Just the best. Professional, hard working, and great communicators. Moving can be very stressful, but this team just made it really easy for my wife and I. Very impressed by the overall experience. read more

I have used Move4U twice for unloading a PODS for when we moved to Chicago in 2019, and more recently for an in-city move. Paul and his team are extremely nice, professional, friendly, and FAST (with very competitive prices). I also appreciated how communicative the team was the day of both moves, and showed up in masks during the pandemic. They also helped us put furniture together. Cannot recommend them more! read more

These dudes are legit af! Igor and the team just got done moving my stuff and these dudes hustle. Super nice team, careful with all my stuff, and got done way earlier than expected. Would for sure use these guys again. Highly recommend them! read more

Had a great experience with these guys. Paul was great in explaining how the move would go and what the charges would be. They crew was extremely polite and professional, showed up on time and didn't mess around - they worked carefully and quickly to get the job done. All was delivered with no damage, the bill was exactly what was discussed and the service was fantastic. Overall a very good experience with Move4U and I'll recommend these guys to anyone who'll listen. read more

Very friendly and reasonably priced. They were so efficient that they beat the estimate provided to me!

Wow. Move4U deserves the 5 star rating they have. My husband went through Yelp to get quotes from 4 different movers for our move. He chose Move4U because they responded quickly, seemed transparent with pricing/expectations and of course, offered the best quote. They quoted us for 4 hours and showed up on time (9am). We have a lot of big pieces of furniture that are a pain to get through doorways and are heavy. In the past, movers have said they "can't" or "won't" move specific pieces because it won't fit when in the end after a bit of back & forth they get it done. With Move4U they were completely self sufficient. They quickly broke down furniture, protected with moving pads, and dissembled doors or closets to get things through. They HUSTLED. Within 3 hours we moved our entire 3 bd, 1.5 bath coach house into our home 15 minutes away (an hour ahead of schedule which meant a less expensive bill). They were careful with our furniture, helpful, and positive. Moving is not a positive experience for me. It's a lot of work and comes with uncertainty of a new place (for me, at least). Move4U exceeded expectations and I would gladly recommend them or use them for a future move. Thanks Paul, Dan & team! Awesome job. read more

This was my smoothest move ever. Egor and his crew were punctual, patient and incredibly helpful. The communications with Dan and the office prior to my move were honest and very responsive. I have been recommending Move4U to anyone who will listen! They made a stressful event much less stressful! read more

The most incredible moving service I've used for two moves! Adil, Leonid, and Sergey were so helpful, quick, and efficient. They even arrived early and helped pack us up! Can't recommend enough. Incredible price and value for a stress-free move. read more

Had to move from a four bedroom to one bedroom during covid! Scary! The three guys were very prompt & communicative; calling prior to scheduled time and texting with updates during the move etc! They packed up everything within an hour and the move took under three hours total! They made me aware of any extra charges and asked before they did anything giving me the option! Overall they made it really fast and easy for me to move into my new apartment! Thank you for your business! Many blessings to you! read more

They were fantastic. Arrived on time, worked so fast and were so careful with all our belongings. They finished the loading and unloading faster than they quoted, so they lowered the price accordingly. Highly recommend! read more

Great communication, very friendly movers, and they did an excellent job with not damaging my house or furniture. They even got all my furniture up my very narrow staircase which I was thankful for. PLEASE NOTE that the estimate does not include materials which almost cost me $100 more to my bill (shrink wrap, tape, etc). I wasn't very happy about the fact the that guys didn't have the right tools to take apart my daughters bed nor enough space in the truck for all my stuff so I was charged extra for them to come back the following day, which I didn't agree with but I was too tired to argue. It should have been complimentary as that has nothing to do with me not being prepared. That was my only complaint. read more

After posting my original review, I spoke with Dan. He offered to reimburse me for any broken items and called my friend after to resolve any issues. It was so nice of him to take time to give us a call and resolve it so quickly. I understand accidents happen, and overall the crew was nice and on time. read more

On time and under budget. Very conscientious movers. They were careful with all of my possessions. They managed to move everything in less time than estimated. Professional service from start to finish. Will use them again. read more

On time and professional. Moved quickly but made sure to take their time when necessary. All of my things made it safely to the destination. Their quote was pretty accurate to the actual. Would definitely use them again. read more

Paul was quick to respond to my inquiry about moving. His team was timely, efficient, and friendly. They moved me in the middle of a blizzard and still got in done. I'm happy I chose them to help me move. read more

This is my second time moving with Move4U, and it was wonderful again. Huge shoutout to Hussein's crew for their help!

