Got some bubble tea and wamochis here for the first time! The wamochis are sooo delicious I got the original - and chock cafe recommended to me by my sister and I don't regret it. The waffles have a sweet buttery crispy chewy delicious taste! I could eat like 5 more! The customer service here is also great, the 2 gentlemen that helped us tonight were friendly and kind. The 3 Star, because of the wamochi (crispy waffle with chewy mochi inside) .. It is worth grabbing, and we would get it again. BUT, we weren't at all impressed with their service, setup, etc. Everything was super slow and the kids that work here seemed overall unenthusiastic and disinterested. MOMO ASHI, so cute a name with a super cute store. They put windows with cats inside on the walls. I also saw two little girls hugging/kissing and playing with the stuffed animals that Momo Ashi put out. Really unsanitary but cute. This place is mainly for that BOBA TEA. This place definitely serves one of the higher quality boba tea. I can tell because my stomach wasn't dying post drinking it this time in comparison to other places. Went on a sunday and the wait was horrendous. We waited for 15 minutes on line with only 2 people ahead of us (they ordered a drink each). After we ordered 2 monigiris, 3 drinks and a nutella waffle, we waited 35 minutes for the order to come out. After we received our order, my friend's drink was wrong and she had to wait another 15 minutes for her iced flavored tea to come out. I've never spent this long waiting in a bubble tea place before. I must say this cafe's mochi waffles are quite addicting! I tried the earl grey tea and chocolate mochi waffles but definitely recommend the earl grey as the best of them all. These desserts are especially chewy and fun to eat. The interior of this cafe has an unique weird-cat theme that decorates all the walls. Bayside already has Kung Fu Tea and Coco for bubble tea, Momo Ashi is the newest addition and to me I think Momo is far better with their food quality and service than the other two bubble tea shops. Really good prices in bubble tea, $7 for 2 large milk tea is a great price! Their food is also really good, the Mocchi waffle was definitely a very interesting taste. They never disappoint, I've had just about everything on the menu lol. Must try drinks are the brown sugar milk tea and fresh peach green tea. As for food, the kimchi meatball pawnini has the most amazing flavor (like a cheesy slightly spicy sub, which is great for me because I am mostly dairy free unless I'm having the brown sugar milk tea lol).
