Where do I begin?! I've used these guys for 4 moves and each time I'm even more impressed than the last. They live up to their name as they get you in and out of your spots in a flash and they go above and beyond customer service wise. My car battery died while they were loading up their truck and they went as far to try to fix things under the hood themselves. While they didn't end up being able to fix the issue, they didn't complain about the delay this caused. If you're looking for quality, kind, and well-priced movers, look no further than Flash Movers! I recommend them to everyone I know and they've all been beyond happy with the service they received. read more

Manuel, Carlos, and the rest of the team at Flash Movers were amazing. I had a last minute change in schedule due to elevator booking in my building and Manuel made the change with no problem. On the day of my move, they showed up a bit early and were ready to work. Within 30 minutes, my apartment was empty and they were en route to my new place. They communicated very well and placed each box in the correct room with care. The price for my 1 bedroom apartment move was not bad at all- definitely use their website quoting form. I'll be using their service next time I move. read more

Can't recommend enough here. First of all, I'm all about supporting families over corporations so Manuel's business bio on here got me. Found some other reviews that praised these guys on Reddit and they were right! Emailed about two weeks prior to moving and secured the date I was looking to move. They offered the lowest price compared to the other vendors I chatted and they did not force a hard sale on me, which I appreciated. Rubicel, Saul and Herminio showed up on time (early in fact). They were professional, kind and efficient. Finished a 30 minutes short of the projected 4 hour window. Didnt do a "box count" or charge me for a bunch of extra materials. Will be using again! read more

We recently hired Flash Movers to move our 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment, and they exceeded all expectations. The team arrived early, came fully prepared, and immediately got to work. Every item was carefully wrapped in blankets and shrink wrap, ensuring nothing was damaged during the move -- and they were just as mindful of protecting the walls and floors in both the old and new apartments. What impressed us most was how efficiently they worked without compromising on quality. They were fast, courteous, and clearly experienced. On top of all that, their pricing was significantly more affordable than other companies we looked into -- and the service was far better. We've used another mover in the past called a pair of movers and a branded truck and Flash Movers was significantly better. If you're looking for reliable movers who are professional, careful, and budget-friendly, I highly recommend Flash Movers. They made what could've been a stressful day completely smooth and stress-free. read more

Rubicel, Saul, Edgar, Alejandro and Herminio were efficient, helpful, and great to work with. They were very upfront that my rate was going to be a bit more than my original quote because I did have more than I expected when I filled out the inventory so I appreciated their transparency. I couldn't believe how many guys showed up to help with the move, which made it go super quickly. I cannot recommend them enough! read more

We just used Flash Movers for our move from condo to condo in Chicago. We were given a flat fee quote that was also the least expensive. The guys gave me a heads up that they were running a bit late on the day of the move and when they showed up, they started working quickly right away. They wrapped our furniture really carefully and we are really happy how smoothly the moving process was. Happy to recommend them to everyone. read more

The service was awesome!! The crew was very friendly, coordinating the pick up and drop off was easy and I'm type A so you know I'm picky. I was able to ask them to pick up everything from storage first and then my old home before heading to the final drop off location. The whole time the movers were careful, considerate and so fast! They got everything cleared out really quick and absolutely everything was handled with care. Would I use them again? 100 percent! You're in such good hands with this team, and they just rocked. read more

Five years after my move back to Chicago, I am a repeat customer. Moved from one second-floor walkup to another second-floor walkup on a humid summer day. Once again, my quote from Flash Movers was lower than any of the others I received. My crew of five went right to work, executing everything exactly as I had envisioned, starting early and finishing early. I have since unpacked everything, and not a single thing was broken or missing. Barring any crazy price increases, they will probably be my movers again for my next move. Thank you again! read more

Had a big move today (~30 boxes plus full furniture for a one-bedroom) that went incredibly smoothly thanks to Elver, Raul, and Osvaldo. They were extremely diligent, and they took a ton of care to protect all of my furniture. They individually wrapped each piece -- TVs, chairs, couch sections, tables, bed frame, artwork, wardrobes -- and even packed a few things I hadn't gotten to yet, like blankets and vacuum cleaners. I had a few last-minute boxes I was packing as they were moving everything out of my apartment, and they were quick to grab each as I finished. Very nice people who did an excellent job at a very reasonable price -- highly recommend to anyone looking for a great moving team! read more

Highly recommend! Manuel & his team (6 men total) were incredibly efficient & accommodating. I called for a last minute (2 days before) 1 bedroom move request (local, ~1 mile away) & they were able to fit us into their schedule. Filled out the inventory online & by far the most competitive quote (out of ~6-8 places) + no hidden fees (eg travel / materials / etc) - appreciated that the price quoted was all-in. Day-of (today), they showed up 15 minutes early at 745am & were fully DONE unloading & reassembling at the new apartment by 920am (and that includes 15 minutes of truck congestion at the loading dock). They absolutely live up to their name & provide great value - will definitely be using them again on our next move! read more