Move4U was great from beginning to end. I got quotes from a few popular companies and there's was the most competitive but also realistic based on the size of our move. The crew was amazing! They were right on time, worked efficiently, and padded/packed everything very well for our 5 hour move. read more

Very professional and friendly movers. Had a complex move from Chicago to Indiana with 5 stops (house, to apartment, to storage unit, back to apartment, back to original house). They were happy to work with me and had reasonable prices. I even had them add a 6th stop last minute and they were kind enough to do it. All our furniture arrived damage free. Packed our furniture very well. They were efficient and appropriately fast. I plan on using them in the future when I move again. read more

This was by far my best moving experience and i have moved a great deal with various companies. This team was excellent at communicating, professional, prompt and got the job done with no excuses and the customer in mind. They treated all my items even better than i would have myself. In the course of the move there were a few challenges. Most teams would have just left the issue for me to resolve but their leadership jumped in and spent an hour resolving the issue. They also took the time to repair a damaged item that was not precious or a priority. This team was also refreshingly courteous and customer focused in addition to hard working. I highly recommend them for anyone doing a residential move and will certainly look them up again next time i move. Thank you guys for pulling off a great move experience! Cheers! read more

I found Move4U from a Yelp search, and I am very happy with the service they provided. The quote was fair and in line with the industry standard . I had a company quote me a cheaper price for two men , but Move 4u offered four men, which I figured would save time. The move was so quick. They didn't damage any of my doors or walls. All of my belongings remained in perfect condition after the move. Also, I like that the company didn't try to nickel and dime me for moving materials. Very responsive with my questions while inquiring about services. I highly recommend. read more

Courteous, fast, great price. Took care of a family heirloom armoire, which had wood that was highly fragile. Highly recommend.

This team was so efficient and quick. The movers worked so fast and were so sweet. They followed all Covid guidelines and an estimated 5 hour job with multiple stops only took this team 3 hours. They come prepared with all supplies and wrapped all items so professionally. read more

They went up on the cost of the move. Tracked mud throughout. Walked through the grass and mud vs the sidewalk.

The moving crew was actually a little early and they were all friendly and professional. None of my property was damaged and they even helped move some boxes to my on-site storage unit at my apartment. Definitely recommend! read more

Showed up on time and started working right away. Took about a 20 minute break. Handled everything with kid gloves like they were moving their own moms. When I changed my mind about placement they were gracious about it. We were missing something and they called the first crew that moved us to the storage facility. Very satisfied with the professionalism from all 4 guys. read more

Andrew, Sergei and Sergei did a fantastic job with my move from Lincoln Park to River North. They called when they were on their way and arrived on time. They completed the entire move quickly and efficiently in 2 hours, start to finish. They were also very respectful and kind and handled all my furniture and items with care. I received quotes from several moving companies and this was by far the most reasonable and it was well worth it. I would highly recommend Move4U. read more

I had such a great experience with Move4U. Easy to book online, great communication prior to the move. They sent a detailed quote before booking. The team communicated well in the days approaching my move. I had an early morning move - the 3 man team called when they were about 10 minutes away and arrived on time. They communicated thoroughly throughout the move itself - they gave a time estimate after initially seeing my belongings and updated me throughout the move on how much longer they expected it to take. They protected my items well and also suggested certain items that I could take in my car to avoid having to pay for the extra materials to protect them. All three gentlemen were very professional and efficient. My move came in WAY under the quoted price, which was much appreciated! I will note that I likely overestimated how many boxes I would have for the quote, as I figured that was better than underestimating. The efficiency of the team definitely helped lower my cost as well - they moved my studio apartment belongings (I had a lot of stuff crammed into that studio apartment) across the city in 2.5 hours. I would definitely recommend Move4U and will use them again in the future if needed! read more

Andrii and his team helped me move my apartment into storage pods. They were clear with the quote and communicated any changes along the way. They wrapped everything delicately and packed with care. Highly recommend! read more

Had one the most horrible racist experience I've ever had in my life with these people. I highly recommend no Black people or people of color use them they created an unsafe environment threatened us, stole our money and refused to move our things on top of being extremely late. read more

They did a good job wrapping everything securely and nothing broke. However the move took much longer than expected and also the price ended up being double what the quoted estimate was, when the hourly rate was higher than average to begin with. Overall, not a good value for how much money I paid and how slow it was. read more

Paul has delivered excellent customer service as well as communication to ensure my moving process as stress-free and yet pleasant! I can recommend Move 4 U to anybody thanks to Paul!! read more

I will never ever use another mover again. These guys are the absolute best. Gave me a transparent and very reasonable quote, and then showed up on time and did the entire move lightning fast. They have it down to a literal science. And everything they moved was secure and safe. I also should add that moving from one city apartment building to another is no easy feat when it comes to using a freight elevator. But these guys were experienced, so it was no problem at all to work within the buildings' guidelines. So glad I called them!! read more

I had a pretty last-minute move, and after reading reviews for Move4U I gave them a try--I'm very glad I did! The three guys arrived a little after 9 and started hauling my things quickly and efficiently. They had the truck all loaded up in just over an hour! We had a little scare at my new apartment building (the level on which the guys needed to move things in from was flooded), so I was pretty panicked about how they would manage to move everything in, but they were very experienced and confident that they would get it done--and they did, very quickly using just two passenger elevators instead of the freight elevator. The price beats every other estimate that I got, so I am very happy with Move4U. Book these guys! read more

We sent them an entire list of the furniture we were expecting moved from our 2 bdrm and paid a deposit for FOUR MEN to show up the next day (LATE!) and say they can't complete the job. Couldn't get their story straight- first said they needed an additional person then had the nerve to say they felt it was an unsafe work environment? I'd love to hear which part of our Black queer household could've possibly made them uncomfortable besides their anti blackness or homophobia. Extremely unprofessional and their treatment of me and my family was UNACCEPTABLE. read more

I have moved many times, in many states across the country. Move4U is the best moving company I have used. They were extremely flexible when I needed to make a change. They were very open with communication, showed up when they said they were going to and did a fantastic job moving all my belongings. Dmitrii, Taras and Oleg were absolutely fantastic. They were very efficient, did not waste any time and were very careful with all my furniture and boxes. The three of them were honestly the best crew I have ever had. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs any sort of move. On top of that, they did not overcharge! My move was less than $500 and I could not be more happy with my whole experience. Thank you! read more

Amazing service and great price--I would give more than 5 stars if I could. From the beginning, Paul was extremely responsive and I had the move scheduled and the deposit paid within 24 hours. Neil and two other young men were there just after 2pm, and finished the entire process by 4pm. It ended up being exactly the price they quoted me, on the lower end of the range they'd provided, and all of my things were in the same condition at the end of the move. I was so skeptical using a moving company for the first time, but they went above and beyond my expectations. This was the least stressful move I've ever gone through, in large part thanks to Move4U. Highly recommend. Thanks guys! read more

These guys were amazing! My husband and I moved from our 2 bedroom apartment to a house outside of the city, and they were so efficient in the move. We sadly did pick a day where it was cold and raining, but they still kept their work to the highest quality. They made sure all our big furniture was wrapped and protected from the rain and in the moving truck. What I really appreciated was very they started moving, one man did tell me it would most likely be 4-4.5 hours when over the phone I was quoted 2-3 hours. Which I understand because what you provide over the phone is an estimate, but he was right on the ball when everything was moved into the house, 4 hours exactly. Especially with the weather, for them to get it done in 4 hours was impressive. They were great and I would use them again and I'm recommending to everyone I know! read more

I got a free quote online. Scheduling was last minute yet effortless. They were later than expected due to a delay at the previous location but they kept me updated constantly. They were courteous and professional. I would definitely hire them again. read more
